I have a CHI 1 1/2 inch flat iron that I use to straighten my hair. (me and my mom share it). Can you use it to curl your hair too? I have a Conair curling iron that works well, but I'm wondering if you can curl hair with CHI's as well. (link)

if the straightening iron is curved then probably yes.
but if it has flat edges, then no.

i'll try not to make this too long. so there's this guy named joe, and he just got out of a relationship with this girl, they were together for about 5 or 6 months. (we r 15 by the way). anyway, he and this girl gave each other oral sex. recently, me and joe have been talking and flirting, and we like each other. i think his friends know that. well recently he became kind of popular. i'm in between popular and like...normal. anyway so he was grinding with me at this dance a few nights ago. online we have been having really intense talks about like, how far i would go with a guy and i said i wouldn't go past feeling up for a while. he said that that might eventually push us apart because he has such a high sex drive (this was like a week ago). anyway, he came to my house this weekend and we made out a lot and stuff. and it really seemed like he liked me, he would randomly come up and hug me really tight and just sort of nuzzle into my neck. well since then we haven't really been talking too much. online i will try to start conversation and he will just answer and say nothing else...and at school he has been flirting with other girls (but he's a really big flirt and we aren't official yet or anything). also, 2 nights ago he told my friend that he was going to ask me to our homecoming dance...but he hardly talks to me. should i ask him if he is still interested? i fell for him really, really hard and i'm so scared that if i ask if he's not interested, he will admit that that's true, and i'll lose him. what should i do? You should talk to him, and be upfront about everything. Explain how he's confusing you and how you've heard he was planning and asking you to homecoming, but honestly don't get yourself involved with him if you already know he thinks it'll push you apart if you aren't sexual with him. Either way you'll get hurt, it'll hurt to never get a chance with him, but it'll hurt if he uses you and then leaves. Remember this is about your heart and dignity. Good luck.

I'm a tomboy and all the girls at my school wear the same types of clothes from the same types of stores. All the guys that I like went out with all of those girls. They liked me but wouldn't go out with me so I don't know if it's because of me being a tomboy or what. I mean I'm not a complete tomboy,I wear some of that stuff every now and then but not all the time,so I don't know if I should just be like those girls or what. you can wait for the guy who doesn't care about how you dress to come along and so on...
or you can change the way you dress and style your hair a bit. add accessories to your normal clothing, and be creative with your hairstyles. Those simple things can make you more noticeable with out changing who you are.

Everything should be fine as long as you don't like scrape your teeth along his penis, but you're not supposed to do that anyways. Things might be slightly more difficult considering you have braces, but everything will be alright.

Okay so my boyfriend and i have been pretty serious for about 8 months.. and we say i love you to each other and stuff like everyday... but im IN love with him... and when i ask if he is with me he says he loves me but he doesn't know if hes in love with me...
but to me there are two kinds of love.
loving someone like a good friend or family or something like that.
or being IN love with a girlfriend/boyfriend that you've been with for a while or known for a while.

boys are confusing. even though he doesn't say it at least he acts like it, it would be worse if he said it but didn't act like it. maybe he's scared to say it or trying to figure out his feelings. don't rush it. when he finally says he's in love with you, and says it from his heart and not just because you want him to, it'll feel great.

If they're cute and you look the way you look in them, you should wear them and walk with pride. Appreciate being tall, I'm like the shortest out of all my friends, so it sucks. I know how you feel, a bit differently but still. So just wear the boots with confidence, guys find that hot.

There are other ways to remove hair down there, but shaving is one way to get rid of it.

Since your hair is dark, the only way for the blonde to show up well is to use dye with ammonia in it, so it would be permanent.

if they don't all hang out together, flirt with each one, but if they hang out together you have to choose who you will focus on, or all the guys will get mixed signals, and not like you. but mostly try to cut it down to just on guy, things will be easier.

I have acne scars, i think.
they are red dots but they aren't bumps like acne is. and they won't go away! and they look like pimples so it's bad :[ i've gone to the dermatologist before but he never said anything about scars. my actual acne has cleared up but those dots are still there? what are some home remedies i could use to make them go away?

also right now i use proactiv, neutrogena oil free acne wash,and 2 creams that my dermatologist gave me for my acne. they will help actual pimples... but these red dots won't go away.

It seems like you're using a lot of products at once. Medications that are prescribed are usually strong, so maybe your skin is too dry from all the products or it's have an allergic reaction, or something of that sort. So maybe you should minimize the use of so many products. Good Luck.

He said that we are going to wait for each other. Then he comes home from camp and he tells me that he met this girl and kissed her. He won't talk to me or message me back on any of the messages i give him. Then all of a sudden he breaks up with this girl and meets another. he tells her that she was the best thing that has ever happened to him. This boy needs to get his act straight. He is acting very immature. And he's just wasting your time. It seems like he acts the same with all girls. Try cutting all contact with him, go out with your friends, and meet new guys. 16/f. So this guy and I like each other. But about 3 weeks ago, he broke up with his girlfriend of a year and a half because she cheated. But I'm friends with her and she's still in love with him. Therefore, I feel like a terrible friend. I mean, I would horrible if someone I still loved was going out with one of my friends, and I really don't want to hurt my friend like that. I don't know what to do. This guy and I want to get to know each other better of course, so we're not gonna go out or anything right away, but I still feel bad. And sometimes I wonder why he likes me... I mean, they went out for so long and just broke up, but now he likes me? I would think he would need some time to get over her. I mean, we get along really well and stuff and have alot in common and whatever, so it's not like it's weird that he likes me, but so soon? Idk what to do, I'm caught in the middle of all of this and it makes me feel like a jerk; I don't want anyone getting hurt. If she really loves him like she says she does, she wouldn't have cheated on him. It seems like when she had him she didn't want him, and now that she doesn't she does. It's not your fault that they broke up, you and him should continue to get to know each other, but keep quiet about it for awhile, so that the drama isn't as bad when you two decide to tell people. You will have friends who side with her and some who side with you, but you have to tell them, that it's fair, she was the one who had him at one point and cheated. And as for him moving on quickly, as long as he seems genuinely interested in you, you should trust him. Good Luck.

Guys are too dense to realize that you are only trying to make them jealous, and also guys don't like to wait around, so if he sees you flirting with Matt, he'll automatically think there is something going on and move on. Don't use Matt either, don't string him along and then just drop him. If you don't see anything in the future with Matt then just act as a friend towards him.
