I am not overweight, but I have a problem in that my thighs and ass are quite flabby and I would like to tone up. I feel very self-concious in swim suits so I would like some exercises to tone up or help lose weight ready for the summer.
Suggestions not involving cosmetic surgery would help!

ok.. right now i have a very small quantity of friendds... and my one BEST BEST BEST friend... well she's friends with my boyfriend and they're both on the same bus... so they spend a lot of time together... but i don't see my boyfriend as much as she gets to and yea im jealous of that because they are really tight... so she walks with me and him into school and thats like the only time i get to see him... and i never get to spend time alone with him in person cauz she's always there... and she knows i don't like that she always has to be there cauz ive talked to her about it... so now i wait for him at his locker in between 8th period and 9th period but only every other day cauz of my schedule.. and my friend got mad that i wasn't gonna wait with her anymore and i explained to her that i never really get to see him and i really wanna see him and she was like "so!!! i want you to wait with me!" but i said no! so today i was waiting at his locker and he came over and then my friend was right behind him... and she's like "Whats up?" and i got sooo upset because she always has to be there... and when some reason... when she's around i get really shy in front of my boyfriend and i don't say much and i don't know why... so she walked with us in the halls and he was barley talking to me... because me and him are both REALLY shy and since we don't get to see eachother alot... its hard for us to have a good conversation in person... but online... we talk for hours... so i got really upset and wouldn't talk to anyone for the rest of the day and i wanna talk to her about it... but i don't want her to get all upset because i value my time with my boyfriend since its very limited and i don't want her wasting it!!! im just sooo furious... please help... sorry its sooo long

p.s. i don't hang out with my boyfriend outside of school cauz he's one year younger than me (he;s in 6th grade and im in 7th) and his parents won't let him.
also, my friend said that the first time i have my boyfriend over my house i have to invite her cauz she wants to be there... and i told her i can't make any promises.

Okay... I hate my life and everything right now. All my friends are in fights with eachother and me! And their is a nasty roomer going around my school that im not a virgen any more which i still am! My boyfriend and I have been going out since around..Christmas. Anyway, last night I was home all night & really bored..and usually I'll have such an urge to get on the comp & talk to him, or call him. But last night, something was different..I felt like he just got out of my system. So, I got on the computer real late..like 10 mins before he usually goes to bed, cause I didn't feel like taling long. What's wrong? Am I just losing interest in him? And I don't know why, but the night before this happened I had a dream that he was going out with another girl. Does this mean anything? Why didn't I want to talk to him? :/ It's like..now I don't even think about him, in one day it happened. I'm confused..

Hey, i have had this girl as my girlfriend for a month and 3 1/2 weeks. But, we have not kissed yet, the main reason is, because we both have braces, i am affraid of all the roumours of linked braces that are going around. I get my braces off in June or July, and i am having her over tonight with a few friends for a movie night, should i got ahead and kiss her, or should i wait til i get my braces off and play it safe?

I'm 15/f and a freshman in highschool. Lately I've been having problems with my phys. ed. teacher. I'm not going to be around the bush about this, but he's an asshole. (excuse my language). He's always such a jerk to me about every little thing. A friend of mine had a shirt on that she changed into for PE that had a picture of George Bush Sr. and George Bush on it and it sayd Dumb and Dumber under their pictures. He had a fit about it and I was supporting her saying that she can have an opinion about whatever the heck she wants to. He basically said she's not allowed to have an opinion about it until she's 18. Then he proceeded to say how he can run his class the way he wants to and if I have a problem with it to take it up with the principal. Not only is he a jerk, but alot of the time he seems like one of those really creepy pedophile type people. He's always staring at me when we do stretches and stands behind me when we're doing toe- touches. We had to do jumping jacks this weird way and I'm not coordinated enough to do it so he asked me to stay after class about it. We were doing lay ups when we played basketball and I suck at any sport that involves a ball and he asked me to stay after class to work on it when there were about 5 other people that sucked 10 times worse than me but didn't ask them to stay after. What exactly should I do about this? I mean, he hasn't made "a move" on me so I can't really say much about that but what should I do? Sorry this was long!

Dont listen to him! but yeah listen to him about school stuff!! and if you have a problem with him tell the princebel and see if u could change that class or maybe the teacher has a problem!! haha!!

Well my favorite Stores are Abercombie & Fitch Hollester & AE well there are more hotter stores then that but i like those stores!! By the way i'm into fashion too!!
