Taking a pill isn't bad. You can take pamprin which is for cramps and gets rid of them all day. Just tell your mom that it would help if you take the pill. Other than that you just have to let it happen, you can't do anything else. Hope I helped!

If you like him you should say yes. I understand that you don't wanna damage your friendship with him. So when he asks you out, before you say yes, tell him you will go out with him but if/when we break up that you still wanna be friends. He'll understand and you'll be good to go! Good Luck!

I'm on a budget too. I'm thinking about going to K-mart and getting they're new lines of clothes the one with that awesome commercial lol. And I might go to Kohl's. Those places are cheap and affordable and they're really cute stuff. If you need more just ask!

hi, im only 15 but im very interested in my weight! i recently started gaining weight but there has been no change in my diet. I was 105 but now for some reason my weight has gone up to 116. My mom just thinks im crazy and pushes me away but please don't do the same i really want to get back to my old weight and i want to do it a healthy way, so if anybody can help please tell me how to loose the extra pounds im only 5 foot 2 and i think i would be healthier with a smaller size. if you could just give me an example of what i should eat or something i should do everyday i would really appreaciate it.

Thats a perfect weight! But, to loose weight I run around my block about 10 times or go to the track and run around it 4 times which is a mile. Hope I helped!

Haha, the same thing happens to me.Me and my brother and his friends have the same relationship. You can't really stop the rumors, those girls are just jealous because they're not as skinny as you, when your around them like at lunch in school, eat as much as you can, and be like "Look how anarexic I am" lol.
