Birth controll doesnt always work so if you dont want to be extra carefull on not getting pregnant use a condom as well, and they also help from preventing STD's

yes you can lose weight walking 20 minutes a day i really dont think it matters if you run or walk if you do it every day. maybe try a combination of the 2 if you want like run for a couple mins and then walk for a while but walking is very good for you :)

well i had my period.. n they were like all the symptoms n everything so im sure i had it.. but ive missed my period date?? idk wats going on.. i tried to wait a few extra days but its been like 4-5 days n i sitll havent gotten it? its my 2nd time getting my period so i dunno is that normal? im not very close with my mom.. so i cant really talk to ehr about it.. i dunno what to do! helppp!! You are just fine and its normal. When you first get your period it never comes on the same day every month you might not even get it every month or 2 times in one month it just depends but after a while things will start to even out dont worry

i used to drink alot and i mean alot of pop and now im stopping to lose weight but lately ive been getting really bad headaches my mom said its because of the lack of caffine are there any other
ways to get caffine but are healthy too

that happens to me when i dont drink a lot of soda and then stop but what i do is since i have a headache i take an excedrin cuz it had caffine in it or if you drink a less pop for a few days and then less than that for a few more days and so on you should get used to not having as much caffine each day to where it doesnt bother you as much

When I get my period, the first 3 days are very heavy. I wear pads on those days and then tampons the rest. I'm going down the shore on the days when it's heavy and I'm not sure what to do. I'm going to be swimming and everything, but do you think a 'super' tampon would be good enough? It's really heavy and I'm scared even the super tampons won't be enough. What should I do? (link)

Well i have been friends with this one guy who wears his mom's thongs, bras, and pantyhose. Everytime i'm talking to him on AOL, he always asks me if i can give him one of my thongs. He also always asks me if i get creeped out by it. I always lie and tell him no even thought it does. I don't want to hurt his feelings but he starts to creep me out because he swears he's not gay. maybe hes just weird or he likes to do it cuz he thinks other people find it amusing and he likes the attention or he could really want to be a girl i dont know hot to tell you if he is serious or not but if he acts goofy all the time then maybe thats what hes doing or by his actions you might be able to tell if hes lieing or telling the truth if you know how he acts when hes lieing lol if that made any sense at all sry if it didnt i couldnt exactly figure out how to word that part

SODAS! I took up Mountain Dew and I put on alot of weight drinking it and I tried to stop it but its like going threw withdrawl. I get headaches and everything, I throw up and my stomach hurts and this always happens when I stop drinking it. I'm starting school soon and mountain dew wont be available as it will if I were home. What can I do?

I think you have to be 18 but i dont know but if your under 18 you shouldnt be taking them anyways my friend whos taking classes in health says that you shouldnt be doing all those new diets and diet pills that are out being so young your best bet would be to eat healthy foods and excercise

I'm going into my senior year of high school and I have or will be taking all the required classes in order to graduate. I was wondering most college say you need 3 years of science I've taken two and then I've taken 3 year of History will that 3rd year of History make-up for me missing that 3rd year of Science. Most likely not because math and history are completely different and they make you take those classes so you know everything you need to know for going to college and stuff

Stress could be the cause its happened to me before and if you havent had sex or anything you should be fine and if it doesnt end up comming u can go see a doctor but i dont think its anything too serious
