My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

what are the best , most healthy cereals i can get?

Healthy cereals would be anything with grains, not a lot of sugar and such. Special K is an example of that.

Im sorry if you think this is a weird question, but, when i get my period it doesn't come on a "certain" day, it comes randomley, my class(grade) is going on a field trip for a couple days where we sleep, and i really don't want my period to come because were gonna be walking all the time and it will be a hassle, i was wondering if you knew like how long it usually takes a period to come after the last time it happend.

It's not a weird question. Your period is supposed to come once a month. It usually lasts a couple of days but not everyone gets it the exact day they got it last time. What you need to do is keep track of when you get your periods. Write the date and that way you'll know when you're supposed to get it. Sometimes you might be a couple days early, or couple days late. Usually you will get discharge [white/clear stuff] before you start your period and sometimes after. Make sure you always cary tampons or pads with you just incase. Also, you can wear panty liners when you think you might start so it doesn't get on your undies.

If you're not ready or comftrable to give him a handjob or go any further, don't do it until you are. When you guys are together and when you feel comftrable with the situation, you go for it. I'm sure he'd like that but if you're not sure,.. simply just ask him about.

I don't understand why your ex boyfriend hates you when he's the one that cheated on you. I don't think it's fair that you're thinking about going back out with your ex when you have another boyfriend. You have to think though. Do you even like your current boyfriend or do you not care if you hurt him? If you're not ready to date, break up with your boyfriend because it's not fair for eather of you.

okay so theres this guy that i like. and well besically its the teenage story about the girl whose like in love with the popular guy blah blah blah. well the thing is, i have no classes with him. not even the same lunch period. i've only said hi to him like once and we smile to eachother in the hallway. what should i do to get him to notice me? but remember he doesnt really know me soo it would be akward to just go up and talk to him.

In order for him to notice you, you have to talk to him more. I know that it might be akward since you guys don't really talk now, but when you see him around, just say hey or smile at him. Maybe your friends and his friends could get together and hang out.

That happened to me. My friends would write stupid things lol and people I don't even know would write really pathetic stuff on my column but you don't have to answer those questions. You can just reject them. In order for you to get people to ask you a lot of questions, you have to make your column known. Answer a lot of questions that are asked to the public and have a nice column. You can't get any layouts for your column. There are 4 different ones provided for you and you can chose. You can chose different colors, and just make it your own. If you decide to make a column, let me know and I'll help you out with whatever you need.

Your AIM conversations shouldn't be saved unless you save them yourself. You could delete your cookies which tell what sites you're visited even though you might already cleared your history.

your face ius really clear what do you use to wash your face if you do?

My face isn't always clear lol but I use Clean & Clear or Clear Action which is kind of like Pro Activ. Another thing to keep your skin clear is to use mineral foundations and not too much make up. Make sure you always wash your face and don't pick on the pimples.

Thank youu :] I use a liquid liner by Mary Kate & Ashley lol. Any liquid liner works good but you can also do it with pencil liner. The only bad thing about that is that it smudges and the liquid liner doesn't.

I really fancy this guy (lets call him J) in the year above me and I'm not sure how he feels about me.
1 month 3 weeks ago: I went to this youth club and didn't know J would be there, but he was. When I sat down I was talking to this other guy (D) and then when I looked round as we had stopped talking me and J somehow managed to lock eyes and then we both quickly looked away. Then later, J came up to me and jokily warned me that D fancied me, I just laughed because he had made a joke like 'watch out, its dark!' but I didn't say anything back.
For the rest of the evening J sort of hung around with me and 2 of my mates, one of them who is like his best mate. He never said anything specifically to me though. When he and his best mate left I said bye to them and they both said bye back.

The next day me and my friend were on the train and so was J, when he saw us he went, 'Wow, its the girls from yesterday!' and I noticed that although he was talking to one of his girl mates, he kept looking back at me, but we never made eye contact.

A few days later: At school once he just stared at me for ages but he wasn't making eye contact so I couldn't be sure whether he was looking at me or someone behind me.

A month and a half ago: I went to the youth club again, he didn't really hang around with us for the first hour but I noticed him watching me when one of the guys got me up to do strange dancing (I felt like a total prat) and when another guy I'd never seen before came up to me, told me he loved me and then stood there hugging me for about five minutes, J smiled and made eye contact with me in a way that said 'He's crazy isn't he?' and I said, 'Riiight' (signalling that hug guy was strange) and smiled back at J. Later on we made this eye contact and it was like no one else was there and it was just me and him, like we had this secret understaning, I looked down after a while. It was weird, but good.

Day after: I saw him and it seemed that whenever someone talked to me he sort of looked at me in interest.

Couple days later: He added me on myspace. This might not seem like anything but all my friends had to add HIM first, yet he added me.

A month and a week ago: I posted a bulletin telling people there was an all-night party at my friends and saying they were invited, my friend sent the exact same message but he didn't reply to her, he replied to me saying he was coming and left loads of kisses.

Day after: This was the day of the all-night party. He turned up and when he was drunk people asked him who he thought was the hottest, and he started jumping on the trampoline (lets say im P) shouting 'P! She's the hottest! P's hot! P's hot! Where is P? Someone go and get P for me' and then one of the guys said, 'Hey, P, come over here! J wants you!' and for some reason me and my friend just sort of ran off. I dont know why. Then later we were inside and J was on the laptop looking at some girl's myspace and then he said to his friend, 'Im going out with her' and I was thinking, 'what the hell?!' as I never knew he had a girlfriend. Apparently he had only started dating her a couple days before.

Then later people were talking about who was hot again, and J said (remember hes still slightly drunk), 'P's the hot one!' and his sober girl mate was like, 'yeah..' and J said, 'But oh yeah.....I've got C' (C's his gf).

When he was drunk J remembered my name but also seemed to like calling me 'the hot one'.
When we were inside and sober, he was sitting inside where I was (lots of people were sitting outside) and I would make comments and he would reply and when everyone was asking each other what their surnames were I said mine and J said, '[my surname], thats so..........sexy'.
Then later I was sitting next to him and he asked everyone a question but no one answered him so he turned to me and asked me the question.
And i noticed him watching me sort of intently when this other guy was pratically lying on me and flirting with me.

The next day: hes posted a survey where he mentions that hes in love with his girlfriend C.

Couple days later: me and 2 of my friends saw him and his mates in town, and they just folowed us about shouting, 'Cos we're not following you' and when they left J smiled at me and made eye contact.

2 weeks ago: at youth club my mates left me alone with him and outside and he just stood there looking at me for ages. And I was looking at him. It was weird.

Ok, I don't seem to remember much after that.

But we're friends with him now, and he always shouts 'Hello!' and smiles when he sees me, and whenever we go talk to our mate whos one of his best mates too, as soon as J realises we're talking to his mate, he'll stop what he's doing ang go and stand next to his mate, sort of posing.

Today, I saw him and waved, like usual, but he just gave me this really forced half-smile, shifted his eyes about awkwardly, before looking worried and quickly walking away with his friend. It was really confusing cos hes never done that before. That was at break, then at lunch, we saw him with 2 of his mates - they were walking a totally different direction from us, but J dragged them in the direction me and my friends, smiled, walked through me and my best friend and said 'Sorry i just felt like being awkward' before going off. Also, a lot of the time, he seems to come and stand near us.

On myspace he says that hes in love with his girlfriend so much. It makes me realy upset.

What do you think he thinks of me? Does he like me, but not as much as his girlfriend? Or just think of me as a mate?

J seems like he's really confused or maybe that's the way he comes of. Even though he has a girl friend, he seems to be attracted to you and likes when you give him attention. I do think that both of you have a crush on each other. Just keep talking and hanging out so that way he'll get to know you better and you'll get to know him better.

hi im 15 okay so there's this guy,John and we've been talkin for a few months, and i really really like him. Well he talks to me as if he likes me but then tells people he doesnt, so i dont know what's goin on, please explain why he's doing this?

Guys are weird and it's hard to understand some of the things they do. Most guys are major flirts but I'm not so sure why he tells people that he doesn't like you. Maybe he thinks that you don't like him and he doesn't want to be embarassed. Next time you guys are talking, bring that up and ask him about it.

Being 15 doesn't mean that you're too young to be in love but I think that you just have a HUGE crush on this guy. Start talkig to Zac again. Just because he's talking with Alyssa doesn't mean that you can't talk to him eather. Maybe he never got over you or just moved on because he didn't think you were interested? I understand when you think your friends get annoyed when you talk about him all the time. I was like that but hey, talking about someone that you REALLY likes always makes you smile.. doesn't it. Don't let her get him, you're better than her and he needs to see that for himself. :]

I have 2 questions for you.

1) I have strawberry blonde hair and it is of a medium thickness. Not too thick but not really
thin. I was wondering how to make my hair wavey
but not like hard and scrunched?.. My hair is normally straight and i have been unsuccesful in scrunching it.
2) I'm trying to get a good straightener becuase the one i have now is a piece of trash. Do you have a really good one that doesn't have a fat base ( the part the gets hot) and doesnt leave your hair staticy? Thanks :)

1) There are many ways on how to make how hair wavy. You could do it with a curling iron, 1 inch is better. Make sure you brush your hair so there aren't any knots and tie your hair into sections so it's easier to curl. Curl every where but not too much and don't put hair spray in right away. As your hair is all curled, add some hair spray and play with your hair so the curls aren't perfect. Brush it out lightly with a comb and let your waves settle. Also, another thing you coudl use to make your hair wavy is a using a triple barrel curling iron or leaving braids in over night.
2) I absolutley love the Chi straighteners. All of my friends have one and they work amazing. They are a bit pricy but it's worth it.

When I was in 7th grade one of the guys that I liked and liked me always said stupid things like that. He is a bit perverted and if he really liked you, he wouldn't always be saying those things to you. If you want him to stop asking you things like that, tell him straight up and don't just call him a perv. Tell him how you honestly feel about it and maybe he'll back off and stop. If he doesn't, you can tell that he doesn't really like you for the reasons that you may think. Ahh, boys will be boys.
