Well, i don't know where you live but you can goto a local club and ask them if they have any good suggestions, or you can look on some of your favorite bands myspaces and see if they have could; but you have to make sure it's the actual band. Or one of your parents could call a local music industry & ask them about it.

I have a serious problem with talking to guys. I always get awkward and then we just don't say anything and I just sit there.
Theres not much I know I can talk about, like I normally gossip with my friends, but do guys gossip?

Try to get to know him, no offense to any guys on here or anything, but some guys like a lot of attention. So, give him your full attention. Ask him about his family, school, future plans, sports, music. Then, if you start to like him, ask him to go the movies or to the mall with you one day.
Or, if you want and try too MEET guys, you can always go with a group of your girlfriends to the movies or to the mall and just meet guys that way, or you can join youth groups and other groups at your school or church.
Just try not to be as shy, i`m shy too, so i know it's hard, but sometimes the guys are shy, so you have to take charge!

Why is it that guys can't just put their animalistic urges in check? I'm not speaking on behalf of all guys, but I have a feeling that many guys out there only want one thing, and think with their little head, if you know what i mean.
I just went out with my 'boyfriend' (it's only been a month) and his friends tonight; it was St. Patrick's day, so of course we went bar hopping. All the girls were displaying their goods as though they were on sale. And I understand that it's hard not to look when a girl is wearing something nice/flaunting, has nice body, etc.., etc.., but I could tell that my bf was kind of looking at them in that way. Not like up and down or anything, but it was like, " hello, I'm here!" I don't know if I'm overreacting or anything, but he's a charming guy, and a few girls smiled at hime, and it got me to wonder: when I'm not around, who's number is he getting? And what does he do, or how does he act with other girls when I'm not around. Cause when I was RIGHT THERE, I still had a feeling he was checking girls out, and don't get me wrong: I glance at hot guys too, but if my bf is there, it's like NO WAY< not going there.
SO, i'd like to hear from you, guy or girl: is this appropriate to an extent (on his part), and am i overreacting, or is this understandable?

I understand. I've gotten in plenty of arguments with my boyfriend about thinking other girls look good or if he thinks they're pretty. He of course, being the sweet guy he is, sweet talked be into forgiving him. But, i understand where you're coming from, when you're curious about your boyfriend and his life when you're not around, but here's what I learned. If you love him, you need to trust him, because trust is love. You can love someone, but you don't have to know everything about the person, because then that'd be awkward, right? If you hear things that your boyfriend is being a little flirt, then end it, simple as that. I would do the same thing. But for now, if he's around you, make sure his eyes are on YOU. And make sure you let him know that to! Take power, you're female. =]

i am horrible at making conversation. especially when it comes to talking to someone i like, who happens to only be an acquantaince.
so, november (yes that long ago) i went to a school football game with my friends and i met a boy who is a year older than me. we have a mutual friend i guess. (that friend now knows i like this boy... but he doesnt know that i know he knows... wow sorry if thats real confusing)
anyway i didnt automatically know i liked him. i never really gave him a second thought until a few days later. i realized i had felt so comfortable talking to him (which was probably only like 3 minutes haha) and thats very unusual for me to find in a person, especially a person i just met. i started to be a little interested in him and then i realized he is just flat out adorable.
well since then we exchange a hey in the halls, but since hes older we dont share any classes. and recently, my best guy friend, who knew him 2 years ago, tried to help me out. he saw him at a basketball game and talked to him and asked him what he thought about me. his reply was "what do you mean?" so my friend asked if he thought i looked good. and he apparently "said yea in a 'duh' tone of voice" according to my friend. haha so im glad with that. and ever since that day, in the hall he would just give me a funny face or something or purposely like dramatically look away and then look back.
he also requested me on myspace and facebook, and i would talk to him there if i knew him better but i dont want to be like creepy online stalker and never actually talk to him in real life.
anyway, point is, i still like him after a long time and i havent had the courage to say pretty much ANYTHING to him. i mean maybe 2 or 3 times we've had a really short "conversation". i just never have any idea what to say - and i know i was so comfortable with him when i met him, but ive become so like obsessed with him (not literally but i still feel like ive convinced myself to like him more than i originally did? i dont know how to explain it) that i have psyched myself into being afraid to talk to him.
the few times i see him daily are for short periods of time so its not like i can start a huge conversation, we only pass by each other... is there something i can say to maybe get his attention in those couple seconds? something funny? i dont know. i just wish i could get to know him better. hes really cool.
i know the whole confidence deal with guys being attracted to confident girls.. and i try but im kind of helpless. i always feel awkward because i cant think of what to say in conversations even with good friends sometimes... and this will sound stupid but i never know what to do with my hands ever... like just walking i cant keep them at my side.

Awh, don't worry about it, but here's what i would do if i was in your situation.
first off, message him or comment him or instant message him saying hey whats up? we barely talk; we should hangout. and that might show him you're interested.
then when you see him, ask him how schools going and ask about hanging out. i know you might be scared, but just blurt it out, and see what happens.
just try not to put it off, because he might change his mind or make other plans.

How do youadjust the size if you have adobe photoshop like me? I clicked the arrow like in the picture but it only comes with mini thumb nails of all my brushes but if I left click any of them i can either rename them or delete them and there's a little arrow there but I don't see any thing saying Master Diameter
1. Click the arrow to bring down all the brushes.
2. Then above all the brushes there should be a little, like, a horozontial line with a arrow on it with a number beside it, in a box and you can click on the arrow and you can drag it right or left to make it smaller or bigger, or you can type in the number for the pixel size.

I have the worst floor tiles ever created...My parents refuse to get them replaced by normal looking ones. They're not damaged or anything - it just LOOKS terrible.
I was wondering if I could paint them. What kind of paint should I use? Something that won't come off easily ... should I use wall paint? Or acrylic?
Any advice is appreciated. If you know other ways to cover such ugliness, let me know!

Try going to a local home depot, or read this site and maybe you`ll get ideas. You can try going to a paint store and seeing if they can guide you in the direction you want to go.

Once you've deleted everything to the trash can on your computer, and then deleted everything from the trash can, is it PERMINATLY gone from your computer? Like, people can't find it after you've deleted it from the trash and everything? Please let me know ASAP!

You can always get a security system. Or, lock all the doors and just when you're home, stay away from windows and make sure to have a phone near you in case you need to call the cops, and you can get security cameras.

There's this boy i like and i want to know if he likes me. 13/F by the way. Well, just last friday, March 16, 2007, to be exact, i went up to him with my friend, Alyssa, and we started teasing him saying he liked one of my other friends cause they hang out a lot. Well, this other guy, Tyler, starts a rumor that they are dating so i go up to him and go, OHMYGOD!! I knew you guys liked each other, I can't believe you're dating! And trying to get people to notice that there was a rumor going on about him and kayla dating. And so i go up to him ask him if he's mad and he goes, no, why would i be? and so i walk away. Later, we have something called library time, where the librarians of the class open the library so people can check out books. I come by there and he's over there and so i smiled at him and he looks at me and smiles. And then i went down and so did he and i turn around to check the time since it was close to lunch and i really just wanted to get out of there, and i notice him looking at me and so he just starts smiling so i giggle a bit cause i have a habit of doing that. Awh, I think he likes you, a lot. He's being flirty, which is a hint he likes you. So, next time you see him, by yourself, and make sure he's by himself, just be flirty and ask him who he likes, and if he's being shy, just say, well. i know someone who likes you, and tease him, and in the end just tell him you like him. =]
