Most times, a lot of people forget that people are often underhydrated (why do you think the first thing that happens when you go to the hospital is get an IV with fluids running in- everyone is dehydrated), and therefore need to stay very hydrated, because we lose a lot of moisture in skin. Keep a good clean moisturizer and drink plenty of water during the summer months.

BUT, complexion-wise, I've read that sweet potatoes are good for glow because they are packed with carotene. Salmon also reduces wrinkles and fine lines. Kiwis help skin to maintain collagen aka remain firm. [ sugarplum07's advice column | Ask sugarplum07 A Question ]
