ribs you can see my ribs im even 5lbs over. is that bad im not anorexic im not skinny im normal but closer to over than under. is there sumthing wrong its like really noticeable so i dont even wear bikinies. how do i make it go down? or can i make them go down? someone said you could.

As long as you're healthy, then this is completely normal. Being as a lot of girls ribs show, not horribly, but enough to where they are visible. Something that may help you is to do crunches and sit-ups on a daily basis -- just be sure not overwork yourself with the exercises.
No, I'm sorry, you cannot make them go down. The only thing I can think of is to put on some weight, but you say you're at a normal weight -- so that may not be a very good idea. As I mentioned before, do some sit-ups and crunches daily and it should help you. :) ]
Okay well my ribs poke out a little too! well no you cant make them go down. You can do crunches and sit-ups that may help a little. Nothings wrong its just normal. Some peoples ribs are worse than that. but youll be okay its normal though no worries. Hope i helped a little at least.
