ok theres this video on youtube called urban ninja and i was wondering if anyone knew what was the song called that was being played in the video. oh yea and yes i could of made an account but right now i temporarily dont hav an e-mail address right now. :P

oh yea p.s. i was wondering...well..if there was a site that could teach some crazy moves like that like if i could learn karate or learn some tips on how to do flips. that video really moved me some how right now im gonna diet and excerise more and do anything that will get me to the perfect shape. by the way i weigh like around 180 so whats the appropriate weight for a possibility of doing ninja moves. or can itry really hard to do some on my current weight?

DON'T run without sock. It can make your feet smell, give you blisters, and you can get different fungus like athletes foot. Always wear socks. :]

i would like to loose 30lbs by April. But i'm not sure how to do it.
I've been eating healthy, but lately i've been overeating. I need some tips on how to stop thinking about food all the time and grabbing another plate/serving of food. what can i do?

When I have nothing better to do, I just eat. I think I'm hungry, but I'm not. What you have to try to do is keep yourself BUSY. It helps! After you're done with your first plate of food and you're ready to go up and get another pile of it, think to yourself 'Am I even hungry?' Try not to confuse cravings with hunger. To keep yourself from overeating, don't starve yourself! Make sure that you have a HEALTHY snack when you're feeling hungry, and it's not exactly time for dinner. 100 Calorie Packs are really good, and you're not overindulging. Try fruits and veggies, yogurt, or maybe some cereal. Make sure that you drink a lot of water throughout the day too.

they're really related. if you have high self esteem, then you probably have confidence. if you have high self esteem, that means that you respect yourself and you're comfortable with how you look and act. but if you have no self esteem, then you probably have no confidence. you may hate the way you look, or you're self concious about different aspects of yourself. they're not quite the same word, but they're similar.

OK when i wake up i have really bad bags under my eyes. Anything i can do thats easy and doesnt take awhile to get them to go away in the mornings? PS i dont wear fondation so dont suggets it.

Put two spoons in the freezer the night before, and then take them out in the morning and put them under your eyes and just hold them against the bags. Or you can take cold tea bags and do the same thing.
