Home Swapping during vacation

i'm going to boca raton florida for vacation next month and my family is thinking about renting a house on palmetto beach. are they any phone numbers that you guys might know of for me to call? or any websites? we want to rent to a hour for one week. 4 people including myself will be with us. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. and about how much would it cost? thank you!

i made a mistake - i didn't mean swap as in like a home exchange. i meant, leaving my house in new york and just renting a house in boca raton, florida without the family coming to my house. get what i mean?.
