Hey, yep thats true. But i dont think its possible, unless youve been working out for years. I do 100 crunches a day and that kills me. Try do 100 instead of 1000. Eat the right amounts. Skip breakfast, Have like a slice of pizza or nachos for lunch, and have toast for dinner. Also drink diet coke. Cait ♥
