okay a few days ago i joined track and i was wondering which parts of the body lose fat first...is it the buns,the stomach,the arms, or what?because im not overwieght or nothing but i have a big chest and butt...and i just want a flat tummy
my questions are
in what order of body parts will start to show results that i lose fat when i run everyday?
and will i lose my butt and boobs for ever if i keep running?
please put which part of the body starts losing fat in order. for example
1.stomach
2.thighs
3.chest

Running doesnt do much to your tummy. if you want a flat tummy you should do abdominal excersises.
but usually when women loose weight their boobs go first. but since you are running your butt will probably just get more lean.

-always measure stuff out in a measuring cup and put it in a container or baggie instead of eating it out of the box.
-only eat at the table or in the kitchen.
-and i can't stress this enough, follow the food pyramid.
and in this months issue of Seventeen, their are lots of tips on that kind of stuff.

if i have that fake tanning lotion all over me and i go to a tanning salon will i still get tan? or will it affect it? i was going to wear the fake stuff until my skin actually starts to get tan and then stop. cuz i dont want to be ghostly white for a while until my skin starts to tan. (link)

my mom puts on the tanning lotion and then goes to the tanning bed. it doesn't effect it at all.
though tanning beds are verrrryyy bad for you. so i suggest a spray tan or keep on with the tanning lotion stuff. and the more you tan in the sun or tanning bed, the more wrinkles you get when you are older. and i know didnt want to hear it, but its true.

i know this isnt EXACTLY what you are looking for, but this is a GREATT site. everybody i show it to loves it. i got it from the O magazine (oprah). its www.pandora.com
you can type in artist's you like and it will come up with similar songs and you can discover and listen to songs for free. you don't even need an account, though you can get one. there are no pop-ups or ads during the songs, and they are crystal clear.
but i have heard www.bearshare.com is a good site. its like limewire but i think its shareware (free) so its not illegal.

Alright so here's the deal. My girlfriend and I have beed going over 4 motnhs now and we want to try something new. i was watching oprah the other day and this lady invented these pantys i guess you would call them called spanx and they don't leave lines, so you can't see them through pants or skirts. i'v heard they work very well. and instead of wearing white i think you should wear a nude color because white WILL show through and make it brighter and more obvious. oh yeah and i saw those spanx at walmart and you could probably get them at target too.

im not fat but i wana loose weight. for the past week or two, ive been running for atleast 15 minutes a day on a tredmil (plus cheerleading and volleyball), and cuting down my meals. i eat 3 meals a day and try not to snack inbetween and i dont eat sweats. i weighted about 123 but i think i might weigh the same or a pound less. should i be seeing results better or am i being impatient? what else can i do? if you are running, doing cheer, and volleyball, you might have lost some or if you stayed the same you might have lost some fat and gained muscle. *remember= muscle weighs more than fat.
check your BMI and if it says you are at a normal weight, you really shouldn't have to try to looose weight, but i understand.

i see alot of stuff in teen vogue (magazine) that is sort of prude looking and not too *flashy* i guess you would say.
but in reality pretty much everything designers sell is cleavagy. except t-shirts.

Please help my friend's family problems?

they probably did it on a photo editor (like adobe)or actually took pictures of two polaroid/kodak pictures overlapping. try asking the person that owns the site you saw it on.

teen vogue magazine usually has alot of european trends.
journeys usually has cute flats, but if you wanted something really unique i would suggest ordering flats off of a website with shoes or something.

Hi. I'm 13/f. I am a very unhealthy eater and am not active what-so-ever. I am very skinny, just not in shape. I am 5'3'' & weigh about 95 lbs. I am not worried about my weight or anything, just am worried about my health.

& for dinner, I have no control, but its usually home-cooked & healthy so I should be okay with that.
I need some exersizes also. I am going to try and start running once around my block 3 times a week [my block is small, but I will increase the distance gradually]. I will also TRY and do 30 situps a night. ANY OTHER IDEAS?

stick to the food pyramid.
breakfast- a bagel with some fruit. or a fruit smoothie. or maybe just some healthy cereal.
lunch- PBJ or turkey sandwhich on whole wheat. carrots &/or celery. (some kinda of veggie) and an apple (or some kind of fruit). water. you deffinatley want to replace all of your drinks with water and/or low fat milk. & if you drink fruit juice dilute it with a little bit of water due to high sugar.
snacks- fruits or veggies or some nuts.
dinner- lean meats. chicken & fish. pork isn't that bad for you either. just not fried stuff.
always have a rainbow on your plate. have your meat, a green, and another veggie.
& if you have desert you can have a bowl of fruit or a smoothie.
now to excersise!
your excersising sounds about good.
you could also do jumping jacks or something during commercials if you watch alot of TV.
& then theres always fit tv on cable.
