weight losse 14/f
im not fat but i wana loose weight. for the past week or two, ive been running for atleast 15 minutes a day on a tredmil (plus cheerleading and volleyball), and cuting down my meals. i eat 3 meals a day and try not to snack inbetween and i dont eat sweats. i weighted about 123 but i think i might weigh the same or a pound less. should i be seeing results better or am i being impatient? what else can i do?

i say u r bein impatient and should just wait 123 pounds may sound like a lot but it really isn't ]
Instead of eating 3 big meals a day try eating 6 small meals a day without snacking inbetween. Make sure also that your burning more calories then your eating. Running is the key to losing weight. Did you know just by working out you raise your heart rate so when your resting you burn more calories then you would if you didn't work out. Also drinking 8 glasses of water a day will totally help you lose weight. Hope i helped hun. ]
your just being a little impatient. it takes more than 1 or 2 weeks to loose weight. honestly, you seeem to be doing great with working out and playing sports to be healthy. if you really want to loose the weight quicker, you may want to work out on the treadmill for 25-30 minutes a day. there's nothing else you can really do. good job so far! just keep doing what you're doing! ]
You're doing everything rightt! You're running and everything. What i would do is run a bit slower but for a bit longer. Distance is more important than time. And for your weight-- you're at a greatt weight don't worry about it!
I have a food nutritionist, and they told me that it's better to eat smaller portions but more times a day (like 4 or 5 and eat maybe half a sandwhich.) This will speed up your metabolism. It really works! Just eat healthy foods excersize a little bit longer and you'll see results!

if you are running, doing cheer, and volleyball, you might have lost some or if you stayed the same you might have lost some fat and gained muscle. *remember= muscle weighs more than fat.
check your BMI and if it says you are at a normal weight, you really shouldn't have to try to looose weight, but i understand.
you can check your BMI (body mass index) at www.seventeen.com
i hope i helped :)
