If you want to eat something high in fat or sugar, think about fruits or veggitalbes you have in your house. Also, you could think about how much healthier you can become by eating healthier. Hope i helped a little. make good choices.

-only eat at the table or in the kitchen.
-and i can't stress this enough, follow the food pyramid.
and in this months issue of Seventeen, their are lots of tips on that kind of stuff.

Once your body gets used to eating at those times, the rest comes pretty easily. When going for a snack, remind yourself that you don't want to spoil your next meal, so have something small to tide you over. When it comes time for actual meals, focus on what level of hunger you have and not how good the food looks. If you time your meals correctly, you will never be "starving." Chew all your food slowly and sip water or juice between each bite. You'll get full faster and you'll actually be able to appreciate what you are eating. Its all in your mind set. if you set your mind to do and tell yourself to eat little at a time. Then you will do it eventually. But it takes time and practices. You won't be able to do it over night.
hope I helped. good luck. =]. [ justaskVy's advice column | Ask justaskVy A Question ]
