i really wanna sing this song for my talent competition called "fly like a bird" by mariah carey. but i cant get the really high notes that she does. would it be okay to like make them like kinda less high? without totally screwing the song. thanks.

God I absoloutly LOVE THE SONG - WEll you can tell she's my idol because of my username.
If you want to make it less high, it means you have to sing the WHOLE song at a lower pitch.It's a very difficult song to sing and if you could edit it and get a lower backing track thats good to, infact I have the backing track - I got from argos but it comes with a whole loet of other songs.
I think though it would be ok to make it lower!You go girl!!!!!!!If there is a gutairst that would be good too!
