okay a few days ago i joined track and i was wondering which parts of the body lose fat first...is it the buns,the stomach,the arms, or what?because im not overwieght or nothing but i have a big chest and butt...and i just want a flat tummy
my questions are
in what order of body parts will start to show results that i lose fat when i run everyday?
and will i lose my butt and boobs for ever if i keep running?
please put which part of the body starts losing fat in order. for example
sml111992 answered Friday March 2 2007, 2:55 pm: there isnt i think an order in which you loose weight when i do track the butt usually looses moer wieght and so do the thighs and legs the arms also get more muscular! if you are made to work out for track like doing crucnches and situps then yea you will loose that too. but usually when women loose weight their boobs go first. but since you are running your butt will probably just get more lean.
