16/F.I always feel shy to use public toilet. I feel somebody would heard the noise (Pissing & farting)and this make me embarassed. So I keep holding urine for many hours and give pain to my self. In my home I never use common toilet due to same fear.

everyone has to do it...keeping it all inside isn't healthy...besides if there are tons of people in there and you fart or something no one is going to know its you...they'll just assume it's someone in there...and even if they know its you it's not like they're going to say anything because they do it too...and as for home...it's home...you should feel comfortable using the toilet in your house...close the door...but just remember...everyone pees it's no big thing

ok so, for the past few days ive been having these HORRIBLE cramps. like cramps you get when youre on your period but im not on mine....and i wont be any time soon. also you know that feeling you get when you have to pee? i've started having that feeling almost all the time even when i dont have to pee. so does anyone know what might be wronnnng? i really dont want to go to the doctor. please help (link)

it could be a number of things...pregnancy being the most obvious but if there is no way that you can be pregnant...I would definitely look into PCOS(poly-cystic Ovarian syndrome) I have it and I cramp all the time and always feel like I have to pee even though I usually don't...I take birth controls to help control it...but you still need to see a doctor about it...sometimes the cysts will need to be drained or an ovary will need to be removed...sometimes the cysts burst...its incredibly painful and treatment is different for everyone...there is also a diabetic pill called glucophage(metformin) that they give to people with pcos...I know you don't want to go to the doctor but if you don't get treatment the cysts will grow and you'll have to get an ovary removed...I'd get it looked at

my boobs really just started growing last year and this year and i'm a 34 b now. i have these redish purpleish lines on them that are all over them. i hate it cause i can't wear a bathing suit top that revels a little or wear a low cut shirt cause they are seen. any ideas on what they are, will they go away and how long will they be there? they're stretch marks and very rarely does a girl not have them...cocoa butter moisturizers,like Palmer's Cocoa Butter, will help reduce the redness but they wont completely go away...but almost every girl has them so it's really nothing to worry about

If I were you I would definitely use Audacity...if you go to download.com you can download it for free...it's the best program out there for sound editing

I would definitely go with the red...it will make the natural red from the brown in your hair really pop out....the blue would look better on black hair...but with your brown hair I would go with the red...it'll look great

weight watchers is for men and women...the program is designed to help both body types and there are two programs to choose from when doing weight watchers...I went to weight watchers for 3 years and several of the people there were men...granted it seems like only women are the ones who can do the dieting thing...but men can do any of those diets as well...Nutrasystem even created a Nourish program especially for men...

so my stomach's been getting bigger and bigger. not rapidly, but it's getting bigger. why is it that it's getting bigger? like, all the other parts of my body aren't big or anything. just my stomach. what can i do to stop making it bigger and how can i keep it from doing so?

the thing with weight is that it doesn't always go in the places we want it too...those who try to gain weight eat a lot and tend to gain it in the wrong places...every body has a different "fat focus" your's just happens to be your stomach...there's nothing you can do to make your body stop collecting fat there but doing some core exercises will help tone up your stomach so any weight gain will be less noticeable...keeping with a core exercise regime will also help keep the fat that continues to collect there off...but you can't switch where your body gains weight

the iPhone will be available to AT&T(cingular) customers and will cost around $500-$600 dollars...the iPhone wont be available to other wireless companies for about 2 years because right now Apple has a special deal with AT&T that they get it first

I think thats totally up to you...If you really like him and you don't see him he's not going to be that easy to forget...but if you do see him and things don't work out move on...and even if you don't see him it's still okay to move on...you might find someone you like a whole lot better...and as for the myspace thing...if you have a first and last name type it in the search option and see what comes up...just do what feels right to you and everything will work itself out

Ok well it's almost my grad and i'm very stressed so I cry sometimes.
Sometimes i can hold it in and just need to be alone but when he sees me liek that he always goes in and bugs me about it til i talk and if i open my mouth at that momment then I cry.
When I cry he yells at me for crying like "what did i do?!"
He makes it seem like the ONLY REASON I can cry is if someone yelled at me.
I don't know if I can get someone to explain it to him that some girls are stressed and it's ok to cry and give them some space but everyone in my family is like that so I can't get them to.
And definitely nto my either because I dislike him so much now that if he steps into the room and lingers there for mroe then 10 mins then I'll burst out crying. (link)

you don't hate your dad...you're just stressed out right now...my dad is the same way always thinking that the only way I can be upset is if someone did something to me and he gets mad at me...but whether you have them or not it's time for a family meeting...sit him and your mom down(she might be able to help)and explain to him what you're feeling and whats going on tell him that he needs to understand that there are other reasons people can be upset...just relax and talk to him...it's a stressful time

you're not going to get that faded look like you want...but if you go to a salon and explain what you want done they can do something similar maybe..but those look like clip extensions...you're best bet would really be to go to a salon and ask where the best place to get extensions like that is...I would recommend Sally Beauty Supply stores...they might be able to help you out

I love my dogs alot, but i want more. My best friend is selling a couple and i asked for her to save one for me. Well, my mom says no, we need money. I'm trying to raise money, but it's too hard with summer school. My dad says the only way we're getting another dog is if we kill our current dogs. I got scared and said no. All I want is just one mroe tiny puppy. One of my current dogs is 7 half way through his life. My other one is only 4. She's not too nice, but anyway, I really want this puppy, but don't know how to get my mom to say yes! HELP! (link)

dogs are a lot of money and responsibility...getting a puppy it will need shots and stuff and vet visits are expensive too...if your parents need the money chances are they aren't going to say yes and they probably wont budge...you don't have to kill the other two but you could sell them or give them to someone who will take good care of them if you really want this puppy...but remember puppies don't stay puppies very long and the dog will probably get big quickly...if you love dogs like you say you do you'll wait until your older to have to dogs you want and take some strain off of your parents...they're just trying to keep some money in the bank...would you honestly rather they spent all of their money on a dog or on things that are truly necessary for living cut them some slack and let things work them selves out...

Chances are he's pretty shy and not really confident about making the first move he's probably worried that he'll get shot down...it would be good if you made the first move to show him your interested

Does anyone know if a Broadway (yes, i actually mean NYC not just musical theater in general) audition is any different from a regular professional audition? and if so- how?
I have done enough community theater, and i've started auditioning professionally. And once I get my musical theater degree I'm going to manhattan- so I just wanted to know what is different about the Broadway auditions. (link)

with Broadway auditions they take groups of 15 or 20 and put you through the dance audition first usually...out of that they'll pick those that they like and you'll have to do a 2nd dance audition...if you make it past that the usually have a first vocal audition and then a vocal and reading audition if they like you...then later that night they'll post a call back list and you'll come back the next day and you'll audition for parts that they think your right for if they like you and have you sing songs for those characters...I definitely wouldn't go straight to Broadway if I were you...I'd try some community theater around there...maybe a few off-off Broadway or off Broadway shows before you move straight to Broadway to get a name in the NYC theater community then it'll be easier for you to get parts because you'll have local references...just don't forget to bring a resume and headshot to all auditions.

I've been getting random bruises lately. Usually on my arms & legs. The other day my parents pointed out that I had a huge bruise on the back of my leg. It's basically as big as a cell phone. It's purpleish & has dots in it so it's obvious that there's a lot of broken blood vessels. I'll also get smaller sized bruises that are greenish/yellow. I usually get those more often. The problem is, I never remember how I get them. When you bruise yourself, especially when it's a huge bruise, you know that you bumped into something or fell. The bruises I get show up randomly. Does anyone get these too or have any idea on why I'm getting them? I haven't been bumping into things or anything weird like that. They are random & I always have at least two. Thanks!! (link)

I know that this is probably going to scare you crazy...but one of the early signs of cancer is unexplained bruising...if it's a common occurrence it might be something to talk to your doctor about and express some sort of concern...granted this isn't the only possibility...maybe your doing it in your sleep...I know I've done that before...but there shouldn't be that many of them...I would definitely talk to a doctor and see whats up but it's probably nothing to worry about but I'd go just to be safe
