balance, splits (right left and strattle) since you have a trampeline.. do toe jumps\, back flips, front flips, round off back hand springs, but yea balance is the key thing lol. and when doing cheers, you have to be really sharp about your moves! good luck! xO ali

Q: ok last night i cut myself in the leg. its not deep or anything just like scrathes and i did it with a really dull razor. i did it because i keep fighting with my friends and i can't help it. i had a dream about it that night and i can't stop thinking about it!! i definately don't want to do it again and i most probably won't. stress... thats your problem. everyone gets stressed out but deal with it differently. i know a heck of a lot of people who cut them selves and trust me its not worth it. Punch a matress er sumthin or excersize cuz its the best way to relieve stress.! Love Always, Ali
