Ok, so me and my {almost} sister-in-law want to do pink streaks in our hair and do our tips pink. Do any of you have any suggestions on how to do this? We were planning on bleaching the spots then doing it pink, but a little help is needed! We're not really sure how to do this, and what dye is really good and won't really fade. We're looking for a hotpink color, not really a cottoncandy pink. Any suggestions? Thanks so much! (link)

i'm a cutter. at least i used to be. i stopped once i started going out with my boyfriend. he's helped. he's also my first boyfriend. we've been going out for three and a half months. i really care about him, but i think that the only reason i stopped cutting was because of him, and that i might start again. i don't know what to do. i don't want to cut now, but a few times in the past few weeks i've wanted to. i don't know if i've honestly gotten any better or if it's just a temporary thing. it's just the only thing that has ever helped. therapy and pills never did anything. i like you have the urges to do it again but i find alternative solutions.
i do activities to preoccupy myself.
and i know this sounds like a stupid suggestion but it does work for me.
find some way to make you quite for yourself not your boy friend.And when you do it wont be a temporary.
if ever need someone to talk to and i dont mean as a "counselor" but as a possible friend just email me or if you have a myspace.

Ok, Sorry if this is not in the right category..but ok here it is
i currently live in mexico, i am head over heals in love with this guy, & he claims he loves me too...((he isnt myboyfriend though, not anymore at least))..we have been *together* for almost 1 1/2 yrs.. i basically feel like i cant live without him, he is te best thing that has ever happened to me... & last year i went away to the U.S for a month while he stayed here is mexico,before i went to the US everything was picture perfect with us.. he loved me so much & i knew he did, we always saw eachother, we talked everyday, he treated me like i was the most important thing in the world... which made me love him even more.. but when i came back.. everthing was different with us & he would always fight & never saw eachtother anymore or talked much... it was like i was just someone he knew... not someone important to him... i believe he fell out of love with me..
but now things are finally getting so much better with us again.. i loves me again (he always tells me) we always see eachother, we always talk, once again i am the most important thing in his world ((he has always been mine, since i met him))
now the problem is... i have the chance to go back to the US for about 1 or 2 months.. i want to o buti dont.. because i am so afraid that if i go.. that when i come back all the problems will come back... he will once aain fall out oflove with me.. and i dont want that.. i mean.. i want to go i havent been there in almost a year, but if i go.. i dont want problems with him again.. he is the most important thing in my life, and i cant bare to loose him again the way i did before..
so what do you think i should do??

Even though there were promblems before when you came back doesnt mean there will be more.
Ask him how he feels about you leaving for a couple months.
Even though it is your choice and life what he has to say matters a lot.
If before the problems were about the trip then maybe you should pass.
but if not then go for it.
He loves you so i bet he'll wait=]

okay well i have these freinds...
and their always hanging out together. And they never invite me anywhere. except when theres no one else to hang out with.
they make me feel like crap, it just seems like they arent realy my friends anymore.

Im sure you have probablly heard the saying 2 wrongs dont make a right,huh???
well sometimes it sure does help others realize wht they're doing is wrong.
If I were you i would have a get together with some of my other friends and "accidentally" forget to invite them.
Chances are they'll realize how crappy it feels and start inviting you to do things with them.
And if not you can always make new friends.
you most def. do not deserve to be treated like this.

Last night I had one of the weirdest dreams I`ve had in a long time. First, me & one of my guy friends who I used to like, but he never liked me, kissed for a few minutes. THEN, I don`t know what happened to the other guy, but all the sudden my best friend`s boyfriend (who I don`t think I like) & I were holding hands & kissing for a long time. After that, (once again, I have no clue where he went, but he was gone) I was talking to my best friend (the one whose boyfriend kissed me) & telling her that I loved him (her boyfriend) & we kissed. When I was telling her that, I had apparently forgotten they were going out, & I suddenly remembered & started apologizing, but she ignored me & looked really angry & then I finally woke up. Okay, does that mean that deep down I somehow like the guy who I thought I stopped liking? & what does the thing with my best friend getting angry at me & her boyfriend kissing me mean? (link)

I think your dream is more than it appears.I peronally dont think you like your bestfriends boyfriend.Dreams are never that oxious.You have to look for hidden meanings.

What I would do is maybe go camping.You can go swimming in a lake,stay the night in a tent,make smores,ect.
its something fun yet cheap.
Ive done it before and my friends and i had a blast.
we def. got to know more about each other.

Every time I get a friend, they betray me somehow. Like talking about me behind my back. They seem okay at first. A good friend, the nthey end up turning on me and joining up with my enemies. I beginning to think I'm never gonna make a perfect friend. I mean, one friend is getting drunk all the time, one forgets aobut me, one hits me in the head, and the others all the same. I mean, my question is what should I do? Give up on friends, which may happen either way, or find better friends? I mean, my friends can be nice to me, but... I just need help on friendship! I think everyone needs friends for comfort,realibility,and overall company.
All girls talk behind others backs but your true friends shouldnt.Dont give up keep looking and trying because you will find someone who wont betray you.
A lot of my old friends would talk about me behind my back and expect me to take it and i did for the longest time.After awhile I thought forget it i deserve better and went on a "friend hunt".
I joined more school clubs and went to more social places like the mall.
eventually I found some friends who love me for me.
we fight sometimes but always make up right after.
You may have to wait but a best friend is just one step away=]

2 years ago at NC Camp the speaker asked if anyone wanted to share what God had been doing in their lives that week. A guy behind me that I didn't know stood up and cried as he shared that he'd just given his life to Christ. When he sat down I turned around and prayed with him. After the service he came and found me and gave me a hug, but I didn’t really get to meet him until the next day as we were leavin.
Over the next year I saw him about once a month at Bible Quizzing competitions. Then he graduated and left for college and I didn’t hear from him for awhile. He came home for the summer and has been interning as the youth pastor at his church. Last week at camp he was my team leader for our ministry project, so we got to talk some.
At Thursday night's service God brought back the memory of my father's suicide and laid it very heavily on my heart. After the service he could tell somethin was wrong. He gave me a hug, asked what was goin on, and I told him. We talked for at least half an hour and I cried pretty much the whole time. I remember lookin up and seein tears in his eyes. At first I felt bad about it, but then it felt good to know he really cared that much about me. He gave me encouragement, shared scripture with me, and prayed with me. When I got home I emailed him and asked him whether he would be willing to be my accountability partner. He agreed, and we're going to email twice a week and pray over the phone every other week.
But yesterday I realized I've got a crush on him and it's drivin me crazy. I get a message on myspace and I wonder whether it’s from him. I get one from him and my stomach gets all tied up in knots and I get nervous but excited at the same time. I’ve talked about it with a few people, and I figured out it’s because he’s exactly the type of guy I’m lookin for. The problem is I’m 16 and he’s 19 (2 ½ years apart). He’s starting his sophomore year in college and I’m starting my junior year in high school. He’s my accountability partner, spiritual role model, and a close friend. It would never work for us right now because of where we’re at in our lives. In the future, maybe. But definitely not right now. His friends have told me how highly he speaks of me and my Christian walk, so maybe he feels the same way, maybe he doesn’t. Either way I have to get rid of this crush, at least for a few more years. I don’t want it to come between us, and I don’t want him to think any less of me just because of some stupid crush. What can I do? (link)

This is honestly a tricky situation.
Even if he does like you you guys def. need to wait.
In the meantime dont stop seeing or talking to him.
He seems like an absolutly wonderful friend.
If I were you I would cut down on how much you see and hang out because your getting attached.
Find another boyfriend to help get over him but never lose the idea of him because one day it might work out for you two.

I personally suggest to get it done at a hair place.If this is not possible then I would not recommond the generic brands.They usually fry your hair and cause other damage.So pay a couple extra dollars and get something much better.Such as Lorrel and Clairol((i know i spelled it wrong)).My hair is also curly so to ensure the highlights will be even i straighten my hair before.It helps a lot and it looks nicer in the long run.
Also the best self highlighting type to get i would have to say is cap and hook.
You put all your hair in a cap that has a bunch of tiny holes and pull your hair threw it with the hook.
Its all in the directions.

my boyfriend and i have been going out for ten months. Everything has been pretty great, we had a couple rough spots, but things turned out okay. Well he gave me his myspace password, and of course, me being curious, i went on it. i was looking through his messages, and this girl kept saying i was a stalker and immature and stuff. you cant expect him to give up all his friends whether they like you or not. I know this sucks but its the truth.But he of course should tell them to knock it off and if they cant then dont say it around him.
our guys are supposed to think of of as their everything so your bf should stand up for you.
You most def. do not deserve to be called those names.
I would tell him to have a chat with them or its over just as a wake up call.

Just tell them that your too mature to sit there and talk bad about someone you know nothing about and maybe they should absorb because they might learn a few things.
then continue to ignore them.

I have blonde hair and eyes that change from anywhere from light blue to dark blue to green to grey.
I am not pale, I am lightly tanned, but I will be getting very tan when I go to hawaii and the bahamas this summer.

the colors i would suggest would be:
dark red.
semi-bright green.
gentle blue.
possibly purple.
beige or light brown.
but if i were you i would just compare what colors look good with your skin tone.

Hm okay so I have this slight problem. I'm m/15 and I have a really good friend that thinks that I like her. When in actuality I don't. I suspect two of my other friends(one of them her best friend) have been telling her I do. At first I didn't really do anything about it because I didn't think much of it. I think if it continues it will probably hurt our friendship. She is under the impression that i like her and she has been flirting non-stop with me so I think she might like me... I don't want to hurt her feelings so what should I do? I know I have to talk to her but how...?

You need to tell her the truth.
Dont say that you dont want to ruin your friendship even if it is true most girls will think your lieing and get hurt even worse.
tell her you just dont see her like that but be gentle about it.Because if shes been flirting then she must like you.
And do it soon.The longer you wait the more you will hurt her.
But right after you have the "special" chat back off for a day or two to give her some time to sort out her thoughts.
If you dont then an arguement will most likely errupt and your friendship will be ruined.
And even if she ignores you after you've talked keep making attempts to talk to her.Eventually she'll give in and everything will be normal again=]

when a class disscusion is started participate.
never fake who you are though.
Always be yourself just become a little more outgoing.
and possibly make friends with other quiet people.
Another suggestion would be to join clubs.There you could meet people with the same interests as you=]

i've had two guys like me this year. i've been telling myself i want a boyfriend and i know i do. i've been single for a year and a half with one sexual relationship in between. so whenever these guys tell me they like me i'll like them for a day or two and then find some reason why it wouldn't work out and then i push them away. i won't even be friends with them. what the heck is my problem? if i want a guy, and i can get a guy, then why can't i accept what's given to me? I think your scared of getting hurt.Its okay everyone is but you cant avoid love all around.Dont find a reason not to try. Wait for one because even if the relationship doesnt work out you will walk away with something that will help you in the long run.Whether that is a little more strength,preparation,or knowledge.Just remember this the next time your in this position,"The rollercoaster will have to eventually end but why not enjoy the ride instead of sitting on the sideline and thinking 'how much fun does that look'."

If your boyfriend cares about you(which im sure he does) then he wont care how she looks.He will think you look perfect no matter what and he definatly wont compare you to others.Be confident in yourself and love you for you and youll be so much happier and worry much less.

when me and my friend went to the movies i took my nano ipod an she took her video ipod. she then decided that she wanted to borow mine and so we traded becuase she liked my music in it. so we traded and it was a while when i saw her. i mean we called eachother buches of time but i was to busy to ahng out. well i took her ipod to school oneday and they stole it. i was so mad. someone actually went into my bookbag and stole it. i was crying hysterically and my dad was screaming at me. they stilla re tsalking about it. i called my friend and i told her she was a bit mad at first and then she said dont worry well fix this. so i told her i was gonna give her my sisters. but my sister didnt want to give her vodeo ipod becuase 1. her pod is wayy newer then my friends and it has NO scratches and my friends had scratches and 2. my sister bought it with her own money. my parents dont ahve 300 bucks right now to buy a new ipod. so they told me to tell my friend to wait a while while i get the money. i told her and she got mad. she told me that she wanted my sisters and my sis didnt want to give hers. so she told me to give her my moms cell number becuase her mom wanted to speak with my parents. so i did and they talked and my firends mom was so eman to my mom. my mom got mad so they closed and her moom said shellm call back to speak to my dad or else this will get serious. i dont know what she meant by that. my friend doesnt talk to me and well i dont want to either ebcuase i feel like she traded our friendship for an ipod. and we were so close. what really gets me mad is the fact that iw anted to give my friend her ipod 2 times! first we were at the mall and she said no keep it for longer and the second time was when i was near her house and called her but she was tlaking to her bf and sed she would call me bak but didnt! i dont know what to do! please help any adive comments? anything?. oh i cant trade in my ipod nano which is liek 130 bucks for a ipod which is 300. thats impossible. thnaks so much! In a way this reminds me of a situation i went through.My friend and I were playing around and we accidentally broke her cell phone.We were both to blame because she was video taping me and i blocked it...then snap.Well i was willing to pay half because it was both our faults but that just wasnt good enough.She freaked out and got her dad involved.She def. overreacted.I just thought it was unfair that i was getting blamed for it all.I told her to stop video taping me.But after that we stopped talking and lost our friendship.Its very sad how this happens.But i think you already have this figured out.Tell her exactally what you told us.If shes a good enough friend she'll understand and arrange some way for you guys to fix what has been done.Because believe it or not its her fault too for being such a procrastinater.
