I must run a 10km race at the end of September, but I have never in my life ran more than 2km!
Could anyone help me with advice on how to prepare for the race. I started on Monday(21/06) by jogging/walking 2.2km each day.
When should I start doing more kilo's and when can I run my first 10km to prepare for September?

hun, im really happy for u that ur gonna go for tha 10km race. basicly what i can i advise u is each day try to runa little more than 2km, and slowly work up to tha 10 km. it may sound corney, but i can relate, i tried for a 3km race for this fund raiser, and thats how i made it. it may not seem like a alot. but i made it. iand i think u can too.

See, he recently started hanging out with this girl who isn't a virgin. She lost her virginity at 14!!! -_- And, like, not only did it once with this guy, but about 8 times. So, basically my friend wants to know whether she had feelings for this guy...I mean, to uh, do it more than once with him...

hun basicly all u gotta do is eat right,a nd exercise. itll tak a little more time then you'll want but it'll keep u healthy, which will help u keep tha weight down. also, during this time when ur tryin to burn off tha weight, if u hav a craving to ignore it, and go eat some fruit and yogurt, but once and a while having a craving isnt badd just dont do it all tha time
