failure_by_design answered Friday June 25 2004, 12:29 am: When i ask questions and someone answers them i try my best to remember to rate them. I can't really speak for everyone hear because some people i guess just choose not to rate, but i like when people rate me because then i know if i am giving out good advice or not. Its really just up to the people that asked the question if the should rate you or not. I hope i helped, i know my answer was a bit confusing. lol if you give me your advicenators name i can have my friends ask you some questions and rate you if you like?
