That might bother him that your his friends sister. Or maybe he just doesnt want a relationship with you at the moment. Try talking to him ask him if he likes you. Your not to young for him but maybe he just like older girls or something! Well thats not much for advice cuz i wasnt sure on this one but I hope i did help some what

hun, there might be 2 problemz here, if hes ur brotherz friend ur bro might b telling him to stay away from u to protect yuh. Or ur guy friend is worried that if u guyz go out and then breakup he wont be able to hang out with ur brother. But hun, he might not just like you. Just give it time.

yea most likely it is b/c its your brothers friend. i mean, think of it like this, would u get mad b/c ya brother dates one of ya friends. im guessin u might. maybe, he dont want ur brother thinkin that he is only hangin out with him b/c of you. just talk to him about it
