ok i'm a figure skater and i have skates about like 3 years old and im supposed to be getting new ones but i cant them yet. my feet are KILLING me in these skates! i cant stand the pain anymore. does anyone have any suggestions of what i can do or buy to keep my feet from being hurt. also my feet get really cold and that just makes the pain worse so any ideas at keeping them warm would help alot too. thanks,
love livvvyyyyyyyyyy
You have to have really thin socks so that the boot can form better to your foot. As for keeping them warm, try getting a heat insulating fabric, like under armor socks. That should really make a difference.
I purchased ghd hair straightener from hairstraightenercare.com And its working well.
But i am worried that is it good to use hair straightener twice in a week?
Please suggest me.
I straighten my hair almost every single day and I've never had a problem. My hair is like between curly and wavy. Don't worry about it you'll be fine. Twice a week won't damage your hair at all.
Im always touching something, messing with something, going through my phone, messing with my hair, biting my lips/cheek, etc. People always think Im nervous or something but Im really hardly ever nervous. Is this like some kind of disorder or somethign?
They're all probably just nervous habits.....It's nothing to worry about it doesn't mean you're nervous or anything it just means you do it but don't realize it. I wouldn't stress about it it's no big deal.
:)
I recently just got the blackberry pearl. I like it except i put it in my purse without a case and now the trackball sunk lower in my phone and it's harder to use! What should i do to fix it without bying another trackball?? thanks!
I don't know if this will work but maybe try getting some tweezers and gripping it and pulling it back up a little bit? It might be too far in for that I'm not sure. Take it into the store and see if there's anything they can recommend.
Okay so umma make a video and was wonderin if it's possible to fill a baby pool of jello and it take the form of jello. Or will it just be a big wet thing of colored water? Haha thx
You'd have to find a way to cool the entire baby pool to like the level of a refrigerator. Since jello sets as it chills. Otherwise yea it'd just stay a giant tub of room temperature jello-y water mess.

so in order for me to be in my schools national honors society i have to have 20 service hours and they just now told us all the hours are due feb 6!!!! i dont know where to go! i love animals so maybe theres something to do with them but idk if that helps or not but there you go.
Yea I had to do 250 hrs in high school I'll tell you right now the fact that you love animals isn't going to help you at all.
I'm a huge animal lover too and I think I did maybe 3.5 of those 250 doing anything to do with animals. Guess what it was? Cleaning out kitty litter boxes. Gross. Yea.
And pretty much every animal shelter in the US isn't going to let you volunteer for them unless you're 18, or you have your parent there volunteering with you. They don't even let you get something signed by a parent and then you can work.
You'd be better off looking for a retirement home near you. I know it sounds boring but seriously, those were some of the easiest and sometimes funnest hours I ever did. You just go in and keep the residents company...most of them their family just lives far and can't come visit every day they just want someone to talk to.
Like one time I helped some lady paint her nails. It was fun and we just chatted about college and what-not...and another time I played checkers with this guy. And a lot of retirement homes have like arts and crafts time where you can help out passing out supplies, making the sample crafts, or helping the residents make theirs....
It's not the most fun thing for teenagers in 2009 granted but they enjoy it and it's a lot better than cleaning kitty litter.
Good luck hope that helps :)
I know this sounds disgusting but will I be okay if my dog licked my vagina? Seriously- will I get any diseases or illnesses? Isn't it true that dogs mouths are cleaner than humans? I would like some advice from a knowledgeable person. I was just experimenting and I'm worried that I might get sick or get an infection,
They're only "cleaner" in that they have more germ eating bacteria. But bacteria is still bacteria and it's probably not a good idea.
You'll probably be ok this time but if you notice anything weird I would see a doctor. And I wouldn't let your dog lick you again.

I have a moustache and it's getting darker because of the winter. I'm not going to wax or shave it but is there any cream i can use that is not expensive that works? Also, i am really embarrased by it and i don't want to put my face close to other's and talk with them. I haven't told my family about me being embarrased by it, we don't even talk about it. Please help!!
You can get a Nair cream they have special ones for facial hair (it's a more sensitive formula for the skin on your face, so make sure you don't use one meant for another area.)
I've never gotten the facial ones but the general ones I know for a fact cost less than $10 at walmart or target...so the face one shouldn't be more than that.
Basically you put on the cream in a thick layer and let it sit for 3-6 minutes (depending on how thick the hair is) then you wash it away. Sometimes you have to scrub at the hair a little but it works pretty well. Especially since the lip is such a small area you shouldn't have any problems with it.
Good luck :)
does anyone know, I had a guy that stayed in an apartmentw/me here and there. he has my apartmnet address on his license. we are no longer together. can he get access to the apartment at anytime? Does anone know what my rights are to keep him out and away from me!!! he is NOT on the lease.
Just because it says it on his license doesn't mean he has a right to be in that apartment....
He can get a change of address label from the Secretary of State.
He has no legal right to be in your apartment and you don't have to let him in.
Especially if he's not on the lease because that's the only thing I can think of is if he talked to your landlord or something but if his names not on the lease your landlord can't legally give him the keys either.
Hope that helps.
I am looking for some new hoodies, and I saw an aeropstale one I like, I looked up the website and I saw that they have sizes XS-XXL, I think.
Were I live there is no store to try things on. And, I need to know if it would fit me. So, I was wandering, if anyone knows:
If they are tight fitting? (I was hoping they fit like American eagle).
Would you recommended them?(Are they cheaply made?).
Pretty much all I really need to know if they would fit me because I like my hoodies baggy and comfy.
THANKS :].
In the torso they fit generally like American Eagle.
However I've only bought one thing from Aeropostale and it was a zip-up hoodie. I wore it once and I'll never wear it again because of the sleeves.
I like clothes from stores like American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie, Pink, Charlotte Russe, etc. I'm a XS-S at those places so I got a S hoodie thinking they would fit the same but no.
The sleeves are seriously like 4 inches shorter than all my other hoodies. And when I wore it and put my arms down normally the sleeves ended like an inch above my wrists. I don't have extra long arms all my hoodies from those other places have sleeves that are several inches past my wrists.
I wouldn't buy it. I don't know what their return policy is though with buying it online maybe you could buy it and try it on when it gets to you and return it? Personally, I don't think it's even worth the trouble but if you like it then I'd look into the return policy before you buy it.
:) Hope that helps.
How do i make a picture black and white but leave my eyes in color? I need a free photoshop to download from online. And for it to be not hard so i understand how to do it.
I have another way that I actually think is easier that the previous answer.
Open it up in photoshop then do Ctrl+A that'll select your entire picture. Then Ctrl+C that will copy it.
Then click outside of the picture and do Ctrl+N that will open a new picture. Somehow I have it set on mine that when I do Ctrl+N it automatically makes the new picture size the same amount of pixels as the area you copied, I don't know if that's standard on every photoshop so if it's not you'll need to adjust the pixel size to fit the picture you're trying to make.
Once you have the new window opened do Ctrl+V that will paste the picture into the new window.
Once you can see it in the new window go to the layer tab in the top toolbar and go down and click Flatten Image. It should be all the way at the bottom of the tab.
Then, go back to your copy of the original picture. Press Ctrl+U this will open the Hue/Saturation tool. See the three bars in the middle? Hue, Saturation, and Lightness. They should all start off at 0. Click where it says 0 in saturation and type -100. The negative sign is important. Then click OK. That should have just made your picture black and white without changing the color comp. of your picture. If you just went to change to grayscale your color part that you want (your eyes) wouldn't show up in color.
NOW (on the original color picture) do Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C. Then go back to the black and white picture and do Ctrl+V. Now you'll have the first layer of your picture which is the black and white version and you'll also have the top layer which is the color version. Now either simply press the E key, which will open the eraser tool, or find the eraser tool in the side toolbar. Now all you have to do is erase all the parts of your picture BESIDES your eyes. You'll notice that as you erase the color version all that shows up is the black and white. So now you just have to erase everything but your iris.
It looks longer but I was just trying to explain everything to make sure it was easy to understand. In practice trust me it'll be easier.
Hope that helps and good luck. :)
Okay, I was going to start laying in the tanning bed.
I usually start laying in winter, and lay til summer.
I tan really easy!
But the thing is, I get these small spots, that are white.
Like sun spots.
Its not cancerous.
However, I was wondering how could I avoid them this year?
They always go away, but I was just wondering how to avoid them this year.
Oh, and another thing, how can I tan my chest area, not my boobs, but the part above.
I tan really good everywhere else except this area.
Thanks!
I used to have the same problems when I went tanning. What you can do to avoid the lighter spots is use a good tanning lotion with a VERY LIGHT self-tanner. You don't want one too strong or it'll make your face look funny since it tans differently. That'll help even out the color on the spots that the light misses.
And to tan your chest, you have to go up to the higher level bed. It doesn't tan right now because if you've noticed in some of the beds there's a stripe of no lights in between the body lights and the face lights, that's why it's not tanning right there because theres no lights to tan it.
Get a higher level package with better beds, in the better beds the lights run all the way together and some of them are really nice like they'll have the time left right in front of your face so you can count down and they'll have the radio right there too so you can change out the songs all while you're tanning.
Hope this helps and good luck on your tan! :)
Female puppy, neutered, 15-16 weeks old. Mostly housebroken. 2nd floor apartment. Why does she (erratically) choose to pee inside? Two days ago, I walked her for 30 minutes, then she played 10 minutes in yard with her downstairs dog friend. They both charged upstairs and she peed once she arrived at the top. Yesterday, she dozed under the table while my wife and I played Monopoly. I went to the bathroom: she came in for a scratch & petting, then took 2 steps, squatted and peed. She had several outdoor opportunities while we played. What would make her want to do this?
Sorry I don't have time for a more ellaborate answer but it's most likely because the whole time she was out she was too distracted to used the bathroom.
Use the same walking path every time you take her out, that way she's not overwhelmed by new scenery. And also, if she hasn't done her business yet, don't let her play outside. Or at least if you do, make sure you stay after playing long enough to pee. If she has the choice between going to the bathroom and playing with another dog outside, then peeings gonna sound pretty boring.
Don't give her the opportunity to pee in the house, make absolutely positive that she's gone BEFORE you bring her back in.
I hope this helps and sorry it's not very detailed I'm kind of in a hurry. :) Good luck.
what is masturbation?
some one please tell me

Ok....so there's this boy that goes to my school he really likes me and I like him too...today we shared our first hug together and it was amazing...lol...but anyway he keeps asking me for my number but everytime I want to I just can't do it...I would say I'm kinda a shy person...but I really like him....what can I do....how can I give him my number without being so shy??? Please help me.
Thanx in advance!!!
If he keeps asking you for your number....that means he obviously wants it. All you have to do when he asks for it is say "sure, it's ______"
You shouldn't have to be shy about simply giving a guy your number. Him having your number really means nothing other than he might call/text you something, it's not like he's asking you to let him hit it, right?
Basically my opinion is that there is absolutely no harm in you giving him your number so you should just do it already. He's obviously given you an opportunity to give it to him and you passed it up, so next time he asks just give it to him. At least he's initiating it so it takes a whole lot of pressure off of you. :)
i was just searching for apartments to rent in new york, and i came across this one:
http://www.apartments.com/summarybz.aspx?page=summarybz&property=249170.1&area2=y&state=ny&rgn1=78&subarea1=y&subarea2=y&subarea6=y&subarea3=y&subarea14=y&subarea7=y&subarea8=y&subarea15=y&subarea9=y&subarea11=y&subarea12=y&rent_minimum=0&rent_maximum=1500&mode=6144&srt1=0.44&srt2=0.44&srt3=0.44&prvpg=1067
why is it only $350 a month when the apartment itself looks stunning? is there something wrong with it, or is there something that they dont tell you?
I'm willing to bet that the $350 a month isn't correct. It's probably $350 for the deposit and more for the monthly payment. I would call the landlord to find out for sure.

Hey, I have a tanning question...
Well I am absolutely in LOVE with self-tanners because I love seeing results quickly which is rare for my skin type. I also tan quite a bit in the summer (Don't worry, I practice safe sun :]). But my question is, If you already have a self tanner on, can you lay out and still get a tan? Or is it not possible for the UV rays to go through the dye?
**If you know the answer to this, great :] please let me know!
**If you want to critize me for tanning and give me a speech about how I'll get skin cancer blahblahblah... keep it to yourself, I don't care, that's not why I asked this question :]
Thanks Guys!!
Yeah you can still get a tan, the reason I know is because some of the tanning lotions for tanning salons have self tanners in them.
The Australian Gold line has some lotions with self tanners that work great (you don't turn orange at all) and you can use them outside as well as in tanning booths.
If you like seeing results quickly, I definately suggest you look into a tanning salon package. They normally start out at $20-$30 a month and you'll see faster results than in the sun because instead of the unfiltered rays you get outdoors which contain UVA and UVB rays, in the tanning beds you get concentrated UVB rays only. It makes you tan as quickly as possible. And if you combine that with a lotion containing a self tanner, you'll be on the fast track to a perfect tan. :)

How to Introduce Your New Dog to Your Resident Cats
Before the Introduction
You will have better chance of success if your dog is a puppy. A puppy who grows up with a cat is likely to see the cat as part of the pack.
You will have less chance of success if:
Your dog has an aggressive or predatory nature. An aggressive dog can seriously injure or kill a cat.
Your cat is a small kitten, or is declawed, handicapped, or elderly. A kitten can be injured by an overly playful dog. Declawed, older, or handicapped cats are less equipped to defend themsleves.
Preparation steps - Important!
Get to know your dog and cat well. Be able to interpret their body language and sense their moods.
Your dog should be well-trained, and respond to commands to come, stay, and sit.
You should also know how to blend mild discipline and positive redirection to gently influence your cat's behavior.
Do not proceed with the introduction until you have completed the steps in this section.
The Introduction
Beforehand, exercise your dog and feed him a nice meal; put him in a relaxed mood. Put your dog on a short leash or in his crate.
Put your cat in her carrier if she's a scaredy-cat by nature; otherwise let her walk around. Be armed with lots of treats for good behavior.
Let dog and cat check each other out at a distance. Pet and talk to your dog soothingly. It's not time for dog to approach cat just yet. Give your dog and cat some treats and praise as rewards.
If your dog bolts toward your cat, correct him with the leash. If he shows any signs of excessive excitability, calm him. If this doesn't do the trick, cut the visit short and try again later.
Repeat these short visits several times a day, gradually giving your dog more leash as appropriate.
Do not move to the next phase until you have several consecutive days of incident-free visits in which both animals demonstrate to your satisfaction that they are comfortable with each other.
Proceed with Caution
Once your dog and cat consistently get along during leashed visits, you're ready for the next step. Take your dog off the leash, and supervise the two closely. If you see problems, and they don't abate with a few simple voice commands, back up to the previous phase for a few days. Gradually make the no-leash sessions longer. Do not leave the cat and dog alone until you're sure they're both fully comfortable with each other and there will be no trouble. Make sure your cat has places she can jump to for safety. Make some private space in your home for each animal. Use cat doors or baby gates if practical, as well as gentle discipline and rewards to enforce the rules. Keep kitty's litter box and food bowl out of your dog's reach.
Now relax and give these guys some hugs.
When it Doesn't Work Out
Sometimes, despite your best efforts, it wasn't meant to be. Some dogs are simply too dangerous to be around cats (occasionally the reverse is true). If your gut is telling you that this isn't working out, respect that message. The humane thing to do in this case is contact the shelter or breeder so that you can find a good cat-free home for the dog. In the interim, keep dog and cat separated and give them both lots of love.
Dogs and cats can usually live together peacefully, although creating a harmonious "blended family" requires some planning, patience, and careful guidance on your part. In some cases your dog and cat will become best friends. Some dogs unfortunately will be too dangerous for your cat, and one of the most important points of this article is that you need to recognize when this is the case. This sheet specifically is about introducing a new dog to a resident cat; a separate (though similar) article will talk about introducing a new cat to a family dog.
From http://cats.about.com/cs/catmanagement101/a/introducedog.htm
Also, make sure your dog is neutered. Intact males tend to be more territorial which could present a problem for your feline friends.
What should I name my new dog I'm gonna get?
Ok, well my currenbt dog is very old
My mom says she'll die in a year or so
I told my mom we're gonna get a husky when she does
Cause the're my favorite dogs
The thing is..I have NO idea what we could name it
That is if the dog doesnt come with a name
But yea, if we have to name it ourselfs what is a good dog name
The last two dogs we had were girls
I said i wanted a boy
So what are good male names for huskys?
I'm never any good at naming pets
I got a rabbit when I was in kindergardeN
It died last year and it STIll didnt have a name
We just called him Bunny
My mom named our cats
And I can't think of anything
I kinda like the names
Bubba
Joe
Joey
I don't really like giving "human" names to pets
Ones like Emily or Matt
Such like that
Soo those are out of the questions
So any name ideas?
13-F
I have 2 dogs a Miniature Pinscher and I named him just because he looked like that should be his name. And my Border Collie rescue she came with her name. I could have changed it because she was a puppy still but at the time I thought it was cute. I now wish I would have changed it to something that suited her better. So you could pick out a name that really suits your dog when you meet him or you can pick one now but don’t get set in stone with it because he may turn out to be the polar opposite of what you envisioned. Also, Huskies come in a variety of colors and patterns, it’s not like a Black Lab where you know exactly what he’s gonna look like…so that’s another factor you should take in.
I think it’d be cute to name him after like a Disney movie character. That is, if you like Disney. That gives you tons of options, too. AND since you’re getting a Husky, you have some cool options seeing as Disney has a few movies focusing majorly on Huskies. You could name him after one of the Huskies in Eight Below.
Shadow
Truman
Shorty
Jack
Maya
Max
Dewey
Buck
Or the ones in Snow Dogs
Demon
Mac
Scooper
Diesel
Sniff
Yodel
Dutchess
Or there’s Balto…not a Disney movie, but still.
Balto
Steele
Nikki (A male dog in the movie, idk why)
Kaltag
Star
Or you could give him a name true to his roots. An Alaskan name or something like that.
Or you could name him a random name that has nothing to do with anything:
Top 20 Male Dog Names in the U.S.
Max
Jake
Buddy
Bailey
Sam
Rocky
Buster
Casey
Cody
Duke
Charlie
Jack
Harley
Rusty
Toby
Murphy
Shelby
Sparky
Barney
Winston
Personally, if I had a Husky I’d name him Koda or Diesel, but that’s just me.
Hope this helped. :)
Alright... I am a 13 year old girl and i am very actice. I play softball, tennis, basketball, and Cheerleading.. I sometimes feel like i'm a little fat. I have a stomach pooch! Oh, forgot to mention this: I'm 5 foot and 126 pounds. I have huge leg muscles.. (Huge enough for me to squat 115 pounds if that helps any) I'd love to shed a couple pounds and get rid of my stomach fat.. It's just a little.. I have some abs but still a pooch!! I want to make my legs smaller and get rid of the pooch! Any ideas on what i should do? Like some excercises? I eat pretty healthfully and i drink a lot of water. PLEASE HELP!!!
I'm not even going to touch the stomach issue because you can pretty much figure out that eating healtier and doing crunches is the way to go on that one.
But I was a cheerleader for seven years and I have those massive leg muscles too. It's all the stunts, jumps, and gymnastics which are all pretty much just strength training. Strength training (most types) builds short and thick muscle fibers. That's why you're legs are so bulky. Cardio exercises are what build the long and lean muscles that you want in your legs. Other than basic cardio exercises like treadmill and eliptical a great thing you can do is swim laps. But if you're not getting tired doing laps, you're not going fast enough, strong enough, or doing enough. It's a low impact exercise which means you have to do LOTS of them for them to make a difference.
Also, remember to drink plenty of water. A lot of people forget to drink while their swimming because you don't feel the sweat easily. Stay hydrated.
Good luck and I hope this helps.
