cream

Question Posted Wednesday January 21 2009, 7:00 pm

15/f
I have a moustache and it's getting darker because of the winter. I'm not going to wax or shave it but is there any cream i can use that is not expensive that works? Also, i am really embarrased by it and i don't want to put my face close to other's and talk with them. I haven't told my family about me being embarrased by it, we don't even talk about it. Please help!!

K, do not bleach the hair. that is really dumb. WAX IT! it wont hurt and it will stay away longer then a cream. If you bleach it then you will just have white mustache hair and it wont hide it at all. Cream will probably burn.

I suggest this already invented product to bleach the hair on your upper lip. It's called Jolen cream bleach can be found in any drugstore or beauty store. It looks like this: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

You can get a Nair cream they have special ones for facial hair (it's a more sensitive formula for the skin on your face, so make sure you don't use one meant for another area.)

I've never gotten the facial ones but the general ones I know for a fact cost less than $10 at walmart or target...so the face one shouldn't be more than that.

Basically you put on the cream in a thick layer and let it sit for 3-6 minutes (depending on how thick the hair is) then you wash it away. Sometimes you have to scrub at the hair a little but it works pretty well. Especially since the lip is such a small area you shouldn't have any problems with it.

Good luck :)

I don't know about creams. You could try to bleach it. I'm pretty sure they make some sort of bleaching kit for facial hair.
