I recently just got the blackberry pearl. I like it except i put it in my purse without a case and now the trackball sunk lower in my phone and it's harder to use! What should i do to fix it without bying another trackball?? thanks!

I agree with the person below me. Do you have insurance? because if so then they will replace the phone for free and maybe even without insure because Blackberry's should NOT break that easily and you did nothing out of the ordinary. Your first move should be to take it to the store and if they wont replace it then try the tweezers because the tweezers could end up damaging it further if you make a mistake

I don't know if this will work but maybe try getting some tweezers and gripping it and pulling it back up a little bit? It might be too far in for that I'm not sure. Take it into the store and see if there's anything they can recommend.
