Are you a perfectionist? It sounds as if you are simply the type of person who likes to have everything in order, and you have a difficult time relaxing your mind. Don't look at it like it is a disorder, look at it as a good quality. Many people wish they had brains that worked half as hard as yours. You are the type of person who will be able to work well under pressure with 20 different things going on at the same time.

I doubt it. With the touching being so many different things, it sounds to me maybe you just have a lot of energy and don't like sitting still? It could be a disorder if you were doing it a certain amount of times. In example, touching your phone 3 times, redoing your hair 3 times, biting your lip 3 times. Or if you feel you have to keep messing with your hair until it feels right, or have to keep going thru your phone until it feels like you are sure you didn't miss anything. Those could all be signs of obsessive compulsive disorder. Hope that might help a little for you. Good luck!

They're all probably just nervous habits.....It's nothing to worry about it doesn't mean you're nervous or anything it just means you do it but don't realize it. I wouldn't stress about it it's no big deal.
