ok, this might be confusing so im sorry in advance if you dont understand.
well, i like this one guy, Joe. and Joe said that he likes me a little while ago, and he knows i like him. but now im sort of doubting that he does, because he still hasnt done anything. although he always acts like he does like me, so im incredibly confused. and im the very submissive type and i cant ask a guy out, i think its impossible. but then, i found out this other guy likes me, Bob. i only like Bob as a friend though. so im not going to date Bob because im not one to date out of pity. i was talking to my other friend, George, who is really good friends with Joe, and he said that he thinks Joe likes me a little bit, but hes just weird around the "lady-folk" (as he said). so i dont know if he just gets scared around girls, or he just doesnt like me. i dont think he doesnt like me at all, i think he does a little bit.
i guess my question is...
1. do you think Joe might like me?
2. what should i do to get him to ask me out? i dont want to push him though, just kind of hint that i want to.
3. if youre going to answer "ask him yourself" could you tell me what i could/should say?

ok so i went to a football game this past weekend right and i saw all of my friends from my old school there that i haven't seen for like 3 years. so i was like oh kewl! then my one friends comes up to me and was like hey and i was talking to her about who else was there and she said my old good friend maya was there so i was like oh kewl then shes like yeah not really she's a slut now and then she took me over to these one dudes and they were like oh maya yeah shes a slut and i was like ok then so then i finally got to talk to maya and when i was done my friends like so... and i was like well shes changed. not like she was a hoe or n e thing i meen god i talked to her for like five miunutes. so then i talked to maya about it and was like whys everyone calling u a how and shes like who so we were talking about it and stuff and then everything was kewl but then today she pops up and was like w/e i know its you who thinks im a slut one of ur friends told me! so i was like wtf i never called you that! i meen god im so________________________ confused! i dont know what to do! please help!

Well maybe about 2 - 3 years ago I met this boy, he lives in california and i live in everett washington. Hes in 11th grade and im in 10th. He came up a few months ago and visited me for about 2 weeks and then left. I really love him and we talk online everyday through email because his computers messed up and wont let him download aim or anything. He's always like " Whats up baby " and " I love you too ". Were not going out but I really wanna go out with him. I know he would never cheat on me because hes real. He doesnt make things up If hes busy he'll say " Oh ill email you later im busy ". Hes so sweet to me. But yesterday I went on my sister screen name and she sent him a email that told him that I want to go out with him and that I was scared to ask because he might have a girlfriend or he might say no. And he wrote back saying something like " Tell her I dont have a girl and I would never say no to her and I really love her. " Then she wrote back saying " She wants to know why you love her." And something else. And he said " Tell her to ask me why I love her but she should know." Im not that mad at her for doing to because I kind of knew. But anyways lol my question is should I go out with him? I mean we live far away and probably wouldnt be able to see eachother. But we really love eachother. Drop your thoughts or whatever. (link)

Ok, I have been friends with this girl "K" for about 2 years. Anyways, "K" threw a big birthday party, but not all her friends were invited. So she told me not to say anything because she didnt want to hurt anyone. Well, after her party on the bus she and "J" were talking about a party that I wasnt invited too. I was just sitting there, looking out the window. Everyone who was invited to "K"'s party was invited to the other party. Right now it seems like all my friends are acting like that, talking to me and then when someone else comes, Im not there!

Sometimes, I'd say about once a month, I'll wake up unable to move or speak, all I'll be able to control is my eyes. During this time I can't control my breathing either, my body is still in automatic mode. After about 10-30 secs of focusing on moving a single part of my body, I'll be able to move my entire body again. My mom who's a psych student says that I wake up during a certain stage of REM sleep; though I'd like another opinion. Has anyone been through this, or does anyone have any insight as to what this is? (link)

your mom was correct. i read about that in an Awake article published by the Jehovahs Witnesses. It is not normal for some pl. id recommend you go to ur doctor and ask them about it. u may be suffering from somehing that effects your sleep. if you press alt+F4, then it automatically brings you to the shut down mode- but only if you arre on your desktop. if u r in a program, itll shut down the program

Okay, Im so upset! My boyfriend broke up wit me like sept 5th or somethin like that and he hasnt talked to me about it..He was so immature he did it online. hes almost 18 and im freakin 15 years old! Ive called n left messages tellin him I need him to explain to me so its not left all open n shit n me wonderin bout everything. He doesnt wanna call or anything. My friends have even tried n talked to him. They have gotten thrugh him and told me everything n shit but its juss not suppose to be like this. He liked me A LOT n i liked him. i think that you shouldnt try to talk to him if he doesnt want to. i kno that age aint nuthin but a number (as aaliyah said) but he may have just like you to get another person jelous. Instead of trying to figure it out and getting depressed, get over him. cold turkey. find a new crush- and it wont take you a day, but start looking. he obviously isnt the one for u.

ok I'm a rocker . And I usually wear all the dark eyeliner and eyeshadow . But , I have really light brown honey-colored eyes . What should I do for makeup ? I have black hair , light brown/hazel eyes , and I'm pale with some freckles . And my hair is short , layered , and flippy . I don't want to look like the old way anymore . I want to look better and change my appearance .

maybe you should try to change your hair color. It doesnt have to be a wild color, but if you change ti, maybe highlights, it makes you feel confident. You could even change your style. Im not saying to go to prep, but just get something different than the norm and wear oit every so often.

Hey, My name is Megan, and i'm 15. I've always been treated pretty bad in school. I don't think i'm fat or ugly, but everyone calls me ugly. I don't know why they would say things to hurt me, and it makes me feel bad all the time, though I try to hide it. Today at lunch, someone gave me a joke love letter of someone I know asking me to homecomming. (The one who gave me the note hates me) When I opened it, a fry with ketchup on it fell on my white skirt, and ruined it. They all laughed it up, while a friend of mine yelled at them. I don't understand why people do the things they do to me, I try to ignore them, but you know, it hurts. I just wish people at my school would treat me like a human. I'm not mean to people, i'm nice. its not you, its them. really! they just need someone to pick on u, and they think that you are an easy target. just bristle against it. instead of getting upset, you should just ignore them. if you have confidence, then it wont matter anymore, and pppl will start to treat you differently.

hi. i am very sad and i cannot stop crying because both of my parents refuse to get me braces. i really need them and i hate smiling because my teeth are So crooked, and everyone stares. i would feel so much better if i had them and i would stop crying everyday. i know that writing this isnt gonna help me; hence i feel helpless. "we cant afford it", they say. but when it comes to buying something expensive for themselves my parents suddenly can. i'm not going to get into my family because i really dont wanna talk about my neglegence and abuse. anywho..i just dont know what to do. i hate looking at all my happy friends with their braces. i really dont want to get a reply such as "dont care about what they think," or "theres people out there that have less then you." because frankly, i dont really care. Ok, me and my friend **J have been friends a little less than a year. And well things between us have ALWAYS been more than just friendly (yes, like friends with benefits), but we can't ever be just friends. As soon as he finds a girlfriend, or a friend he who he likes more than me that will be flingy with, he leaves me alone, I mean he completely stops talking to me. Well the first time I got REALLY attached to him, I would have done anything for him. Then he hurt me, really really really bad, to the point where I started cutting. Then I finally forgot about him and as soon as I have COMPLETELY erased him from my memory, he started talking to me again. It started getting super friendly again, and I tried to not get o attached and I guess I just did get attached without realizing it. And well he hurt me AGAIN. We don't even talk anymore. It didn't hit me hard until today, and I just started crying in the car on my way home from school. When I got home I had to avoid people because my eyes were puffy. I hate the fact that I still cry over him. What can I do to feel better?

I have this friend and him and i are real close. Like good friends you know and i dont want to do anything to ruin it and i dont think he does either. I pay close attention to recurring themes in my dreams, as I believe that it can be my subconcious self trying to relay important information that I am missing in my day to day conscious life. For the past several months, I have had a recurring dream... well the dream itself is always different, but in the dream for a period of time my vision is terribly blurry. I can't read information, or I have a really hard time making out what is right in front of me no matter how hard I try to focus or squint my eyes. I know this is a bizarre question, but I can ususally figure out these things on my own and the answer to this one is just not coming to me. Any serious responses are appreciated greatly. Thanks! Ask her if she babysitted when she was a kid. Back in her day, people got 15 dollars for 12 hours of babysitting!!! so, in her mentality, that is alot. A good approach would be to ask her about that (no matter how boring) and to say, well, mom, things are a little different, and kids are WAY worse these days since their spoiled, its harder. Ask her to just think about it, and what the parents who u babysit 4 say about ur babysitting. Hope I helped!!
