I have never slept wearing a bra and don't see the need. Your breast need proper support so they don't sag later in life. You don't want your nipples touching your belly button. I like underwire bras during the day and sports bras for exercise. The most important thing is finding a bra that fits correctly and is comfortable. You can get your correct bra size free of charge at any Victoria's Secret.

If you want to stay free from infection of any STD run. Don't knowingly put your hearlth at risk. He's not worth it. If you don't want vaginal warts get out while you can. There is an exercise called a keggle. Squeeze the muscle in your vagina hold for a few seconds. Then do it agian and over again. Yes, not having sex for a while will help.

it's normal to masterbate and I even think healthy. For whatever reason it's more socially acceptable for men to masterbate than women. Women need sexual gratification too.. You can't put your penis in you gf's vagina if her tampon is in it. Young men usually don't have sex with their gf's during menstration as it can be messy. Also, you don't want to come into contact with blood.

Well, I am not sure if I am bisexual or not. I have thought about men sexually a lot more lately and have been for about 2 years now. I have one word for you Invisilign. I had the insisible braces for 1 year. I take them out to eat. Get new aligner every 3 weeks. Only 2 people have noticed I had braces and one of them is a dentist.

Herpes is transmitable skin to skin. Some dr.'s say you can get HIV from giving oral. You can't get cervical cancer from giving a bj .
Before you give him a bj both of you exercise some responsiblity and go to the free clinic so he can get a test for herpes and if you've ever kissed anyone you should too.

when you say "pulled his fingers out" do you mean more than one finger inside of you. If so tell him only 1 finger. If 1 finger is causing bedding I suggest you stop. I totally agree you need exercise daily to sleep at night. I use a stairclimber or go to the gym daily. Chamomile tea sweetened with honey helps me sleep. Also try hot cocoa ,make sure it's not caffeinated, green tea, sleepyime hot tea, avoid caffeine during the day.
Many people say that warm turkey helps you sleep cause it has triptophene. Think about how tired you are after Thanksgiving dinner.

Yes. Only a dr. can perscribe birth control pills. An ob/gyn does a pap smear before perscribing the pills. There are many name brands of birth control pills. The ob/gyn will know which brand is best for you.

Im mormon. I can't wear shorts/skirts/dresses clothes above the knee. But all my other mormon friends wear them. Its ah-nnoying!! Nothing is wrong. If there is no blood you have stopped menstrating. Not all periods last 4 days. Just to be on the safe side don't leave your home without a pad because the tampon caused you pain.

okay well in gym, we are doing volleyball and i had a good team before my stupid gym teacher switched the groups! so now i have three other girls, four including myself, and this other guy.
well, i never really thought of that guy as a crush or anything i never even really thought he was hot. but my whole volleygroup sucks SO badly it's not even funny! and he's the only good player. and today, this other guy was like 'hahaha are you the only guy on your team' and he just kinda rolled his eyes like "yeah and all the girls suck" (cause that's what the other guy meant.. like ouch that sucks that youre with a bunch of girls)

When I was in school we were allowed to stay after school to participate in gym class. My parents took advantage of this cause it was like a free babysitting service. Ask your gym teaher if you can practice after school. Teachers usually don't say no to those who want to learn.
