(part of a controller melted to my thumb once and is now a hardened callus under my skin, and i hang out with webcomic artists so i pick up from them.) I write stuff for movies during language arts and math. I also do a daily webcomic at freewebs.com/djmcomic. Okay well I know you guys aren't doctors but we can't get ahold of ours right now so I thought I'd ask.
My friend was at baseball practice this morning and got hit with a ball coming out of a pitching machine at 70 mph right in the forehead. He had to go to the hospital and eveything.
Well, he's over at my house now because no one is home at his house and he can't fall asleep for more than 1 1/2 hours at a time. They told him to keep his head elevated from his body to try to reduce the swelling.
He started complaining that when he uses a pillow it get very uncomfortable. We tried differnet pillows and he still doesn't want one. Do you think it would be okay if we just let him lay without a pillow or anything to keep his head up? (link)

no, his neck probably suffered whiplash. if you let him not sleep with hsi head elevated, it will cause more pain later on.

Does anybody out there have an Apple laptop or labtop how ever you say it. Because i want to know if they work good.

There is a simple thing about Macs and PC's.
Apples are for creating.
PC's are for gaming.
Creating as in, real work. move editing, stuff you will show to other people. Macs are very powerful too, and require little upgrades. Apple laptops do look very nice though. But not always very light.
PC's can do so much more, but you have to upgrade the computer a lot to do that much more.
There is so much more you can do with PC's, but it depends on what you plan to do.

does anyone have any suggestions on how to be more open? i've been too used to keep everything to myself. most of the time that i have expressed my feelings about something or a problem, i find that i made things worse, or hurt others. i do want to be more open, but almost everytime i try my feelings get the best of me. my girlfriend has been such a big help - i actually do like to tell her everything - but i wouldn't want to hurt her by being moody when my feelings do get the best of me... any advice? thanks - its much appreciated. This isn't one of those am I fat questions.
I'm 5'4 and weight 113lbs. I know I'm not fat or anywhere near there. When I am with my friends, or any other girls really, I feel confident and that I'm the right size. But, when I'm alone I look at myself and start thinking that I could loose a few more lbs. I'll get so caught up in it that I won't even go near a mirror for the rest of the day. Its called paranoia, and i sometimes suffer. But with me, its like....at night im alwasyt thinking aliens are coming to get me. I hear noises too. Creepy huh? When its not night its just like you say. i just back into a corner or something so i can see everything.

hrm. I may not like to admit it, but i'm guilty of this, and i will continue to be so.
Its because guys see much more of girls that arent overweight, and they dont like to be around people that look differnt. Like, would you want to hang around someone who is mentally challenged all day, every day?
They dont like to date girls like that because like I said, theyre differnt. It also ties into the whole reputation thing, but not as much as it seems.
Physical apperance is the first thing someone will notice, its what sparks intrest in someone.. You can be the best person inside, but if they dont approach you and see it, it wont help.
(and, though it may not count for anyhting, the fat people in my school dont lose self esteem, they think theyre better then everyone else, and go around that way.)

you need to find a video form of photobucket, then take the tag from there and put it in the comment just like a picture.
