this is a little confusing sorry if it's long.. well okay this year i started liking this guy named Ron. My Tenth year highschool reunion is coming up next year and I'm really nervous about it.
This is because me and a guy that I had a mad crush on left on really bad terms.
He was the most popular guy in school, class valedictorian and jock. I was one of the nerds. He new I had a crush on him and he treated me like dirt. He would make out with his girlfriend when I would walk by him in the hallways to upset me. He would play little games to humiliate me, like coming up to his friend whose locker was next to mine just to see me go red in the face.
He even went right up to my friend at the senior prom to hit on her while she was standing next to me and then he ignored me.
The last time I saw him was at the bar 8 years ago. I went up with my friend to talk to him and he completely ignored me even though I said it was my birthday.
Do you think I should go and confront him or just ignore him? This was a long time ago and I think that by now he would have matured a bit. I want to be the better person even though he made me senior year a living hell.

Ok there is this guy I like and his name is Cody. Me and my friend met him at an assembly and ever since he has been talking to me. Everytime I see him in the hall me and him talk and stuff. So I'll be dating my current boyfriend for three months a week from today. He's the first boyfriend I've had that I can honestly say I really loved. The problem? Things are just getting annoying and boring. Then its so awkward in the morning you text him and say that you hope it won't awkward because you're really glad you're mates... (Let's just say it took a lot of work to get your friendship going after a mishap earlier in the year)

I am 18 years old and I experience alot of stress and anxiety all the time.
Some of the signs I think have dawned on me physically:
1. My muscles and joints always ache.
2. I am so tired all the time.
3. I get frequent headaches.
4. I feel weak alot.
5. My energy level is so low.
6. I am insomniac alot.
7. My concentration level is very low.
8. I forget things so easily.
9. I always get bumps and sores on my arms and head.
Are these signs of stress/anxiety? Or is it something else, because I am a vegetarian and I am thinking maybe my energy is low and I can't sleep because lack of protien and vitamins and after I became vegetarian I started feeling so weak all the time. But I am also so stressed to. So I don't know. In what other ways can stress affect you? How do you cope and what are ways to relieve aches in your muscles? And what does vegetarianism do to you overall, I know I am one but don't know everything about it that it does to your body. Because after I became vegetarian I started cutting and pulling out my hair. I began to get alot of strange urges and tension build-ups.

Okay, My name is melissa, and i'm fifteen. Theres this guy at my school who keeps calling me fat. He says that i'm obese and that i should just stop eating!!!
