Does it hurt? Should i be scared?
Your period does not hurt to get. Although, you will feel alot of cramps in your stomach. Im not sure why this is but it is what it is. To deal with the cramps, you can either take some pills designed to releive that pain in your lower abdomen or i used to use heating pads and fall asleep with them on my stomach. For your period, im guessing it will be your first so i reccommens dressing in comfortable clothing and wear pads instead of tampons. Really hope this helps and remember that getting your period means that your entering womanhood
I keep getting in trouble! My mom and dad keep thinking I am talking all snotty and sassy to them and my 2 younger sisters and older bro, but I'm not! (At least,I think I'm not.) What is wrong! My mom sats it could be my horemones,what does That mean? When they get me in trouble,they just yell at me,but it really huts and ruins my day. I really love my parents,but i HATE being yelled. at. I dont think anyone really enjoys being yelled at. It does ruin your day. Hormones means that your body is changing and prepping you for your period. It will happen every 28 days where your hormones are acting up and deciding to mess with your emotions and mood. Hang in there, youll be ok:)
Hi this is the first time i asked a question about this. Please no rude answers. Sorry i didnt know what subject to pick. When will my period start! I want to get over being scared of it happening. I am 10years old and my mom had hers at age 11 but i also have cousin that had hers at age 9!(I am 10)
You can never predict exactally when your period will come. It usualy comes somewhat around the time someone in your familys did. So be prepared at all times. Sometimes it might not happen at the same time at your mom. Just be prepared and when it does happen, you will know

Ok so this is a weird explanation but it should help.
Step one: take your tampon out of the plastic wrap. It should be either a plastic or cardboard applicator. I recommend plastic.
Step two: prop one leg on the toilet seat so you can have an easier application.
Step three: with your finger first feel for your vagina hole thing. I know you may not want to but it will help with application.
Step four: gently push the tampon with either plastic or cardboard applicator into your vagina on a diagonal. You see, you may not have known this but your vagina is actually on a diagonal.
Step five: with the end of the tampon push the bottom in until the string is just showing. Then the plastic or cardboard will come off.
Step six: voila! Dont leave your tampon in for over 4 hours though. Hope it helped!

If you are looking to masterbate i recommend in the shower in the morning because no one will disturb you there. All you do it prop one leg up on something and gently start with one finger (index finger) into your vagina. Make sure you feel around for the right spot and then move your finger in and out of your vag. Once you get comfortable with one finger add in your middle finger and do the same thing. You might have something appear like white goop on your fingers when you take them out but thats totally normal.

1. The colour of your natural hair.
2. The type of dye. Some dyes stay in longer than others.
3. How often you wash your hair. If you wash your hair more than 4 times a week then chances are that the dye will start to fade.
Hi so I got a new iPod yesterday, and it dropped. It fell on the screen on a hard floor (Not concrete, but sort of like a sidewalk. I dropped it in my bathroom). Do you think it will be okay? I see no scratches and I'm able to type this, so... I'm sort of scared that I'll not work or something.
P.S. I don't know how it dropped. I was holding my iPod firmly.
If its working fine and it had no scratches then it should be fine. Ive dropped my ipod and phones millions of times so dont worry. It should be fine if its working

I'm 13 years old and i've had my period for a few years, I just used a tampon for the first time last night, I went to bed with it in, at about 2 pm the next day I tried to take it out and I was in tears the whole time, so I stopped and tried again in 30 minutes, I got it out, but it still felt like I was going to scream. Tampons can be frustrating sometimes but dont worry you will get used to it. The reason why it may hurt a bit when you have it in is because tampons expand when they suck up the liquid (blood) and your vagina might be very tight because yoir still a really young age. I understand what your going through because i went through this when i was 10.. Just keep trying and breath because it will hurt because your very tight and tensing doesnt help that. Ok so to dye your hair with coolaid make sure you first boil it for a bit. Then you need to place it in a container and tie up the hair you DO NOT want to be dyed. Place the haie you want to be dyed in the container and wait 7 minutes bwfore pulling it out.
I am a 17 year old girl and have been dating my 18 year old boyfriend for the last two years. We have gone fairly slow and it took us a while to go to 3rd base (but we have done that). Ok so i understand where your coming from with this because my parents are strict too. There isnt many places you can hang out but you could at school after school or you could have a date night with him and then go to his place after a day when his parents arent home. I know you wanna keep thr good girl reputation but if you do then you will never get the the next step. Making out in a car wouldnt be that bad if you were both in the back seat.. Greetings! I have lost eleven pounds since New Years by eating healthy and working out. I have heard from people that losing the last ten pounds or so is the hardest. I looking to lose another 20. Anyone on here lose at least 20? How long did it take you and how hard was it to lose the last ten?
It is hard to loose weight you really have to want it. But if u encourage yourself and tell yourself it will be worth it then i believe it will be fine. It takes patience and time. I suggest using weightwatchers.com its easy and you can still eat a cookie if you want to. Keep working at it and youll lose to weight in no time!:)
I'm planning to break up with my boyfriend and I'm really nervous, in fact, sick to my stomach about it. We've been dating for almost two years and we're getting nowhere in this relationship.
I'm not sure what to do, though. I've gone through so many scenerios in my head. But I get stuck right up to the part of... what do we do afterwards? I invited him out so that way I can treat him to at least make up for breaking up for him, and hoping we can still be friends, but do I just take him home afterwards? What if he insists on coming over instead? What do we do after I do?
And does anyone have any tips on how to break up with someone? I've never broken up with someone before and I know it's going to hurt him no matter what I do, but is there an easier way to let him down gently?
Ok so the first thing about breqking up with a guy is that you SHOULD NOT do it over text. Do it face to face. I would not auggest having him over after because it would just be awkward between you too. You need to just sit down and tell him at school or something that you think your relationship isnt gling anywhere and u think that the two of you should just be friends. He will be a bit crushed afterwards but he will get over it. If he agrees to be friends then thats good but i still wouldnt reccommend having him over after. Good luck and i know that sick feeling your having . You might feel that way afterwards for a few days as well but i hope this helps

Well soap can be used for many things. It was made before all the fancy things we use today. For instance, soap was used to wash your face but now we have face cleansers and face washes. Also used for washing your body but we now has sented body gel. Aswell we used to use soap for women to use before shaving their legs and underarms but now women use womans sented shaving gel for shaving. Hope this helps

Ok so your 13 and Im not judging you by young boyfriends or anything but next year you will be in highschool where there is so many more options. If he doesnt want to get back together with you then your going to just have to accept that and move on. Wait a year and you could possibly find someone much better than him. It might be worth the wait to find someone that your more interested in. Dont try holding on to your relationship with this guy because he doesnt feel the same way. It is super common to have your period at school. Dont worry about leaking through your pants. What i usually do on my period is i wear baggy pants instead of tight jeans or leggings. You should just bring some supplies in somethjng thst looks like a makeup bag and bring it to the bathroom with you. I reccommend changing your pad of tampons after an hour or so. Hope this helps!
