I had a pregnancy scare exactly like this like a year ago. Chances are you are probably not pregnant, but take a home pregnancy test just in case. Plus, if you're late on your period, when you get the test back negative, you'll get it cause you're relieved.
I seem to sweat a lot. The deodarants that I use do work, because it does'nt smell or anything. But im constantly avoiding shirts with sleeves because I mostly always sweat and there it is, the wet spot that doesnt smell, but it's just there and I hate it! I dont know what to do. I have already gone through puberty, im fully developed and everything, and i found out that im not growing anymore so i just dont know what to do or if itll stop when i get older. But i have had this problem for quite a while and i just need advice on what to do, please please please!
I had the same problem for a long time haha I hated it. Try different kinds of deodorant, and if that doesn't work talk to your doctor or try the certain-dri product. Eventually you will outgrow it even if you're through with puberty. Trust me.
I dont not know if i have somethign wrong with me or not but i think i need help but i feel like i cannot ask my parets for help unless i am sure about what might be up:
-i feel tierd all the time
-i get really moody and hate the world and then like 30 min later i love life and everyone in my life
-i get stressed about little things really easily
- i can be compulsive about certain things like if i have to go into my house from my car i will start prepaging for it when im 5 blocks away
- im also an extreme binge eater and feel like im out of controll and i eat wayyy to much and i am gaining a ton of weight becuase of it
- i throw my food up soemtimes
any idea of what could be up?
The mood changes that you experience often are a normal part of growing up, but the eating habits are definitely something to be concerned about. Definitely talk to your parents about this as soon as you can, you need help...trust me...

You need to burn more calories than you eat by lowering the number of calories you eat and exercising more. Please be safe and careful and do your research before you start dieting of any kind. Good luck.
I have stretch marks on my inner thighs. I today just bought vitamin E gels and opened them and put them on my marks. Some one gave that advice to some one else so i tried it. I didnt see a difference yet but if someone could tell me when they will start to fade that would be very helpful. I also want to loose weight. Does any body no any good work outs. I have an exercise ball but i am unsure how to use it.
I also would like to know what to eat and what will help me keep the weight off.
Try using shea butter. My friend's mom said that worked for her stretch marks after pregnancy. If you want to lose more weight, what you need to do is start drinking eight 8 ounce glasses of water throughout the day, getting enough sleep, and burning more calories than you eat. Stay healthy and do your research before going on a diet, okay? Good luck.

and is there a way to make your tummy flat but keep your boobs the size they are??? cuz i want a flat sexy tummy but i don't want a flat chest with it. but if that impossible then I'll lose the boobs (laugh out loud) i just want a flat tummy if you have any way to do that plz tell:)

Do crunches for your tummy and leg lifts for your legs. Also remember to do cardio exercise because that's the only way to burn substantial calories and fat.
so tell me, this is my plan
in the mornings eat: Special K Mozzeralla cheese Fruit & have OJ or Tea. & 50 crunches
in the afternoon: for lunch.. water and idk yet. & 100 crunches & run/walk at least 2 miles
in the night: water, main meal, & fruit. & 50 crunches & go to the gym with cardio for about 40 mintues.
&& for snacks eat like carrots and no soda just water or 100% fruit juice..
now will that help me lose weight? will it show results? please tell me! lol how long do you think it will take? ergh is this right? sooo many questions!

On March 31, (that's my deadline) I have a dance competition, and WE ARE GOING SWIMMING! I would like to lose a little because I understand the consequences of losing like 10 pounds when I weigh 115. I just want to be very in shape and skinny, at the same time if you know what I mean. If there is a diet plan and an excercise plan somewhere out there and you could give it to me, that would be great! Again, deadline is March 31!

Im hardly hungry anymore! Is this bad or good? I dont need to lose weight or anything, but I still eat because people will think I have an eating disorder. (I am very skinny)
This is normal. I've been through countless phases of not being hungry. If you're concerned and want to start eating again, only eat when you're hungry and gradually start eating a normal amount per day again. Also, start exercising. It should kickstart your metabolism and appetite.

Ok so earlier in this yr I was about 92-94pounds, then around Dec I was 94-97. Now Im like 100-103. Was it just the winter months (we all gain a few pounds) or what? i really want to get back down into the mid 90s. Im starting to (ok today I started and will continue) eat better and excersise and only eating 'junk' food on the weekends.
I mean you dont notice it but my stomach is "puffy", theres no fat on my pelvic bone but my lower back is "puffier" too. (I guess im gettihng love-handles)
Is speed walking a good thing to do? I heard crunches/situps can make it puff out more. And about how long if you really commit to excersising to 3-4 days a week?

I'm 15 female and i'm 130 pounds. if you put my hand under my boob it reaches right to my hip a little bit past. so im all legs, is this a bad weight? because when i sit i get like three rolls on my tummy and its getting bigger and bigger..any way to help me lose weight and not spend money nor make my asthma get worse?
