I'm 15 female and i'm 130 pounds. if you put my hand under my boob it reaches right to my hip a little bit past. so im all legs, is this a bad weight? because when i sit i get like three rolls on my tummy and its getting bigger and bigger..any way to help me lose weight and not spend money nor make my asthma get worse?

Anywhos, eat healthy meals--cut out junk food as much as possible including soda, candy, fast food, pizza, etc. Drink lots of water and eat fruits and veggies. Exercise for 30min 3 times a week whether it's jogging, yoga, pilates, aerobics, etc. Do that and when lose all the excess fat, start toning exercises along with the running.
