Hi, I posted a question not too long ago about getting a job babysitting. I followed the amazing advice that was given to me, and I think I might have a job at a day care. Thats what I'm asking about.
I'm 19, and I think I got the job. She said she'd call me back in a week or so after my fingerprints came back and background check; I went to my old work, and my old manager there told me some lady called asking about me, and that she told the lady very good things.
But what I'm really wondering, is how much do people at a daycare get paid in TN? I heard is $5, and I've even heard $9. I'd ask the lady, but to me thats very rude.
I also wanted to know, what goes on at a daycare? What is a daycare for??
The place I might be working at has kids from 12wks to 8 years.
How does that work? Will I watch all of them? Or be divided into a certain age category?
Because what my boyfriend told me is that they might put me with 6-8 year olds since they are the easiest, but I really wanted Toddlers or their 6-10 month age group.

For the money issue I cant really help you there but say this. It depends where you go and ow much they charge the parents for there child to go there. Yes you will be splint up into 1 age category. yes I do agree that older kids are easier to work with. usually they match you up with who they think you will be best with but later if you like to you may be asked if you would like to switch. Daycare's are for kids who there parents are at work or are running errands and cant have or want to enjoy themselves by not having there children around. If I were you I would start off with he older ones and make your way down and when your ready. Daycare teachers watch out for thre safty, make sure they are properly cleande and all of that other good stuff. If you work with the little ones well maybe 3-5 age group make sure you have a big magination because they love to be imaginative.

I'm 12 and I had back surgery 4 years ago, and I still do every 6 months for growing rods, and a part of my back (beneath my shoulder) is and has been numb, and I can't feel anything there. Is this serious? Also, will it go away?
I think you should go to the doctors if that has been for a while now. If this has been for like 1-2 days then go to the doctors and if it just started then wait then go but its all up toy you. If it hurts you and you really cant do anything then yes go right away. I suggest while on the ride there to but an ice past on it to help it with swelling and other stuff.

I keep trying to sign up for an apple id and it said that with me email it has been already verified with another apple id and i tried my othher email and it said the same thing! What do i do i want to create an account!!
To me it sounds like its with all of your accounts so what i would do is just make a new email adress because if there is 1 email with that email it wont work for another so make 1 that is unusual. Go to the iTunes website and select download. Enter your email address and just so you know the Apple id that you are talking about is the email. Once it is downloaded there you go.

Hello i looked at all of the links that you provided and just wanted to say that i can only see the 1st and 3rd one the second one said that it could not load. In My opinion with your skin color that you provided well the 1st one would be the 1 for you well if you dont know which 1 that was it was the darker pink with the sparkles on the top. I think the best 1 out of those 2 is the 3rd link it was the all light pink with the bottem skirt opened.

If i were you i would read the settings in that little book that they always give you. If you dont have it look it up on your laptop well the name of your laptop on the computer and call the tech support number. They should and will help you.

okay me and my best friend and both of are bf's went swimming today. the weather was like 40' outside and the river was really high. we were really muddy and we asked some ppl to take a pic and they did. when we were done we all went to the bathroon to clean off and when we came back like all of our parents and grandparents were searching the park. they found our stuff we took off. so the cops were called and they were looking for us. i dont understand why they got so mad after they found us even tho we were there the whole time. well the good news is my bff, her bf and my bf are safe and sound and trying to get warm. any advice??
Thats what you call parenting. Parents worry if they cant find there child. You should always tell an adult that is in your group where you are going. They worried about you because they might of thought that something bad happened to you. Don't run off like that ALWAYS tell and friend or an adult.

Okay, well i need help on trying to choose a honeymoon spot. my soon-to-be husband says that i have to pick because it runs in his family.

I'm a junior in a parenting class. And we have this activity to do. I need a story or a skit i can act out with puppets on sharing. It's for pre-schoolers so it shouldn't be a hard reading level. It can be basically anything along the lines of sharing, or friendships, manners, anything that can be followed with a song such as:

I'm 14 and came home yesterday, saw blood spots in my underwear, came home today went to the bathroom and saw a strip of dark reddish almost brown wet stuff it wasnt discharge or diarrhea. But I'm not positive if it was or not. Because there wasn't blood running down my leg, I would've seen it. So is it possible to start your period without any indication? Do I wait and if my underwear is ruined do I tell my mom? I think it is my period because when I wiped there was blood. But idk if it is or not.
It probably is your period and you should definitely tell your mom rather her finding out for herself. She is there to help you and whats whats best for you. Do what she says and take this situation as like your maturing into a women.

Theres this guy in my class whos been bullying me and harrassing me and I just can't take it anymore. Today he just went to far, he slapped my books out of my hands,kicked me twice, and told me i'm a b****. I hate what he puts me thruogh and i'm scared. What should I do. Please help me.
I hate these kind of questions because its just not right. You should talk to a councilor or ANY adult.
Tell your parents,tell your teachers. Anything will help. Bullying is not right and that kid needs to get taught a lesson. I know you may be scared because well to me it seems that he has been doing this for quite a long time but once you tell a adult that you believe can help but rather really any adult things with come better. Yes I understand that when you tell you like considered a "snitch" no your not your just protection yourself so don't work about that. I have been in your shoes before and trust me if I have not done hat I told you I may have been stuck in the same situation.

Ok i heard the same thing that you may have heard but something that I also heard was that the problem is the juice that says contains oranges from Brazil. I would suggest reading the back, front, and sides of your orange juice and if anywhere it says contains something from Brazil then yes I would suggest throwing it away. If not them it should be fine and there should be nothing to worry about but if in a few days you have like a headache, stomach ache or something that you normally don't get then yes I would suggest going to the doctors just to see if it was from the orange juice or is it something else.

Thatnks for asking me. Like I said before try to make the state that the girl moves to well why don't u make the state like a non popular state like Oregon or somethig like that. The reason I say this is because there are so many books out there with states that are popular like California and Florida. He should be a really famous girls so that the other girls would yet jelouse. She should fall in love with him also not in a common place as in well a common place is like school, arcade, well yu get my point. A non common place us like a mountain or a trail. Me personally would like to read something like well the girl moving and meets a famous boy and all of that and they are both camping in the mountain or something and they help heachother because 1 night they got lost. To be honest I really like what. Said and I do like what ideas I have for you. maybe you will confided some of my ideas for that story or maybe not. It's all up to you. So, I already asked a question about me possibly being pregnant, but now I have a new question regarding the same subject. I am sixteen, have had sex once, and fear that I may be pregnant. I know, I won't know for sure until I either take a pregnancy test or I miss my next period. But, as you can expect, I am very confused, stressed out, and worried. I have told my boyfriend and a few select friends of my current predicament, however, although they mean well with their advice, I need advice from someone who has a higher maturity level than I an is much more knowledgable than I. So, should I confide in my teacher? He is my favorite teacher, and I think that he could help. But what if I'm not pregnant? If I confide in him he'd probably think that I'm not quite the girl he thought I was; his opinion, oddly, maters to me very much.
Do what you think is best for you. If you believe in him and he is the teacher that you expect him to be then go ahead because if he was a really nice and great teacher he will not look at you in a different way.

hey there(: I am a teen/f and I would like to start writng another book. I want this one to be a novel. I have already wrote one book and have it published but I would like to start a serious YA book. I have some Ideas but I don't know which one sounds more appealing. So I was hoping I could get yall's opinions.
My first idea which is something I day dream about a lot. It is about a teen girl maybe 16, and she really is set on having a normal life knowing she will most likely ever be anything more, maybe a teacher or nurse. Though she has dreams of meeting someone famous, and falling in love with like a teen idol. When one day her father gets a promotion and her and her family have to move to California, (like L.A or Malibu)and she is upset about leaving her friends. One day they go to wherever in california (havn't decided) just to look at their new house and see where things will go. Then they go out to eat one night and the girl sees a really cute boy at a table with like about 5 or 6 grownups. She thinks he is really cute and things,and accidently bumps into him while going to the restroom, they talk for a few minutes and he seems to stare at her a lot too while eating that night. Then later the girl and her family go back to her hometown to pack up and move, when the girl and her friends go see some movie her friends want to see, kind of as a going away party. Turns out when they watch the movie the boy from the restaurant is one of the main stars of the movie. (anyway to speed this up the girl moves and her and famous boy get together)go through hardships then get back together at the end.
Now for my second Idea. I thought it would be different to write about something with 4 teenagers. They all "almost" die the same night, like one from car wreck, one from over dose, one form suicide, and one got shot. (i know that sounds bad but keep reading)anyway they all end up in the same hospital never met each other but each one I guess you can say kind of dies but they get transported somewhere kind of like heaven but with like basically just them, and they meet each other in this other deminsion and wonder what has happened to them, then they see back to earth and see what has happened, they start to remember and the 4 teens (2 girls 2 boys) start talking and explaining what happened to them such as car wreck etc. Then they have to make it out together and they kind of talk and help each other like with the ones problem of wanting to commit suicide, and like the one that over dosed. They sit and talk get to know each other and what their life was like when they were alive. Then some of the charachters fall in love stuff like that. Then of course some more stuff happens, i just havn't thought yet, but then like at the end they all 4 realize the importance of life, including some with their new love life from their after life, Then sense they realize the importance they get another chance at life, and wind up waking up in their hospitla beds(comming back alive) and being thankful. it takes some time but then each one remembers what happened before they reawoke (like in the after life they where at). but they don't tell any of their family or the doctors about what happened. but as they recover and its time for them to come home, Each one comes out of their hospital rooms pretty much around the same time and see each other for the first time alive.It ends with them sitting in the waiting room together while their prents sign them out and they rekindle and the in love ones exchange numbers, and as they all leave the hospital they all look at each other, the two in love kiss, and then they all leave with their parents who look bewildered about their children knowing each other.
Well those are my two ideas about things to write about for my book. I was just wondering if you could give me your idea about which one if you like best if any or both. Also if you could give me your thoughts. Thank you for your help(:
Ok well first of all I really like both of your ideas. The first one well lets just say it is like so many other books out there and sometime books should be lets say "different". By different I me well alot of people have the place in a common place but 1 of my ideas as I read this is well why don't they go somewhere that's not a common place like say Maine, Massachusetts, Oregon etc..... For the second 1 I really like that choice. It really like you said "showes the importance in like". What I would do is make a chart with all of your ideas and go to friends and family and ask them to pick there favorite 5 and the "ideas" with the most votes well make a book about that.

Does anyone know if iMessage needs wifi to work because I have the new iPod touch and I have wifi I just want to know if I'm able to take it other places that don't have wifi and still use it.
if this is a texting app then yes ALL texting apps have to have wifi to get on as in no you will not be able to go places that don't have wifi. The only way you dont need wifi is if you have a data plan and no ipods dont have data plans so therefor no you cannot use it without wifi.

I am not sure if this is the right category. But a spider bite me. Its like my meat around it is dead it made a small circle witch is now black. It is very sore. And we are too broke to go to the dr. Any home tips. We cleaned it whit Poroxside. And we clean it every night. HELP PLZ 13/f
I know that this may not be what your family wants but you NEED to see the doctor because it seems like it is dead and really really infected. They will ask how you will pay and all of that and when you go to sigh in just tell them that you don't have enough money and really can't afford it. But there is not doubt about it but YOU NEED TO GO IMMEDIATELY GO TO THE DOCTORS NOW. before something else happens and just to say this could end up being fatal which is deadly.

basically what this is is well a stomach pull is well you sit down on a exercise ball and roll back and forth so it is basically a ab workout and the 2x25 is just 25 times each repetition so like 25 time take a break for like 2o seconds then do another 25.

I know this will sound cliche, but I think I should just ask you people for advice than keep these thoughts to myself. Well, I'm a girl and I'm 15 years old. I am greek, so I apologise for any vocabulary or grammar mistakes I may have made. For the last 5 years, I haven't had any friends. Most people would either avoid talking to me, or brutally make fun of me, or talk to me for a while but forget my name after a week! I always emotionally bonded with everyone I met too much and all these people eventually disappeared. When I was in the 5th grade, I would talk to a boy that sort of encouraged me, and he was like family to me. This person moved to another city years ago and I never heard from him since. After that, every girl or boy I met didn't really want to be my friend, and stopped talking to me after a while, or simply forgot everything about me. I have tried not to be annoying (because I always used to say how I hated clubs, mainstream music and talk about politics), I have tried to talk less and smile more and be more social, but I'm just "kicked out of the society" let's say. And after all these years, I'm thinking about this boy I previously mentioned, and after every disappointment I have I just sit in my room, cry and start thinking about him again! I think I'm going insane. After my last "friend" and crush brutally let me down again, I lost even the little self confidence I had, and in New Year's Eve I just decided to stop thinking about these things, and focus on my hobbies, on photography, on foreign languages. But while I'm studying, when I stop and rest for a while, I feel miserable. Then I start feeling like a waste of space. Every person I've met prefered someone else, not me. And I'm not craving for a boyfriend, I'm not looking for a soulmate, I just want a friend that will listen to me. Everyone says I'm either "totally insane", because I like riding my bike to faraway places instead of going to clubs, or that I'm ugly. As if a face is more important than a personality! As days go by I'm getting more and more depressed. When I try to talk about that to other kids my age, they just say "Why don't you just put on some makeup, wear something nicer and have fun" but I just don't want to! I don't want to be like everybody else so that they'll like me. Maybe it's just my age, that makes things difficult, but I just want to give up. I no longer know what to do and I have no motivation to go to school, take care of myself or study anymore.
Hello I just want to say that there are people out there that do appreciate you for who you are d not what you look like. I was like you a few years ago. I don't know how old you are so I really cant say much about the age but all i have to say is be yourself and those who are nice and all of that will accept you for you and who YOU are and not what you are. Don't try to be like other people because then it will get annoying and sometimes I see others and that's what lets say puts them down because they are trying to be someone but just can be like them or fit in. Like I said before just be yourself and the right people will come along and will like you for who you are and not what you look like and or have
