I keep trying to sign up for an apple id and it said that with me email it has been already verified with another apple id and i tried my othher email and it said the same thing! What do i do i want to create an account!!

To me it sounds like its with all of your accounts so what i would do is just make a new email adress because if there is 1 email with that email it wont work for another so make 1 that is unusual. Go to the iTunes website and select download. Enter your email address and just so you know the Apple id that you are talking about is the email. Once it is downloaded there you go.
