I was gone for about a month on a vacation and I came back and I started to play sports and now my muscles are sore. It's mostly my legs that are sore. My hamstrings, thighs, calves, and a little bit of my abs. What are some ways that I can make my muscles less sore quickly?

Me and my other two friends are pretty close. I've just started hanging out with one of them about a year ago. We go out places and have a good time. But the thing is that they ALWAYS exclude me. They have sleepovers without me and they are even going to disney world together and talk about it in front of me all the time! Very rarely do I ever get included in their plans. I don't want to sound needy/clingy and whine to them about how they never include me and I'm afraid they'll get mad if I say something. I'm so hurt and confused. Do I have a right to be angry? This has happened to me before, so I do feel for you. Of course you have a right to be angry, my main advice would be to talk to one of them speratly and confront her with the issue. If after your confortation theyre still doing thisn to you, just leave them and get new friends :)

My main tip would be to really clean it well, as its a place that can really get infected.
I got mine done in june and kept it until november but that because i had like an infection and wanted to be sure.
Ive never heard of h20 ocean spray but the best cleaning thing is salt water.
Boil some water add some sea salt and let the water cool down, put the water in a cop etc and put it on over the piercing at least one a day, this also helps it heal quicker :)

i have a few questions about belly button piercing. i really like it and i would like to get one. but does it hurt? and everyone says no. but i mean seriously did you feel any pain? even the slightest? i mean seriosuly go back and think. and was their alot of blood? did you see it at all? does it take long? and also once its done.. what happens if i dont change it? because i normally dont cahnge my ears alot so will it get stuck or? and what about child birth? does it get ruined? does it hurt the baby? Okay, its a very quick piercing. It feels almsot like a stingy sort of painy like a quick sting while the needle gos through and then a weird feeling wehen the belly bar goes through its just an odd feeling, not sore etc.
There was no blood for me.
It took in all about 2 minutes.
Well you have to keep the bar which you got it pierced ith for at least 6 mnths until its healed, and no i doesnt matter if you dont chnge it a lot, its less noticeable than ears. No it wont get stock on its like a screw you screw and unscrew the ball on and off.
Ive heard some people keeping it in during child birth however im not sure :( sorry

Well I dont believe that it has to wait until marriage like ofcourse its sacred etc, but its down to the person and their own decision.
If the two people involved have thought it through and eally do care about each other and our prepared to take responsiblity if the girl becomes pregmant, I dont think there is anything wrong with it.
However, if the person is just having sex to be popular etc I dont condemn it I just think that there going to live life with a regret :)

a lot of the jeans that i own will fit and be tight when i first put them on, but as the day goes on they get all stretched out and it is so annoying. sometimes they get so stretched out that they get all baggy in but and are so big in the waist. i know it is normal for jeans to stretch a little, but does anybody know anything i can do to prevent them from stretching soo much to the point that they are too big? thanks! My aunt told me a way to get your jeans to fit perfecty and its to have a bath with them on, and apparently they go exactly to your size and dont change shape lol, she says she did it when she was younger

It depends were you get waxed ive gotten probley evrywhere waxed.
I think it feels quite nice lol but if the wax is really hot, it stings more.
Well legs for me dont hurt very much its a pain you get used too.
Underarms sting a lot
Bikini line just really really stings and sometimes people bleed afterwards but i didnt find it that bad just really hot lmao
Eyebrows is really okay its just the wax is really hot and it stings

get an old tooth brush and take all the dead skin off and then put vasaline on which I think works the best and put it on a night and thrugh out the day as it just looks like your wearing lip glos :)

Well my mom did some thing REALLY REALLY stupid she said when ever my cusin gets things pierced I can get them at that age she hers, and my cusin
got her belly button pierced at 13 and I just turned 13 a little bit ago so do you think I'll look like a little s*** but I really really wanna get it pierced and most of my friends have it done so i think I wanna get it

Hiya, get it done if you want to get it done. Why should it matter what others think? its your body!
I personally think if you want it done get it done.
The obly few wee problems are when you get it done younger you may fgrow more nd the hole might stretch, however it strteches a bit anyways.
Another thing is tooo really really clena it out afterwards as it can be com einfected a lot and not to get it caught on tigh ttops.
Also if your worried about other peoples perception of you because you get it done, just dont show them it for a while until your wearing a bikini etc.

I want to tan this summer. I want try not get burnt and yet wear sunsreen. I have very very ight skin and burn easy. but thing is i put aloe on if i get burnt then next day my skin same color. anyway I was wondering. how long should stay out in the sun and how many mins. plus what time of day be better.

wear a high factor sunblock like over 20/25, you dont have to be wearing a low sunblock to tan. Also its better to tan gradually than to burn :)

I'm 15/f and my cat is a non-pedigree black and white male ....and he's 7 years old (is that considered a senior?) I should also probably mention that he's been castrated since like 4 months old.
My cat is SUPERR lazy....VERY inactive.....and he just sleeps around the house...in any place he can find to sleep on. He crawls ANYWHERE just to sleep. And he only wakes up when he wants to go to the bathroom. I know that cats are supposed to sleep so much...but he sleeps in the day AND night! He's quite fat also. I'm beginning to worry..because he has breathing problems. And I never want to overfeed him....what should I do? How can I make him more active so he'll live longer and be healthier? Because now, he's just growing fatter and fatter :( (link)

This is just what cats do, cats need a minimum of 18 hours sleep day and more in colder seasons, hes just old, just try and make the cat go outside for a bit just for a wee run etc and make it play with strings etc

I had braces for about a year, th worst thing is if you get food caught in them like at shcool, so I would advice to always check after eating. Also brush your teeth at least twice a day and not just a quick clean and a reall good clean as its quite dangerous if placque builds up as you might get holes in your teeth, also use mouth wash after cleaning.
Good luck, there really no hassle at all once you get pas the first few days

eh well my hair looks pretty good but its soo damaged. i've died it 4 times in two days before & ive gotten highlights a couple of times before too. i straighten my hair everyday as well. it gets in knots easily too. small ones though & i hate it. any advice? maybe products i can use to fix the damage some what? & something that prevents knots? thankss :] (link)

TRhis way works too like maybe if you have an hour one night after shampooing your hair put conditioner on your hair and leave it on for about an hour like oput it in a towel or a bobble or something brush your hair with a comb when its on and all the conditioner that comes of in the comb put it on your roots, well after an hour go wash ALLL the conditioner off, and your hair will be moisturised!

i have dirty blonde har, but i want it to look more blonde.
i found the sunsilk color boost for blondes, but its for dyed hair. if i use it will it affect me, even though its for dyed hair?
is there any thing else i can use to make my hair more blonde? thankssss :]

The sunsilk will work, but basically any shampoo with camomile will loughten it up. Although you said no lemon jusice but if your put it on your hair on a real sunny day it will lighten your hair, just remember to wash it off!

My hair gets greasy and oily very very easily. If I wash my hair one night, it will be fine for a day, but then the next my hair feel feels gross and disgusting. I barely use ANY products in it too! I am pretty sure it is cause by hormones and other assorted teenage issues, but how can I stop this? I know it is unhealthy to wash your hair everyday, but that seems like the only solution. I used to use a hair buildup shampoo, but I ran out and forgot what the brand was. Any suggestions? (link)

okay this happeed to me last year and I had to wash my hair every day but I have learnt a few week tricks.
This may sound quite disgusting but if your not going out any were for a few days lett your hair go supper greasy seriously because after awhile your hair will start to wash itsself because of te nutrients but that takes a while, s if you let your hair go greasy even if your sick and then wash it youll notice that it wont get greasy as quick.
Also if you dont like that idea and you couldnm b bothered washing your hair put talcom powder in it, like not loads just a bit on your brushand brush it through it really works although it can make your hair static. Also theres this thing called dry shampoo whioch is just basically talcom powder in a aerosl which works good too.
If your a girl and have a side fringe just wash your fringe and stick the rest up in a pony tal and jut look at people fronmt onwards,. although thats a last resort

Okay, you can get stds in your mouth, but the aids thing can only happen if the person you are with has aids!
Also genitile9Isoo spelt that wrong) herpes can occour of the person who givs you oral sex has a coldsore.
But aids can only happn if the person you are doing it with has aids, it cannot just occur.

seriously do you really wanna take the risk of killing yourself, and getting it really bad infected. Its so much safer just to go to a piercer, and it can b not to expenmsiver its a lot safer.
If you do pierce it yourself remember to boil water and let it cool to luke war and dissolve sea salt and put it around your piercings 1-2 times a day. To get rid of infection and to heal quicker :)

Well, I have them too no matter how much sleep I have and concealer works the best like an ever fresh one a liquid one, and its natural and it doesnt loook like your wearing makeup just under your eyes pat it in with your ring finger as its a delcate area :)

I really want to get a small heart tattooed on the middle of my wrist. (Random -- but there's a story with it and such.) The thing is, I know tattoos are already painful to begin with (I've never gotten one before though), and there's that really pokey bone right where I want the tattoo to go.
