i waited about 3-4 months to change mine

and make sure not to change it a lot
i did, and it was all red

make sure not to touch it a lot,
cause of germs

if youre thinking of getting a dangling one,

make sure not to wear too tight/shirts that it can get caught one

one more :]
make sure the ball to keep it on
doesnt get loose
because i got a real chanel one,
and it came off :[ not the point

but be careful and oh yeah remember to clean it [most obvious one]

My main tip would be to really clean it well, as its a place that can really get infected.
I got mine done in june and kept it until november but that because i had like an infection and wanted to be sure.
Ive never heard of h20 ocean spray but the best cleaning thing is salt water.
Boil some water add some sea salt and let the water cool down, put the water in a cop etc and put it on over the piercing at least one a day, this also helps it heal quicker :)

i got mine pierced last summer. the guy who did it raved about the h2ocean spray and said it was great and all you needed to keep it clean, so you should be good in terms of keeping it clean. i kept mine in for a month before i changed it and so did my friend. I know you're supposed to leave it in longer, but i didn't and it turned out fine. I've never had a problem. So, just make sure you keep using your spray and i think you will be great.
