Q: I can never find jeans that are right for me. I have large hips, but I'm short and I have small tighs and a small butt. My jeans are always too big or too small. Does anyone know a store where I can find jeans that would fit someone like me? Websites would be nice.

Q: I've always loved to sing, but have only this year been in choir at my school( It's only offered in high school). I am a soprano, and I'd like to think that I'm a good singer. I recently fell in love with the Phantom of the Opera and opera music. And yesterday I was hit with the notion of becoming an opera singer now, or when I'm older. I'm fifteen years old, and have a pretty mature sounding voice. Any ideas of how I could fufill this dream?

Join a church choir, and if you really think youre up to it, find some places, like cafes and such to perform at. Good luck!

Q: I'm 13 and I way 113 pounds. I am not bib but I am not super skinny. I am very muscular. I run atleast a mile atleast 3 times a week and i do sit ups and other excercises every night but I can't seem to lose weight. Is this a bad weight? and does anyone know any good ways to lose weight 5-10 pounds?

You don't need to lose any weight, because youre just fine. if you want to know, then go to am-i-fat.com and type in your weight and height there and they'll tell you. they also give good diet tips on that site so check it out.

in december i got my period, and then a month later in January i got it on time. then, it came very lightly stwo weeks later, and two weeks later normally again. then after that (this month) it came again two weeks later but only for 3 days and very light. now, a week later, its coming again but heavy. Ive only had it for a year, and i know it may not be regular, but im still worried.

is this normal? I will rate!

It's completely normal. Later, when you've had your period for a while, it'll get normal again. Don't worry.

Q: Okay, I have really bad facial acne, and have had it for about 4-5 years now. I have tried almost everything it seems, but it just won't go away! If you have any advice on acne, or even acne scars (I have both, lucky me)I'd love to know! ThAnKs!!

i recently figured out that pickles and coke/pepsi etc, give you acne. just try to stay away from that stuff and try not to touch your face, but wash it with acne scrub a couple times a day.

Q: I've liked this guy for over a year now, and he's had mutiple girlfriends. I'm really shy and haven't asked him out yet, nor plan on ever asking him out. He knows I like him, but prefers to reacll to us as "just friends" I don't know what to do.

i think you just have to deal with the fact that you guys are just friends. maybe you could talk to him, show him how cool you are and how much he missed out on by not going out with you.

Q: okay...theres this boy that i wanna ask to our end of school dance, but i already asked him whose hes goin with and he said no one and i didnt ask him to the dance. i have no idea how to do it. any suggestions? or any ways to get him to ask me?

i think you should just talk to her about it. but if you dont want to, then just dont tell her about your friends. hang out with them wen she's not there, so if hey dont meet her, they wont know shes there, and they wont like her better. =)

Q: a girl at my school has been going through a very tough time lately. her dad left 3 weeks ago and she just found out that she might be pragnant. this would be much easier if she WASN'T 13!!! but she is and we are best friends. im the only one that knows about the pregnant thing. what do i tell her i rate high for a real answer

i think that you should just be there for her, you dont have to find a solution, just say that everything will be fine and reassure her. be her friend cuz thats what she needs right now. tell her that if there is ever a time that she needs you, then ur there.

I was just downstairs doing my homework, and I yawned. It felt like something popped and then my tongue and the outside of my neck/jaw began to hurt. It is physically painful to move my head backwards (like to look up at the sky) because it pulls on my neck and tongue and I don't know what I did...

Maybe I just pulled a muscle? Please help...it is also painful to swallow, although bearable. It feels almost like the kind of cramp you get in your foot when you flex it and then it 'catches' and continues to flex by itself.

umm yea i think you just pulled a muscle.. it should go away by itself if it doesnt within like 3 or 4 days, tell your mom to take you to the doctor

Q: well ive been going out with this guy tha i love and ever since ive been going out with him my best friend has been gettin all pissed at me and trying to break us upp....and now im not friends with her anymore cuz of this...and she said she wont be mad at me if i just break up wit my boyfriend but i love him and im not going to do that....i think maby she is kinda jallous that i have a bf n she dosent...but than again i dont know....help!!!

wow your friend is gay if shes trying to break you guys up, if she syour friend she should be happy for you. i dont think that shes a very good friend and i think shes jelous :giggle: ok well i think you should just forget about her and move on and make some new friends that will be happy you have a boyfriend.

Q: well my friend is really upset right now because she was REALLLLLLy close friends with this girl till this year and now that girl has a "new" best friend. Every time that her friend's new best friend is in the room, hedr friend pretends thT she is not alive-she is really sad now-this is not the 1st time her friend has done this-help me please!

just tell her to ignore her, shes not worht it if she's so mean to her and stuff. why dont you be her best friend?? or just tell her that theres so many cool people out there and why does she have to be stupid and care about that one girl thats probably worht nothin but shit as a friend anyway. my advice is just forget and move on i guess

Q: Ok i didnt really start like this kid until i heard that him and his g/f broke up because she had sex with another guy.. and when i found that out he started to talk to me alot and in gym class he started to come over and play tennis with me and some friends...well after a couple of days of that i told my friends they could tell him after gym soo they did and he said he may possibly like me too ( of course he didnt give them a complete answer cuase i mean he is a guy)..well that day i heard that his ex g/f wanted to go back out with him and she asked him back out(they went out 7 months b4 the break up)well i was hoping they werent going to go back out but then the next day in 5th hour she told me they were dating again after class i told my friends and broke down in tears i cried all 6th hour and when i got home i stayed in my room and didnt eat....i felt terrible..he stopped playing tennis with me but now 2 days later he is playing with me all the time and is always flirting but he has a g/f.....sooo should i like him still. . .forget about him and just be friends or is there anything else i can do. . .Please help . . i may be falling for him!!!

ok well guys flirt and it usually doesnt mean anything. i think you should just get on with your life because it seems like he doesnt know what he wants. stay friends with him and if something changes and he asks you out, go for it! (if you feel the same way) and then youll see where to go from there

Q: I have been looking for some shorts for summer. I like SHORT shorts. Does anyone know where I can find khaki or denim shorts that are short? (Lately, everyone has been selling the long, bermuda shorts)

Q: Ok so I use to play an instrumiment it was the fluet how ever you spell it. But i want to play drums or guitar my dad says no becasue I'll
quite like last time .The only thing i've tryed something and quite was the fluet which was like 3 to 4 years ago. I love the way drums, guitar and some other things sound when I grow up want to be some one who makes up beats. But he said i don't have a good enough reson. I listen to music 3 hours a day(screamo kind)my dad also said he doesnt want me playing drums and guitar cuz there loud . I told him if doesn't let me do anything how I'm I ,going to know what I like if he doesn't let me try. Can you guys give me a good reason that might change the way my dad thinks about drums and guitar?

ok number one: get a dictionary. but anyways, just tell him thats it's what you want to do in life. say that you will play it when you get older anyway, so he would just be giving you a head start on your life if he would let you. if he doesnt let you, save up your money to get a guitar or drum set and buy one. if you dont have money, you could just make a drum set some how, like out of containers and boxes and try to play them. check out books about guitar and drums and read them and leave them around so he will see them and see that you are serious about this.

Q: My best friend(we'll say lucy) is going to prom with this kid(we'll say nick). Well recently they got into a fight because nick went out and picked up our other friend and brought her out to lucy's house after we had asked him to. Well we promised that we would give him ten dollars gas money, since he was low, if he did this for us. Well lucy has been practically obsessed with nick for the passed two years but he won't give her the time of day. Before lucy and i started talking i had dated nick and it was actually through him that lucy and i became aquainted. Lucy and nick are both seniors and lucy's dream was to go to her senior prom with him. Luckily thanks to the help of her friends, nick agreed to go with her. Well when lucy worked her ways nd talked nick into leaving without that gas money, he got really mad. (because he was on E when he got home) And the reason she didn't give it to him was because she didn't have change for a twenty. When nick got home he txt messaged me to tell me that he wasn't going to prom with lucy and this really upset her. Then another fight broke out because I have been talking to him AS FRIENDS and some of lucy's other friends don't see this appropriate. But when i don't talk to him, everyone gets mad at me and yells because they say there is no reason to hate him just because he broke my heart. So me, trying to be the peace maker, started talking to him civilized once again and now we're friends. (NOTHING MORE)Well he called me today and we got to talking. I begged him to reconsider taking lucy to prom because i know how much this means to her, nd he said: "Hmmm, i have an idea". Well this idea isn't any good :( AT ALL-- He agreed to go with lucy again to prom on one condition; if i sleep with him. He has been bugging me to sleep with him for the passed 7months because i turned him down the two times we were together. I know I can't do that to her even though it would get her to prom. And i don't know how to tell her because it would devastate her. But what if i tell him no and he wont go to prom with her? Then i will feel like this is all my fault because i didn't betray my friends trust.. I'm so hurt and confused-- please and thank you for listening to me babble!!

tell her what he said and then maybe she'll realize what an asshole he is for saying that in the first place.tell her not to waste her time and that she can do so much better. tell him that you will not sleep with him and thank him for breaking your best friends heart. (sarcastically)
