i love to give advice, and i've been told that i give some good advice, aswell.
i'm very dedicated once i get involved in someone's problems, and i'll probably make sure you're okay, and that my answer has been sufficent.
i don't 'sugarcoat' my answers, as just about every columnist on this site complains about, but i do present everything in a way that people will be able to handle, and relate to in their situation.
i could honestly care less about ratings, i just wanna help some people out. in my problems, current and past, i seek help through my friends, who i adore.
i'm a huge my chemical romance fan, and i know pretty much everything about them; so if you have a question on them, i'm here. go for it. ;)

Theres this boy, a year older than me who randomly started liking me one day when he asked for my number. Since then we exanged glances in the hallway and then one day he sent me a note saying hes crazy about me so i gave him a call. and when we got to talking we decided to hang out the next day and we did. Instant attraction and we started calling each other alot. we hung out and stuff and he sent me a really long letter about how he likes me and i make him feel amaazing. SO i visited him at work, because he said he would like it and my mom just happened to be there but thats okay, because he said he would meet her. and then he just stopped calling. this was yesterday but he hasnt called since idk. I mean, it's been one day. Nothing to worry about.
If he dosen't call for a COUPLE of days, then you try to call him.
Maybe he's also nervous, because he might think your mom might get mad or something?

Aw, my hamster used to do this, so I feel your pain.
What I did was just give her little tubes, like the ones that come in the middle of toilet paper rolls. These are less noisy, and they can create nice little beddings for themselves. :)

Is there a difference between tampax lights and tampax pearl lites?

No, there's basically no difference between the two. I guess just becaues tampax lights are usually a bit cheaper.
And I'm not completly sure what the smallest size is. You could try to fit grip kind of tampon, though?

ok i think i have an unhealthy obsession with gerard way from my chemical romance. ok all i think about is him and i mean i am 13 years old and all i think about is him. i mean my desktop is him, my screen saver is him, my aol sn is him, everything is him. i mean when i found out he was engaged i cryed for 4 hours straight (seriously) and im still so upset that he is engaged. i mean yeah i know i will never have a chance with him i just feel better knowing he is single. i just am so upset and i mean i just cant stop thinkin about him. what do i do??? Okay, so I understand your obsession; I am just as bad. I mean, I love that band with my life, and I think I probably hate Eliza Cuts as much as you, lol. But this is a fairly unhealthy obsession. Mainly the crying thing, because I got really upset about the engagement, too.
What I did was just to really, really think about it. I mean, he's thirty *tear*, and we're thirteen and fourteen year olds. There's not really any way there'd ever be a relationship, though we'd both love that,l ol.
You don't have to just drop your obsession, but you can look at things seriously. Also, TRY (i'm a hypocrite, because I personally can't) to be happy about the engagement. Maybe then we'll have little Gerard Way kiddies around :P. I guess that he's happy, we should all be happy?
Gah, I'm sorry. I'm just as bad as you, so I'm not much help, lol.

in sims 1, you got a baby instantly. in sims 2, i did try for baby but my baby hasnt come yet?

Ah, it takes so much more time, but it's also so much more worth it in sims two, than in sims one.
In sims two, you first have to hear the lullaby sound after trying for a baby. If you don't hear that, your sims aren't pregnant yet. It's kind of like real life, only your sims usually get pregnant. It's like an eight out of ten chance kind of thing.
Then, it takes three days for the mommy sim to be able to have the kid. You'll see that the mom gets bigger each day. :)

Oh my gosh! No way, you're not alone. I hate this, too. I've gotten in trouble numerous times for yelling at my sisters about it, too.
I just normally do the headphones thing, or try to mention it, POLITELY, lol.
I'm not sure if I have the best advice to get people to stop-the people in my household continue to do it-but I just wanted to let you know you're definitely not alone. :P

hi,
i have anorexia and haven't gotten my period for about 4 months now, maybe 5 give or take. first, i was wondering if it's even possible for me to get pregnant anymore because of my loss of periods. also, i just had sex with my boyfriend. we DID use a condom correctly and he pulled out before coming. is there any way i could possibly get pregnant? i'm not freaking out it's just like my lack of periods to begin with prevents me from knowing if i can get pregnant or not. I've got this problem. Unfourtunately, I think it was because my computer couldn't hold enough memory.
Try to delete some families, sims, or even neighborhoods. This will help your computer in running more quickly.
It could also be possible that the disk is scratched, or the disk player is dusty or something. It sounds stupid, but try blowing into the slot you put your disk into, lol. Really, I've done it, it helps.
Also, try wetting a napkin, fairly damply, and whipe the disk off. Dry it off, and try it again.
And I always thought I was the one who had a crashing game constantly.. :p

Help, please
Someone just called our house phone, and whene i picked up, no one was there. I said 'Hello' a bunch of times, and still no one was there. Then they started breathing into the phone, and then whistling into it. And they're still doing it right now, they won't hang up, and i'm too curious to hang up. BUt i'm also scared.

It sounds like a prank phone call, so if they continue to call you, just do something stupid back.
If you really get worried, call your phone company or call the number back. If you have to, ask the phone company to see where the phone call is being made from; I'm sure they'll help if you're really worried.

okay so to start of im 17 years old female. anyway im 17 and i have been for the last 5months my mom will not let me do anything and im so sick of it i had to come in at 10:30 pm like im a baby or something its friday night and all of my friends are out drinking but no i have to be home by 10:30 i cant go out to partys and drink because i drive i cant even stay out past 11 on the weekends im going insane..!! some one please help (link)

As much as you may not like the answer I'm giving you, your mom is not 'babying you' or anything. You may think you're old, but you're ONLY seventeen. Technically, your mom's got legal custody of you until you're at least eighteen, so what she's saying is true.
I can see why she's not letting you go out and drink. You're seventeen. What's the drinking age, like twenty one? (That's what it is, here). I'm sorry, but you're four years shy of that. If she were to be caught allowing you to do that kind of thing, she could get in major trouble, regardless of what all of your friends can do.
She's trying to take care of you, because if she were the kind of mom to let you to out and drink and drive, she'd just be a plain bad mom. This is coming from a fourteen year old, so it should be obvious to you, but you'll understand when you have kids of your own, that rules need to be placed so that things don't get messed up.
The reason you can't stay out past 11 is probably because a)there's a curfew or b)anything could be going on at that time of night.
Think of it this way, if you're doing all that stuff at this age, nothing will be special when you actually become old enough to do all of this.
Seriously, she's just trying to protect you.
If you're really bored, see if some of your friends can take a break from their ever-so-important drinking, and hang out at your house, so that your mom will let you hang out.
I wouldn't reccomend trying to sneak around, though. That could just get you on even more strict limits.

She dosen't want to talk too much, because she dosen't want it to hurt as bad, when you leave.
She's looking at it like you could be leaving tomorrow, so she dosen't want to miss the memories of you too much, so she's not hurt when you do leave.
Talk to her, and tell her to act like you two would if you weren't leaving.
It's going to be hard, but you two can still write each other and everything, and make sure she knows that.
Make sure that she also knows she should want the last memories of you two to be ones where you're close and everything, because she will regret it, if she dosen't talk to you before you go.

all right, so i have a boyfriend of 1 yr (on the 29th) and he is the most amazing boyfriend you could ever possibly imagine. I know he loves me. The other day a girl went over his house (he's known her since preschool) so he could help her with a project they both have in english (he's a genius, really.) and they got to talking and then she randomly moved down her pants to show him a bruise she got from her and her bf having sex (...uhh, yea.. she's known to be kind of.. you know.) so my question is, should i be worried or threatened at all? I mean, that was my initial reaction, but, i know he loves me but sometimes i can just get really mad easily. so anyone out there, could you tell me what you'd do in this situation? (link)

In all honesty, most girls would initally be threatened, but from what you say about him, you shouldn't be worried about him.
He can't control her actions, so don't get mad at him. But he can control his, so as long as he didn't do anything, you shouldn't feel threatened.
If he seems to start hanging around her alot of something, maybe talk to him, though.
Right now, though, you should be alright. :)

Though they're not he typical eye-patch wearing, 'arr' kinda pirates, there are some who go through the ocean, stealing, ect.

hey im pretty skinny like on the top half of my body and stuff but the bottom half is pretty chubby. i'm 16, 5' 4" and 105 pounds. and i've already eating 1,500 cals a day and burning 625 at the gym.. i do leg workouts. but i'm not seeing any results... i don't really want muscular legs just skinny ones. and my butts kinda too big to so if you have any exercise that would help. thanks! Aw, you don't really have to worry, I'm sure they're not chubby or anything. You sound very skinny for one, and you should eat more during the day, honestly.
Unfourtunately, there are not many ways to just get skinny legs without them being muscular.
That's where the problem lies. It's that the only way to get 'smaller' and 'skinnier' incertain areas is to lose weight, but you're already too small.
This may be an odd answer, but I'd say to try to really tone your body, insteal of looking very skinny. Try toning other parts of your body, so your legs and butt look more proportional to your upper half.
The only way you wont look 'chubby' in the legs and butt area would be to tighten the muscles, so I guess it's unfourtunately be anorexicly skinny (do not take that path, please, you should probably be considering gaining weight, actually) or muscular.
I'd choose muscular if I were you. :)
