I just bought this really cute long sleeved, navy blue, button down shirt. It's adorable... but I do not know what pants to wear with it. I was thinking jeans, but then I thought that might be too much blue/ too dark. What would be the best color pants to wear with the shirt (I don't have khaki's). Thanks!

yes it does, but you die from it..painfully..so it's not good. And then you end up gaining it all back plus possibly more..so yeah..

At school...im popular, but im kind of ugly. i like boys but they dont like me back more than a friend. At dances im afraid to ask boys to dance and they never ask me. I'm not afraid of dancin with them i'm just afraid if they'll say yes or no. It's the same reason why i dont ask boys to go out with me or something. To top it off, im at a brand new school this year and i dont really know what they would say, if they're like the boys at my old school or not. What should I do?

Just ask them! You never know! You might be turned down a couple times but not always! And don't say you are ugly! I'm sure you aren't. If you don't ask someone out or to dance or something you may never know if they actually like you or not.. hope i helped and good luck :)

Hey, I would like to know if you all can tell what is wrong with my finger and if I should go to the doctor. Wednesday night, I was at gymnastics messing around, and as I went for a back tuck, my middle finger jammed into my leg... then about 3 minutes later, I jammed it again into a panel mat (a hard mat in case you dont know) same finger and everything. My coach didnt care because i shouldnt have been messing around, so I went through the rest of practice ignoring the pain. Its now 2 days later, and im getting shooting pains throughout it, my whole finger is about 1 1/2 the size of the other, and my knuckle in the middle of my finger is twice the size of the other and i cant feel from there down to the end of it. I have it taped together for now, but it hurts to even write, im typing this without it. Im sorry its long, but i cant decide if I should go to the docot Monday and get x-rays jus to make surem or relax and let it heal on its own because of an expierience with shoulda been broken foot since i didnt go to the doctor right away. Today, I had to call home for some medicine to help with the pain. So, what do you all think of this situation (any of you who read this)...?

okay theres this and she kind of used to be my friend (we don't go to the same school and shes a grade lower than me) and she is a total prep (you can ask anyone and they'll tell you shes a bizotch), so i guess thats why were not friends anymore. I skateboard and i wear stuff from like zumiez, pac-sun, and somtimes hot topic, and she shops at like abercromie, A.E, and those stores. well the other day she shows up at this place wearing the same shoes as me (grey & pink etnies) and i was like "you don't skateboard" and she said shes learning, so i asked what kind of skateboard she has and she said she didn't have one. hmm... how do you learn without a skateboard? and none of her friends have skateboards cuse there all preppy bizotches too. then i saw her at youth group and she had on the same frikin pants as me too! (they were dickie's skateboarding pants) and then shes like "oh! look jeanine!! we almost have the same outfit!" and she was wearing this abercrombie shirt with it that looked so with the rest of her outfit. she tries to hang out with me 24/7... she calls me to talk about "skateboarding" and she doesnt even know what an ollie is. and she buys the same cds as me AND she got her hair cut and highlighted almost exactally like mine! HOW DO I TELL HER I DON'T LIKE HER TRYING TO BE LIKE ME AND FOLLOWING ME AROUND EVERYWHERE? AND THAT SHE SHOULD STOP TRYING TO BE SOMEONE SHES NOT?? help please. thanks.

okay first of all, i have those etnies and im not a skater either..you don't have to skate to wear them..and i love those pants..but im not a skater..okay but anywas..she probably just wants to be your friend again and be more like you since thats why you arent friends or she wants to learn to skateboard! you should try to teach her or something..

Okay, I was at this party last night and it was with a bunch of my guyfriends/friends. The thing is, my boyfriend was with me. These two guyfriends of mine are particularly touchy-feely types, and they like to pick me up and toss me around and all that...I'm small, lol. This one guy, Aaron, dipped me back like he was about to kiss me, and my boyfriend was glaring daggers at him. He was doing that to both Aaron and Kevin through the whole night. He already doesn't like Kevin because he's my ex, but I think he dislikes him more now. My boyfriend isn't usually the jealous type. I talked to both guys and told them to lay off with the touching me, and I told my boy that it doesn't mean a thing, that they're just my friends and they've always done that to me, but I don't think it helped.
Okay, basically, what I'm asking is, is there anything I can tell him besides what I've already said to make my boyfriend stop with the jealousy?

Your boyfriend is probably always going to be kind of mad over it since you are his girlfriend. But make sure he knows that it means nothing at all and you should probably get them to stop touching you as much.. Hope i helpd **x0x0

You don't have to kiss him. Just say no, like you did. Since you guys are friends you should talk to him-you don't have to wait for him to talk to you. If he hasn't talked to you in a week, then howd you know he wants to go to a movie? sorry. Im extremely tan just because of where i live. Is anybody else like that? But my face isnt as dark as my arms and legs and stomach and ect. its like it fades when it gets to my neck/face.. is it because i have my hair down so its harder for the sun?

Yeah, that happens to me too. Just try putting you hair up in a ponytail or something and putting oil on your face if you want. Hope i helped **x0x0

I have straight hair already, but it is pretty static and VERY flyawayish...and its kinda bushy sometimes...what is the best hair straightener out there? I've heard ceramic hair straighterners are good??

i wouldn't suggest using a straightener on your hair just because its staticy or flyawashish if its already straight..it will just make it worse and give you split ends more then likely..you can buy stuff at hair salons for that kind of hair and it works great! but i don't know what it's called..i forgot..sorry..But if you really want to use a straightener then ceramic ones with gold plates are A LOT better. okay I know this is random, but like I have really weird hair thats in between being curly or straight (but it doesnt look good lol) and I was wondering does anyone know anything that will make your hair straight or curly w/o too much use of a straightener or a curling iron? My hair is the exact same way! I straighten it or just put it up in a pony tail. You can blow dry it straight too but sometimes it doesn't really work too good so if you blow dry it and then straighten it it will work? You could always put gel in it too. If you don't want to damage your hair then get a straightener that is good and not a cheap one or there is this stuff you can buy at hair salons and places that is good for it too. i use nyc eyeliner and everytime i use it it comes off easily so i have to bring my eyeliner to school and put it on there. my friends thinks its annoying cause i need to go to the bathroom or use their mirror in their lockers to put it on. whenever my friends put the eyeliner i use on, it stays on for them but it doesnt for me. i tried many kinds of eyeliner but i still cant find one that will stay on, someone please help!

p.s i dont want to use liquid eyeliner or very expenisive eyeliners

that used to happen to me. When you put it on just DONT rub your eyes like at all. if it really is doing that a lot thought then liquid eyeliner might be the best..just make sure you let it dry. hope i helped **x0x0x

does anybody know how to evenly put on eyeliner on the top lid of your eye? like i do it and it isnt perfect..

just do it once, don't go over it unless you really have to or something. If you mess up then get a wet Q-tip and fix it or put eyeshadow on over it to make it look better! or you can put mascara on or something so you can't really see or notice it! hope i helped **x0x0

16/f.... this may be a stupid question, but what are those people called that you talk to about your problems and you tell them everything and then they give you advice and everything is confidential. They do it for a living. Nothing SERIOUS is going on in my life (ex. I'm not pregnant, I don't go drugs, I'm not a lesbian, etc.), but I feel like I can't talk to my parents (about guys or whatever) I never have and I probably never will. I'm an only child and I've been the center of their lives for 16 years and I hate it. I always have...I wish I can share the spotlight with someone, but thats not going to happen. Sometimes I wish they didn't care about me AS MUCH as they do. I feel like I need to go see one of those people because I've kept so much inside of me all my life and now I think I need to deal with a professional who can help me. And I'm afraid of a lot of things (I always have visions of disturbing things in my head, but thats a different story). How can I tell my parents I need one of those people without hurting them?

they are called counselors or phsycologists. (i think thats how you spell it) They do help. If you don't want to tell your parents you can just go to a school counselor or something. But if you do then just say you need to talk to someone and you want to see a counselor but tell them it's nothing really bad or anything(im hoping its not) Sorry. You see, the guys at my school are pretty hot but they have really bad personalities and that is why i do not wanna ask anyone of them out. And next year, i'm going 2 an all girls school so i wont meet any guys. I cant go 2 dances cus i 4got 2 turn in my permission slip and besides, my parents wont let me. Aright well last Friday, before Halloween me and my friends had an idea of gettin ppl to dress in black and I made flyers and handed them out. And sum how one of the teachers found out about it cuz sumone said my name infront of the teacher and said that I made the flyers (wich I did) anyway she told the assistant principal that I did it and he came up to me and told me to give him the rest of the flyers. So I did and he starts given me all of this bullshit on how it's gang related when he has organized for us to wear red shirts, and there is sumthin else to. Aright there is this one gurl that she came into school and she was wearing a short short skirt that when ever she bends over her ass literally is showin, and the assistant principal saw her but he didn't say anything at all and she came in with a short black skirt and long knee hight boots lookin like a hooker and the assistant principal didn't say anything. So the part that really pisses me off is that we wore black lipstick and he said that it was not aloud when last year we wore black lipstick and he didn't say anything. So it pisses me off that we can't wear black lipstick and sum hoe can some in and look like a prostetute and come in with her ass showin. And they say that guys can't wear anypink wich is wrong, I mean guys should be able to wear anything they want. Please help cuz all of this is just wrong and they kno it!!

No thats not fair at all! you should go to school and dress like that one girl and if you get in trouble ask why you can't when that one girl looked like a hooker and whatever. ask him why you can't wear black lipstick..thats dumb! and especially the no pink thing for guys..guys wear it all the time at my school and i see it all the time! thats really gay..sorry. tell your parents or the school board or something. hope i helped :)

ok im 18 years old and im a guy. my question is ... when am i gonna start to grow a beard? my beard hasnt come in at all and ive never shaved ever in my life. Its kinda sad really, shouldnt it be in by now? All my friends shave all the time. any ideas?

not all guys get beards..you should feel lucky that you don't have to shave..i mean im not a guy so i guess i wouldn't know but thats what people tell me! lol hope i helped :)
