Do u think this is fair?
Aright well last Friday, before Halloween me and my friends had an idea of gettin ppl to dress in black and I made flyers and handed them out. And sum how one of the teachers found out about it cuz sumone said my name infront of the teacher and said that I made the flyers (wich I did) anyway she told the assistant principal that I did it and he came up to me and told me to give him the rest of the flyers. So I did and he starts given me all of this bullshit on how it's gang related when he has organized for us to wear red shirts, and there is sumthin else to. Aright there is this one gurl that she came into school and she was wearing a short short skirt that when ever she bends over her ass literally is showin, and the assistant principal saw her but he didn't say anything at all and she came in with a short black skirt and long knee hight boots lookin like a hooker and the assistant principal didn't say anything. So the part that really pisses me off is that we wore black lipstick and he said that it was not aloud when last year we wore black lipstick and he didn't say anything. So it pisses me off that we can't wear black lipstick and sum hoe can some in and look like a prostetute and come in with her ass showin. And they say that guys can't wear anypink wich is wrong, I mean guys should be able to wear anything they want. Please help cuz all of this is just wrong and they kno it!!

thats the same thing that happen at my school but worst we couldn't wear black on black or the rubber braclets. yeah but we protested and now we have a new principal and he is awesome. maybe you should tell your parents.

Yeah, I know. I was going to say something, but then, when I read the other answers people wrote, I figured I didn't need to repeat. But I just wanted to say that at my school, the guys get in trouble for wearing <b>LONG</b> pink shirts. If they are wearing a short pink shirt, it's alright. [[yeah its stupid I know]]. They get in trouble because those long pink shirts are supposed to mean you are a pimp. That is what our school told us, so..yeah. But anyway, I totally agree with you on the dressing in black, and that other girl and stuff!! Follow the advice from the other people who told you (just so I dont repeat everything). I hope everything works out for you, and I hope that assistant principal either gets his head straight or gets fired! gOOd lUck!

If you notice... they also don't say anything to the chunky chicks about wearing shirts that show their stomach. Only the skinny chicks get in trouble. Go to school dressed like that one girl did and see what they say. If they pull you aside and say something about it ask "Why is it that I get in trouble for it and then so and so doesn't when she's wearing the exact same thing but 3 times worse?" If they give you some stupid bullshit answer like "We didn't see her wearing it blah blah blah" Talk to your parents. Parents are always on your side. That's stupid how he said it was gang related. People in my school purposely dress alike with the red shirts or whatever and the bandanas and don't get in trouble for it. That's bull. You're school is just gay. Try what I said and if not, go talk to your parents. They'll be on your side. Hope this helped.

No thats not fair at all! you should go to school and dress like that one girl and if you get in trouble ask why you can't when that one girl looked like a hooker and whatever. ask him why you can't wear black lipstick..thats dumb! and especially the no pink thing for guys..guys wear it all the time at my school and i see it all the time! thats really gay..sorry. tell your parents or the school board or something. hope i helped :)

wow your assistant principal sure has some twisted views on how ppl shud dress, esp if he think sthat person who dressed really provocatively shouldnt b punished, but that if u wear all black u need to b punished. He seems to b steerotyping everyone in your school. I think mayne u shud get ur poarents or some adults u trust to help you think of a view valid reasons for why the things he is doing are wrong. If you present to him why u think he is being innapropriate and like unreasonable he mite change his mind bc he mite see that he was wrong. Speak your mind to him and best of luck :)

Well no, it's not fair. The students of your school, including yourself, are victims of discrimination, sexism, and homophobia. What can you do about it? Not much, really.
I've noticed in most schools that the dress code is much more laid back when the authority is male and the victim is female and hot. What can you do?
