My family and friends have been noticing that I have been really depressed for the last few months, and I have a social worker, and she wants to take me to mental health and get me evaluated and hopefully to be put on anti-depressants. I dont know what to do. I feel like I'm insane or something or retarded. I dont know what to feel and if anything, knowing that ppl want to put me on that kind of stuff just gets me more depressed if anything... what should I do?
