i have an old boyfriend does he probably still like me if i enter a room i seem watching me but when i notice he looks down real fast but if i say hi he won't look at me. I want to be friends at least or at least talk to him...
Communication is the answer to all relationship problems. You might not always get the anser you want but you WILL get a answer. I would try telling this guy what you told me, tell him that you want to be friends again and see where it goes from there. Maybe your friend was having a bad day or something, somtimes I snap on my friends but I still love them and all...I was just haveing a bad day or upset abt soemthing. Maybe the same is happening with your friend. Don't feel too bad about and if its really bothering talk to your friend abotu it. If they listen and our open and say sorry then their your true friend....if they blow it off and are still rude then maybe they realy are fake! I hoep this helps! Good Luck

in school eevryone tells me i am really pretty and boys always want to hook up with me. my bestfriend says shes really uglly. since the begining of the school year she asked 3 boys out and they all rejected her becase they say shes too ugly. i tried helping her like to boost up her confidence but she has low self asteem and i dont know what to do anymore. like i keep telling her shes pretty and she says she isnt. so my question is how to i boost her confidence or make her prettier. shes a tomboy and she acts kind of manly i really get sad when she tells me shes ugly but i dont know what to do, please help!?

Hey. I can totally relate to your friend because I am JUST like her. I am a tomboy too and my friend try to dress me up and change me into a certain image and while they're trying to help. I hate it, because it makes me feel like I'm not good enough sometimes. So I don't really think you should try to transform her into a girlie girl or change her style...now you can try to give friendly advice but try not too be too critical. Also just recently I was rejected my a guy I like and it sucks...but I son't think that she needs to be told all the time that shes pretty....sometimes people just want their friends to listen. In other words, maybe she feels she has to try to convince herself that shes ugly...that way when it happens she wont be so upset because she convinced herself shes ugly. Now I dnt know if this made ANY sense, but I hope it helps. Also, maybe you could just talk to her by saying that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and that beauty isn't a skinny little model on TV....remind her that all shades, colors, and shaped of people make them pretty. maybe even try telling her she isnt pretty...shes BEAUTIFUL for the way she treats her friends and family. well, I need some Ideas for key events, and hopefully not the Two given example. I also dont get the whole, explain the causes part, it needs to be like a page, is there any tips to just kinda pump up the essay and expand?

(I'm assumming your a girl).
Basically its just "feeling the music". If its your Its like a backwards hug...with the body facing in instead of out. ( Your butt next to body/waist area) Then you can move your hips back and forth and some girls like to dip and stuff, but you get better as you go along. Ummmm, you really just got to feel the music...but its cool with slow dances because all your doing is rocking back and forth.

Hey. I'm a Christian too and technically mastrubating is a sin, but ALL sins are forgiving. Anyways, not only Catholics can go to confession. I'm NOT Catholic, but I go to a Catholic school and I go to confession all the time. If you don't feel comfortable talking to a "father"/priest than you can talk to God. Just as a normal prayer, asking him to forgive you and help you do better....etc
We all sin and always will, but if we ask for God's forgiveness or mercy then we will be okay and he will always help us and never put us through more than we can bear...

Ok so summer's almost here im a little nervous about getting into a bathing suit again. My thighs kinda jiggle when i walk and i dont know how to stop that...also my stomach does the same thing...i run everyday and i try to do crunches but they really hurt my back. I'm nervous I won't be in shape in time.

I'm 16 and weigh 135, but I'm only 5'0...so I'm a short, overweight teenager. Anyways, I can relate when it comes to summer time becaus eof the stick thin girls running around, but you gotta learn to be comfortable in your own skin. Running is a great way to trim up the lower waist region, but don't OVERDUE it....because if you aren't careful running can bve more of a pain than a help.
What I do is Iexercise, preparing for the summer, but I alos buy a tankini....its a tank top and skirt bottom. I REALLY LIKE THEM, because even though it has a slit in it, you can't see the thighs "jiggling" and it kinda covers you up so you aren't showing to much skin....so maybe you could try buying a cute tankini....they make you look cute and cover up the top part of the thighs so people won't see any jiggling.

alright, there's this guy named Drew. we're not incredibly close, but he sits next to me in science and is in a couple of my classes, so we're friendly with eachother. so today we had to get colored pencils in english, and they were all on his desk so i walked over there, grabbed a box and walked away. well he like smiled at me and then like got a "serious" look and grabbed the colored pencils and was like, "what do you think your doing? put that back!!!" it was weird though, was he like trying to flirt? (he flirts with alot of girls) or just joking around? or like something else? lol thanks.
He was probably just flirting with you and might have wanted you to flirt with him back by saying something back to him...he probably just wanted to joke around with you and stuff
I think you should flirt with him back, flirting is pretty simple and non-pressured way to have fun so I say go for it!

Hi! I'm not sure if your page is different, but for me, I log onto myspace and get on my profile page, the one that only I see, when I click on change top friends. At the top it says EDIT FRIENDS in red, underneath is a bar that says TOP 8, then click the blue thingie to scroll down, you have the option of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24!

ALLLLL my friends describe me as being perky. Being perky is being "happy go lucky",filled with happiness, and lightheartedness, and liveliness. Personally, I think its both, it depends on who you ask. It can be postivie because perky people can cheer people up, and make them laugh. It can be negative because being too perky can make people annoyed and frustraed with you. Personally, its neither good or bad...its just a way of life....(for me). Sometimes my friends love my perkiness, sometimes them don't.

Unbelieveable!!! I am facing the same situation. So, being in that same situation I advise not to be too hard on the new girl becasue maybe she doesn't realize how she's acting. You should talk to all the girls at the same time explaining how you don't like their jokes and you think they are kinda harsh sometimes, tell them you don't really appreciate your new nickname and would like them to leave you alone. And the girl who think she's all that...well tell her you don't like how shes been acting and he recent attitude... and you can become closer to Heather by hanging out with her more often, like talking on the phone alot and goign to see movies...just ya'll though, not the whole group! Ya'll will be close in no time!

Hey I have a problem. I am a CHRISTIAN and BAPTIST and there is this boy I really like he's cute, nice, kind, funny, understands me, and he doesn't just judge me on my outward aperance atleast it seems that way. Well, I really like this guy but, he's not a CHRISTIAN!!! And, I've tried to let go of him beleive me but, it's not that easy!!!I told him I din't like him anymore but, then I would cry cry cry and cry. Every love song semmed to remind me of him and I couldn't bear to see him at school. I asked GOD why are you doing this to me help me stay strong did I ,no!!! I gave in and I am madly inlove with him again. And, when I say madly man I mean it!!! He's always there for me. I don't know what to do i can't witness to him beacuse if i did he would only become a CHRISTIAN for me not because he wants to or understands that he needs to. I've PRAYED to GOD and asked HIM for HELP. And, I know i need to be PATIENT. But, i feel that evenwhen GOD says let go of him i refuse not to and won't.In just need advice on how to let go of him or is there a way to make both god and this guy happy. Hey, I am a Christian too. Webstar Dictionary defines a Christian as one who believes in Jesus and what He teaches. Personally, I have dated guy who weren't and people who were of other religious backgrounds, and I think its okay if you date this guy. God knows that your boyfriend isn't just "any guy"and that you love him. I truly believe that God placed this boy in your life for a reason and that through your Christianity you will touch this boy's life and he can change spiritually. I do not think you should "let go" of this boy, especially if you love him; it might not seem like it now but everything happens for a reason and I think that God will use you to help this boy in his life and while it IS very hard at times God made you strong and you CAN get through this. i heard the ddr is a fun way to burn calories and work out ..is this true? and if so, how effective is it, how long do i have to play for? and are there other ways to exercise that are fun and you don't really notice you're actually exercising, like playing ddr?
I play DDR too!! If you play on light then you really aren't exercising, but when you get up into the higher modes like heavy and challenge; you have a better way of losing weight. I plasy for about an hour...two hours max. Every body is different so I couldn't realyl say how effective I think it is, but I've lost weight doing it as well as some friends.
I'm not sure if you agree but running is a pretty fun way to exercise. Its very calming and relaxing...just you and the wind! lol

k im in 9th grade and im doin a science fair project. this is my first time doing but i think i can do it all on my own. one problem is my teacher gave 4 deadlines and i only did the first one. the other 3 were about getting research and putting it all together "in your own voice". i dont really get that. he says we can't just read the research and summarize it, he thinks its a form of plagirism. so can anyone give me an example of taking your research thats about your project and "putting it in you own voice?" my topic is battery energy by the way anyone know good sites where i can find research on batteries or battery energy?
