My friend Heather
So I have this friend. And shes the most popular in our "group". Shes really funny and popular and she knows it. What do I do about this?
Also, she used to be my best friend. But lately shes been hanging out with this other girl. All three of us hang out together sometimes. But theyre kind of mean to me, just in a teasing kind of way. They say I always have these "blonde moments" and they gave me a nickname for it. Anyway, how do I get them to stop teasing me, how do I get closer to Heather, and how do I make her stop thinking that shes the shit? Thanks so much.

Unbelieveable!!! I am facing the same situation. So, being in that same situation I advise not to be too hard on the new girl becasue maybe she doesn't realize how she's acting. You should talk to all the girls at the same time explaining how you don't like their jokes and you think they are kinda harsh sometimes, tell them you don't really appreciate your new nickname and would like them to leave you alone. And the girl who think she's all that...well tell her you don't like how shes been acting and he recent attitude... and you can become closer to Heather by hanging out with her more often, like talking on the phone alot and goign to see movies...just ya'll though, not the whole group! Ya'll will be close in no time!

o-k, well i have a situation like that too, but it's my friend who gets teased. i don't tease her but some of my SNOBBY friends do. i feel bad, so i talk to them, but they just go back andtease her more because she's short. like 4 ft. short. try to hang out with heather and her other friend at the same time, see what happens, its not like they're gonna ask you to leave. if they do, then walk away, or hang out with another person. if your friends tease tyou, then speak up, i know how that feels. my friend thinks she is the most popular girl in school, but she isn't. you'll find a way. i'm sorry if i didn't really help you that much. best wishes to you! :]

well you should just ignore there mean coments because if you know its not true then dont get angry and on the good side if they make fun of you and you know its not true then that means there jealous of you. to get closer to heather invite her over your house and hang out and talk a little you know doyour own thing.
