Have a friend of yours ask him what he thinks of you when you're not around. If he says he likes you, maybe have her tell him that you like him too. Maybe you guys can go and chill and then maybe see if you like his attitude towards other things and see if maybe he is the kinda guy you would date. Sorry this is short but my finger fell asleep.

My friend, Jamie, and I were sitting around one day thinking about our Halloween costumes and watching the Addams Family Values movie when my mom suggested we dress up as the Addams family. She said I could be Wednesday and Jamie could be Morticia. We talked about who in our school could be the other characters and how to make the costumes. We've talked about this for a long time and got all the characters and I was like "Who could Tabitha be?" (Tabitha is my our friend) and she said "Oh, shes Wednesday!" I was like, "I thought I was." and she thought I was joking and was like "Oh okay." So this week I was like "So what about Tabitha?" and shes like "Shes Wednesday, remember?" And I was like "No. Im Wednesday." She argued the situation and all she does now is talk about who is who and is trying to get me to be some other weird uncle or something! I cant believe this! Shes my best friend and she did this to me and is rubbing it in my face. I want to be her friend still and all. I really do. But I still dont get it! It was my and my moms idea! Thanks everyone. Um. Go as something totally different and let "Tabitha" go as Wednesday. Better off not fighting over something so stupid. You don't have to dress up as Addams Family just cause your friends are. And if you really want to, dress up as a hand and be "Thing". That seems like fun. Tell your friend you don't think she acted very responsibly and she was very immature. I think maybe, you should take some time apart. Me and my best friend Elena did that, and we couldn't stand. If you guys are really best friends, you'll know it.

Well. I must say. That's really pathetic. Clean it yourself. It will take you 15 minutes at the most. And all you have to do is pick up everything. It's not like you have to pick it all up and carry it 20 miles. And paying someone to do something so easy is just a waste of money.

Okay me and my best friend whitney love to sing we sing all the time but we've never sang in public or anything. we wrote a song one night and we made a tune to it and we sing it all the time now we sang it to our moms and they loved it my mom started crying and we really think that its a good song. We're really scared of what people might think of us we, sing really good and stuff but maybe other people won't think so we really want to become singers. we don't know what to do though like where to go to or anything.

I always look too young. I'm a junior and everyone around me looks like they're a junior- but I could be confused with a freshman! I have brown never died hair thats like 6 inches longer than my shoulder with bangs that sweep to the side kinda across my eye. Seeing that the new thing is like short hair, like nobody has long hair anymore, I have never seen a single person in my school that has long hair, unless its curly, get it cut, like a little above your shoulders and let your bangs grow out, don't cut them at all. You can buy a curling iron, and flip the bottom out and maybe get like light blonde streaks. Seems to work pretty well. And for makeup use like a black eyeliner and don't do a line too thick, make it pretty thin. Also, use a light blush and an eyeshadow that compliments with whatever you're wearing. And to dress to look older, don't wear like the normal t-shirt and jeans to school, dress nicely. Wear like a nice pair of jeans and a sweater or a knee length skirt with a cute shirt. Always works for me.

My cousin is pregnant (she's married and she's 25 so you don't think she's like young and a whore). Everyone in our family is having a hard time to figure out names for the baby. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a boy, but to be on the safe side, can you give me really cute baby names? Besides Michael, Emily, Lisa, Jaquelene, Joy, Jonathan, Julie, and Jason? Because Joy and Lisa are her sisters, Jason is her brother, Jonathan, Julie, Michael, and Emily are her cousins (Emily is me) and Jaquelene is her daughters name so we don't want to have any kids with the same name in our family. She's not that great at naming. She was gonna name her daughter Fern. I'm sorry if you're name is Fern but honestly, a fern is a plant. A flower is MUCH prettier than Fern. ok well today i found out that my best friend has a third degree heartblock and soon will most likely need a pacer...all her life tho her doctor has been telling her she had a "heart murmur" but wut it realli was, was the echo from her heart not workin right..n me, her, her sister n her parents r havin a realli hard time trying not to cry n stuff bcuz eventually it can kill her...im realli upset cuz shes like a sister to me weve been neighbors/bestest friends ever since i can remember n have done everything..well my questions r

It depends on how bad it is. If it's horrible then chances are high, but if its not that bad, don't count on it. You and her sister should just be there to comfort her and tell her how she's gonna make it through. And no, I don't think her mom can sue, because maybe the doctor wasn't quite sure and maybe he was appoximating on what he figured it was. Give it a chance. Maybe everything will change.

What would make you not think that you need to tell someone? If you don't tell anyone this is going to continue. Even if this is something you like, getting attention from guys you find attractive, it's still wrong, they are 3 years older than you and they should be paying attention to girls their age.

My friend katie and lisa and this other girl carly, were waiting after practice for their rides and carly had Katies cell phone and she threw it on lisa to get her to pay attention. Since Lisa wasn't paying attention, she didn't catch it, so it bounced off her stomach and hit the ground and it kinda broke, some pieces came off and the front is all messed up. Carly acted liek it was nothing, and didn't really apologize. My questions are:
1. Do you think Carly should pay a small price to get it fixed or for consulation? Or have her apologize.
2. If so, how should katie approach her and ask for either money or an apology?

I think Carly needs to buy Katie a new cellphone. From what you're saying, Carly threw it at Lisa, and Lisa wasn't even paying attention. Pretty pointless if you ask me. Katie should tell her that she shouldn't have even thrown her cell phone in the first place. I think she should atleast buy her a new phone. Phones are only like 20 bucks anyway.

hey, i'm 15 and live with a brotehr and a mom and dad. well i get in fights with my brother and parents alot but they end up in fist fights. When me and my brotehr fight, it is really bad, and i end up being the one getting hurt the worst (he's 18) and i am the one that gets in trouble and he gets in none. but me and my mom get in major fights. she hits me a lot and kicks me and hits me with just random things. i dont know what to do about it. but of course i fight back, cause who wouldnt even tho its my mom. and my dad sees it alot but he doesnt help me to get her away. I have been hit so many times and even given a black eye by my family. i dont know what to do. i have called dfacs, but they didnt do anything and the police have been called out to my hosue too. but nothing seems to work. and there are fights about everything and it ends up with me in the middle of it and in a bunch of trouble for htings i had nothing to do with! i need serious help before something major happens! please... i hope someone out there can help me! Try talking to a therapist or something that can help you with ideas to stop your family fights. Or call abuse. Your mother hitting you is horrible and I think that is something that needs to be dealt with right away.

Just because you ended up punching her doesn't mean she can sue you right off the bat, if she wanted to sue she could only do that after long talks with lawyers and such. Second off, you're 17 and you still have a long time to find the perfect guy that you want to spend your life with. Did you bother to try and talk to this guy about it and tell him about your feelings? If you didn't, then I suggest you do, since its the only way you can commit to another relationship with him, the key to a relationship is knowing you can trust the other. And also, if people think you're a really kinky person, let them think it, you know you aren't and that should be all that matters to you.
