try disconnecting internet and im hookup while you write and try listening to instrumental music instead of music with words...it'll help you concentrate...hope it helps!

I'm 15 years old & have been with my boyfriend for a few months. He's not a virgin and he's done sexual things with many girls. He told me he was ready to have sex whenever I was. I feel like I don't live up to his old girlfriends and that I'm such a good girl - being a virgin & unexperienced. try eating ice: it cuts down cravings...or just bring an apple or a healthy snack to work...hope it helps!

talk to a teacher or an adult that you absolutely trust; like a school counselor or something like that...it DEFINATELY does NOT happen to lots of girls, and it is NOT fine! hope it helps!
