Well of course every day shampooing and conditioning your hair in the shower,then using body wash all over,then washing your face twice a day with an oil-free cleanser,and for "down-there" hygeine i use baby wash every morning in the shower down there.And of course frequently use deodorant.And after every meal brush your teeth, and floss before you go to bed.

You can't "get rid" of excema.It's a skin disorder and all you can do it use treatments to stop the itchy uncomfortableness and redness.Gol to a dermatologist and have him prescribe a excema medicine for you, I dont know the names of any of those medicines so you'll have to talk to him about it.Ive also heard soaking in a hot bath with oatmeal bubble baths helps to sooth excema.For undereye wrinkles i recommend Physician's Complex Under Eye Repair use it every night before sleep.But theres also many cheaper products u can find at drugs stores and such some good ones are Almay Kinetin Firming and Brightening Eye Cream, L'Oreal Revitalift eye cream, and Olay Revitalising eye gel.

first off,thank you heidi:-)well what kind of dancer do u want to be?not all types of dancers need to be super skinny.such as hip-hop dancers are supposed to have curves, the only dancers who really need to be skinny are like ballerinas.but what you can do is of course cut out junk food, eat only fruit vegetables,wheat bread(very little of it),and dairy like yogurts and stuff and drink as much water as you can I drink 10 glasses a day.To really tone up your legs and tummy and burn the fat off walking or joggings really good, because as you walk u dont only work your legs you work your stomach too.And dancing really does burn alot of calories its one of the best excersizes.Or do crunches and leg lifts, and just any excersize you can get.But remember, water is the most essential part of losing weight

Yeah I definately cannot stand it when I have a boyfriend who is completely attached to me and feels if hes not with me every minute he'll suffocate. You need to be honest with her, tell her that EVERYONE needs time to be alone, it's part of human nature both wanting to be with people and also wanting to be alone.Tell her when you need a break, and hopefully it doesn't make her upset, but you need to think about you as well as her.Doesn't she have any friends?Tell her to hang out with her friends, have fun with the girls i dont think she'll get upset if u put it that way.Now, long distance relationships are SO hard.I had one and it didnt last for me because i couldnt stand not being able to touch him.But if you can handle it, then go for it.But you have to make sure you guys see each other at lease once every couple months or so or make sure every holiday break when you go to see family you see her too, or else the relationship will not work.If you need to know ANYTHING else leave it in my inbox.

Okay Sabrina(Such a pretty name!), if you're 5'7 heres the healthy weight range.if you have a small frame the healthy weight range is 123-136,if u have a medium frame the healthy weight range is 133-147, and if u have a large frame the healthy weight range is 143-163.So you're DEFINATELY not fat at all, you're probably very slim. If you want my advice, if you lose 20 pounds it will just be unhealthy for you and make you look sickly, not sexy.Being the perfect weight for your height is the best look, i'm 5'10 and I weigh 134 pounds, and its the perfect weight for me because i have a small frame and my healthy weight range is between 132-145. I think healthy, NOT anorexic is attractive.

Well definately stick with grey plum and pink.Theres actually a new eyeshadow combination I-Color thingy they sell in department stores i heard works great they have one for every eye color.Use dark brown eyeliner, and onyx-black maskara.
