i'm a dancer and i really love it. i might not be the best dancer there is but it's something i never want to give up. the thing is...as a dancer, i need to be super-skinny and i am a bit. hmm. overweight. i was wondering if there is any way i can get slim quickly, especially my legs and tummy. thanks for your time!! you are so gorgeous!

Forbiddenxo answered Thursday July 7 2005, 3:30 pm: first off,thank you heidi:-)well what kind of dancer do u want to be?not all types of dancers need to be super skinny.such as hip-hop dancers are supposed to have curves, the only dancers who really need to be skinny are like ballerinas.but what you can do is of course cut out junk food, eat only fruit vegetables,wheat bread(very little of it),and dairy like yogurts and stuff and drink as much water as you can I drink 10 glasses a day.To really tone up your legs and tummy and burn the fat off walking or joggings really good, because as you walk u dont only work your legs you work your stomach too.And dancing really does burn alot of calories its one of the best excersizes.Or do crunches and leg lifts, and just any excersize you can get.But remember, water is the most essential part of losing weight
