Q: omg me and this girl almost got in a fight one day and i told me so called "friends" then today i was like about to fight her but i didnt. and then i get a call like an hour later my so called "best friend" was like come up to our school and i was hanging with my soccer buddy (shes like my bestest friend also) and i went up there and the girl i was about to fight was up there and my friends were like shes up here, fight her and i was like no im not just going to fight her and my so called "best friend" was like over by her talking to her and stuff. then one of my friends came up to the school like 2 hours later and no one was there but the guys playing basketball, soccer, and lacross. so my friend came over and was like so u fought that girl and i was like how do u know about that, and she was like well then "jane" (we will call my bestfriend" jane and the other one "kate" and my friend who is telling me this now, lets call her "maria") was at my house when she called you. and kate was like shhhhh dont talk i dont want jess(that what we will call me) to know shes where. and i dont know why they would do that. and then they say they did nothing. and maria was like, yeah there going to be giveing my shit all day tomorrow. and im not going to fight this girl. im going to be the big person. shes always been kinda mean and stuff to me. but she has always wanted to be my friend so i dont know what her problem is. please help.

She is not your real friend. You may think that she's got your back and your BFF, but if she does something like that to you she's not good to keep around. Girls are infamous for twisting things and being sneaky and your "friend" was a perfect example of that. Just don't let her influence you and don't tell her any of your secrets. You should still say hi in the hallways and stuff like that, but if you tell her or do things that she needs to keep secret, you know she'll tell. Don't trust anyone.

I am 2 months away from finally marrying the love of my life. He's also 25, we both have college degrees, great careers, money to spend, and plenty of love. The only problem is that we each have a dog. Both of our dogs are very friendly with other people and other dogs, except for each other. When we first introduced them two years ago when we started dating, they viciously attacked each other on site. We thought it would go away, but nothing has changed. I don't want to force either of us to give up our dogs, but I don't want to not marry over something as seemingly trivial as this. Any advice?

try going for a walk with both dogs together and seeing other dogs. If they both act friendly around other dogs, they will probably learn to like each other. Also, have your fiance pet your dog and pet your fiances dog and then switch but while your in the same room. It will make the dogs feel like both humans love them. And lastly, just give it time. They will warm up to each other eventually! =]

Q: hey i was wondering if anyone knew of something to put on my face to make it less pale.i have coverup but it doesn't really seem to lessen my paleness. i don't really want it to look like a fake tan or whatever, i just want something that will make my face not so pale. so does anyone know anything that works really good? thankss.

well if you want a natural looking color i would use Jergen's natural glow. It's a moisturizer that gives you color over time. And it doesn't look fake.

I would also use a little bit of bronzer, but not too much to make you look fake.

Q: okay so i've been sick since the first week of february and it's now march fourth. i have an awful cough and i feel the constant need to cough like deep in my lungs. i've been to the doctor three times and i took zithromax for walking pnemonia but i still have this stupid cough and i'm starting to get nervous. i'm only fourteen and i know i'm probably instigating it because i've recently picked up smoking but i only smoke like once every other day. and i've been sick longer then i've been smoking. it's starting to scare me, what should i do? is this normal?

i think i have the same thing as you because ive been sick for about 2 and a half weeks now and im still feeling awful. i talked to my doctor (im 14 too) and she said that its normal. I think you just have to ride it out.

also, i know i'm not your mom and i shouldn't try and tell you what you can and cant do, but the smoking isn't helping the cough.
and smoking every other day is going to be really bad for you in the long run.

but i hope you start feeling better soon! =]

Q: I used to always have so many friends and always be going places and hanging out with people but starting this year ,it seems like everyone has boyfriends and girlfriends which keep them busy and i dont have one.
I've got alot of just friends but I don't have alot of good enough friends that would call me to hangout or anything.They are more like just friends that i would talk to online or at school or something like that.My best best friend has a boyfriend now and she barely talks to me at all anymore and so its hard that I dont have her.My other best friend thats a guy,moved away.I have this one guy friend that ive been friends with for about 3 or 4 years and im like in love with him.
We hangout sometimes ,but every time we do we end up doing something sexual and i dont know if he likes me or not.I just dont know what to do,i just feel really left out and bored and it really makes me sad because i always hear my friends say how they are going places and having fun.
I just dont know what to do...

i agree with lilteacup. maybe you could suggest working on a school project outside of school with one of your school friends and that might turn into wanting to hang out more. it worked for me!

You don't need a boyfriend to have fun, keep yourself open to making new friends and work on the friendship until you start hanging out outside of school.

Q: ppl tell me im very pretty adn have the look to be a model, i weigh like 120 redhair pale skin dont have many freckles but im only 5'6' im tryin to loose some more weight cauz uve got to be extremely skinny to be a model bu tbefore i go to that extreme, is there even a chance of me makin it, cauz i heard you have to be like at least 5'8' to be a model is that true?

there are more types of modeling then runway and high fashion. there are hand models, catalogue models, advertisement models, even teeth models. I think if you really really really want it more than anything in the world, you can do it. I would have to see a picture of you t say for sure though.

Q: My mom never gets off my case. She's always yelling at me for something or disappointed in me. But my sister gets treated like a frickin angel when she's just as bad as me. I hate her sometimes to the point that i want to run away but i'd have no where to go. What can I do to get her off my case?

well i think everyone gets like that with their mom at some point during their life. Your mom loves you and that's hopefully not going to change. Believe it or not, the yelling will make you stronger and give you a tougher skin. Also, showing her some love and talking to her like a friend can't hurt.

Q: I tried to charge my ipod but when i plug it into the computer, it isn't showing up. The ipod screen doesn't show the charging symbol either. I don't think it's the usb cable i'm using since when I do connect it to the computer, the ipod screen lights up. Someone told me to reset it. I thought you did that just by pressing the middle button, but that didn't work. Do I have to get a new one? By the way I have a first generation nano (i think, its the black glossy type)

try holding down the middle button along with the meny button for a few seconds until you see the apple logo.
then try plugging it back into the computer.

make sure you don't get a very thin "sleek" phone because those break easily (i have one)

get a chunky phone, it will hold up better.

i would chose the third one, but it really all depends on what you like.

honestly, most girls dont really care.
But they do have enlargement pills and creams or whatever.
you could try that.
Some girls do care about size, im not gonna lie, but then there are girls who are kinder than that and wont care about that kind of superficial stuff.

but if it will boost your self-confidence you can try enlarging creams/pills.

hmm well you would be very short for a model, but some agencies will ignore height. The weight might need to go down just a little bit to really make it in the modelling world. Because they are cut-throat people its either your super skinny or you might as well go home. also, red hair and pale skin is good for high fashion modelling. They wouldn't want you to fake bake because pale skin is embraced.

I think if you really want it, and you ache to be a model then you could do it.

just dont give up because some people will criticise you and you cannot let them bring you down. the number one thing in modelling is confidence. you need to be like, "psh i dont care what she says, im fierce and thats all," but remember that some people will give constructive criticism and you should take that to heart.

play up your strengths and hide your weaknesses, and you could totally make it.

use jeans with fancy and colorful pockets to make your butt stand out more to make it have a bigger appearence.

Use push up bras. for the chest area.

Use low cut, low rise jeans to make your hips appear wider and to camoflage a muffin top (flabby stomach) you can get babydoll shirts that are loose around the stomach area.

the person below me is right, its like the network so you add someone, they are in your network but if they add someone then they too are in your EXTENDED network because you addedd one of their friends or friends friends. ahah im sorry its so confusing. and the person below me was wrong about how everyone is in your extended network because you have the option of deleting Tom as your friend (he is the creator)

well you first would have to get signed into an agency. IMG models, Ford models, there are many places you can go. send them NATURAL pictures not photoshopped and if you are good enough looking you will get signed with the agency. then they will set up a portfolio and you will have to go to go-sees with clients just like female models. After you have done enough jobs, you will start to get noticed and after a while everyone will know who you are.
