Ok well I have this boyfriend and he doesnt go to my school or anything. I meet him through my friend from soccer camp. We started talking online and then a while later we started going out. Ok... I have this friend... Well we went out and we broke up and then we started going back out. now we broke up again cuz we talked about how he has football and he would never ever really see me till school starts. I remarried and my husband is nit very understanding to my son and is verbally abusive. he came frome an abusive family and thinks i am a terrible mom because i don't disiplend him differently he thinks i should be meaner to him. he is so bad he accused me of wanting to have sex with my son and says this is why i'm so nice to him. i'm not overly nice and i do punish him if needed. hes just a normal teen who never wants to put anything away that he uses and won't keep a cleen room. i don't think he's a bad child but my husband does therefor we continusly are fighting because i take up for my son now he says this whats wrong please help me (link)

crunches i find are the easiest on my bed.. at nigh ti get the energy... dancing too belly dancing.. rollin ur tummy.. sucking in and out that helps all the lil things.. try not to eat so much junk stuff.. yeh its yummy just not too much of it.. i think about my food when im eatin.. like chips.. im like thers 1lb of fat.. so then im like im not hungry.. it helps jsut think about that when ur eatin
